Getting to Know Your Mini Stereo Speakerphone
Getting Started
To use your speakerphone, please follow these simple steps:
(a) Charge your speakerphone. Prior to using the speakerphone, it is recommendable to charge the battery fully
for the first time use.
(b) Connect the charger to an AC wall outlet and the charge plug to speakerphone’s charging socket. After
completion of charge, please remove the chargers from speakerphone and outlet.
(c) Place your speakerphone and a Bluetooth-enabled handset (or audio device) no more than 1 meter apart for
pairing.
(d) Ensure your speakerphone and handset (or audio device) is within 10 meters -Bluetooth sensing distance.
Important:
(a) Charge time: Normal full charge time is 2 to 3 hrs. (Approx.).
(b) Charge indication: When charge is in process, the LED will flash red. When charge is completed, the LED
will flash off.
(c) Low voltage indication: Whenever low battery power is encountered, you may hear two beeps every 30
seconds from speakerphone with LED flashes red. It’s recommended to charge the speakerphone immediately
to prolong durability & standby time of battery. Under low voltage status, if the battery is not charged within
certine time (15 minutes approx.), the speakerphone will be powered off.
Turning On/Off the Speakerphone

Turning On: Speakerphone is under off mode:
(a) Switch on the power switch.
(b) Press and hold the MFB until the LED flashes on blue. Release the MFB. Mean while you may hear a beep
from the speaker.
(c) Speakerphone will be under standby mode.
Turning Off: Speakerphone is not under off mode:
(a) Press and hold the MFB until you hear a beep from the speakerphone. Release the MFB. Mean while the
LED will first flash on red for 3seconds, then flashes off. You may also turn off the power switch to power off
the speakerphone.
(b) Speaker will be off.
A1) Pairing to a Mobile Handset
Prior to using the speakerphone for the first time, you must pair it with a Bluetooth-enabled mobile handset. The
following steps describes pairing instruction for a typical Bluetooth-enabled mobile handset.
(a) Place the speakerphone and mobile handset no more than 1 meter apart.
(b) Ensure the speakerphone is under OFF mode.
(c) Press and hold the MFB until the LED flashes red and blue alternatively. Meanwhile, you may hear a long
beep. It’s now ready for pairing.
(d) Activate your mobile handset’s Bluetooth accessing function by referring to your mobile handset user guide for
details. Meanwhile, the handset will search for accessible Bluetooth devices.
(e) Select “BTS-S2B1X” from the list.
Enter the pre-programmed passkey “0000” and press “OK” to pair the speakerphone and the handset. When
pairing is completed, the LED will flash on blue for 1 second with a long beep from the speaker. Now the
speakerphone is under standby mode. (For most of the mobile handset models, a headset icon will be shown
on the screen.)
(f) Press “Return” to go back to your handset’s main menu. You should,now, be able to make and receive calls
through the speakerphone. Please place the mobile handset to the speakerphone no more than 10 meters.
(Obstruction could cause shorter sensing distance.)
Important:Under the pairing mode, if the pairing cannot be completed within 2 minutes, the speakerphone LED
will first flash on red with a beep from speaker, then LED will flash off and speakerphone will be under off mode..
Please repeat steps(b) to (f) to pair the speakerphone and mobile handset again.
A2) Connection/Link to a Mobile Handset
After pairing is completed, speakerphone is always under standby mode. Before you place or answer a call, if the

headset icon is not on phone screen, please follow the simple steps to activate the Bluetooth connection/link through
your handset or speakerphone until the headset icon is on the screen.
(a) On Handset: Select “BTS-S2B1X” from the paired list on your handset screen.
(b) On Speakerphone: Press MFB and select “Accept” on handset screen to accept connection.
Important: Whenever Bluetooth connection/link is removed and the headset icon is not on the phone screen, for
example: Speakerphone or mobile handset is powered off and then turn on, or out of 10 meter sensing distance,
please activate connection/link as suggested.
A3) Disconnection/Link to the Mobile Handset
You may connect your speakerphone with another Bluetooth handset. Please follow the simple steps to disconnect
the speakerphone with the pre-paired handset.
(a) Power off the speakerphone by pressing the MFB until the LED flash on red and off. Or you may simply turn off
the power switch.
(b) Select “disconnecting”to remove previous connection from your handset list.
A-4) Using the Speakerphone
Once pairing is completed and battery is fully charged, you may access the following functions. Some of the
below-mentioned function is only accessible for handsets with Hands-Free profile and A2DP.
(a)Call Answer:
Press the MFB to accept the call or answer the call via your mobile handset in the normal way when you hear the
ringing tone from speaker.
(b)Call End:
Press the MFB to end the call or end the call via your mobile handset in the normal way. Mean while you can hear a
short beep from the speaker.
(c)Call Reject:
Press and hold the MFB until you hear a short beep, then release the MFB.
(d)Last Number Re-Dial:
Under standby mode, press MFB twice.
(e)Dial Out Termination:
Press the MFB. to terminate an outgoing call before the far end accept the call.
(f)Mute & Un-mute:
When conversation is in process, you may mute or un-mute the phone.
(1)To mute: Press and hold the “STOP”button until you hear a beep from the speaker, then release button.
Now the speakerphone is under mute mode with mic. been mute & speaker emits 2 beeps every 30 seconds.

(2)To un-mute: Under mute mode, press and hold the ‘STOP”button until you hear a beep from the speaker,
then release button.
Important: The function is only accessible with those phones with Hands-Free Profile.
(g)Volume Adjustment:
When conversation is in process, press the volume buttons repeatedly until you reach the desired volume level.
Important: While adjusting volume, please do not press and hold the V+/V-too long as this might trigger other
functions.
(h)Call Inter-Change:
When conversation is in process, you may interchange the call between your handset and speakerphone.
(1)Speakerphone to Handset:：Press the “STOP”button twice.
(2)Handset to Speakerphone：Press either the “STOP”twice or “MFB”once. This could be varied because of
different phones. For those phones with Headset profile only, you need to power off the speakerphone.
Important: The function is only accessible with those phones with Hands-Free Profile.
(i)Music Play & Pause:
After completion of Bluetooth connection with an A2DP phone, the speakerphone is always under standby mode.
You may press the MFB to play or pause music streaming via the speakerphone. This could be varied because
of various phones .
(1)Press the MFB for music streaming or pause. For example: NKI 6300.
(2)If you’ve never had music streamed via speakerphone, you need to activate music streaming via speaker for
the first time, or else, it will trigger the voice dialing. . For example: SonyEricsson W610C.
Important: For some of the phones, press to the MFB will only activate the voice dialing. For example: NKI
3250; MOTO A1200.
(j)Sound Track Selection :
Press and hold V+ or V-for sound track up & down.
(k)Music Stop:
Press the “STOP”button.
(l)Automatic Switching between Music Streaming & Calls:
When music streaming via the speakerphone is in process, if there’s an incoming call, it’ll switch to the call and
resume music streaming after completion of call.
B1) Pairing to a PC with USB Dongle (HCI V2.0)
The following procedure describes configuration set up with IVT “BlueSoleil”software. If you are using other
software, please refer to its instruction.
(a) Place the speakerphone and dongle no more than 1 meter apart.

(b) Ensure the speakerphone is under off mode.
(c) Initiate the IVT “BlueSoleil”on your PC. Connect the dongle to your PC USB port. (To initiate the IVT
“BlueSoleil”software, please refer to your dongle instruction manual.) Mean while, the “BlueSoleil”operation
window will be on your PC screen.
(d) Press and hold the MFB for 6 seconds approximately until the LED flashes red and blue alternately. It’s now
ready for pairing.
(e) From the BlueSoleil menu, select “View”by clicking to mouse’s left button and from the popped out list, select
“Refresh”. Mean while the “BlueSoleil”will search for accessible Bluetooth devices.
(f) From the obtained device list, select “BTS-S2B1X”by clicking to mouse’s right button and select “Pair”.
(g) Enter the pre-programmed passkey “0000” and press “OK”to pair to the speakerphone.When pairing is
completed, the speakerphone will emit a long beep. If pairing is not obtained, you may see “Paired Fail”.
Please repeat steps (d) to (g) to pair the speakerphone and dongle again.
Important:Under the pairing mode, if the pairing cannot be completed within 2 minutes, the speakerphone LED
will first flash on red for 3 seconds with a long beep from speaker, then LED will flash off and speakerphone will be
powered off.Please repeat steps(d) to (g) to pair the speakerphone and dongle again.
(h)To enter Bluetooth connection, select “BTS-S2B1X”by clicking to mouse’s left button twice Mean while, the
accessible function –“Bluetooth AV service”& “Bluetooth Headset”will be in yellow. You may also clicking to
mouse’s right button once and select “Refresh”from the popped out list.
Important: This speakerphone is also VoIP/Skype enabled. Prior to accessing the function, please select
“Bluetooth Headset”by clicking to mouse’s left button once and complete the relative VoIP/Skype setting.
(i)Select the symbol of “Bluetooth AV service”by clicking to mouse’s left button once.. The PC will initiate
Bluetooth connection to the speakerphone. After completion of connection, the yellow “Bluetooth AV service”will
turn into green . If connection is not successful, please remove the connection and repeat steps (d) to (i) to
connect the speakerphone and dongle again.
(j)To enjoy PC’s music streaming via your speakerphone, please activate audio playing with your “Windows Media
Player”. To initiate the “Windows Media Player”, please ensure the “Bluetooth AV/HS Audio”is turn on in your PC
sound card.
Important:
(a)Prior to pair your dongle with this speakerphone, please ensure the previous Bluetooth connection with other
device is removed.
(b)Whenever Bluetooth connection/link is removed and the Bluetooth connection display is not on your PC screen,
to resume connection, please press the V+ or V-under the standby mode. For example: Out of 10 meter sensing
distance, speakerphone/PC is powered off and then turn on, or the dongle is removed from PC and reconnected.
B2) Enjoy PC’s Music Streaming via Speakerphone

using other dongles of which password is multiple, please ensure “0000”is one of them. Please refer to its
instruction.
(a) Place the speakerphone and dongle no more than 1 meter apart.
(b) Ensure the speakerphone is under off mode.
(c) Power on your PC. Connect the dongle to your PC USB port. Mean while the dongle will search for accessible
Bluetooth devices and initiate pairing and link. (To use your dongle, please refer to your dongle instruction
manual.)
(d) Press and hold the MFB for 6 seconds approximately until the LED flashes red and blue alternately. It’s now
ready for pairing.
(e) The dongle will initiate pairing and link to the speakerphone. Once link is completed, the speakerphone will emit
a long beep with LED flash on blue every 15 seconds.
Important:
(1)Under the pairing mode, if the pairing cannot be completed within 2 minutes, the speakerphone LED
will first flash on red for 3 seconds with a long beep from speaker, then LED will flash off and speakerphone will be
powered off.Please repeat steps(c) to (e) to pair the speakerphone and dongle again.
(2)As the dongle will initiate pairing and link to Bluetooth devices of which password is “0000”, to fix pairing and
link to your speakerphone, please ensure there’re no other Bluetooth devices of which password is “oooo”.
(f)To enjoy PC’s music streaming via your speakerphone, please activate audio playing with your “Windows Media
Player”. To initiate the “Windows Media Player”, please ensure the “Bluetooth AV/HS Audio”is turn on in your PC
sound card.

(c) Initiate the dongle’s pairing function. (To use your dongle, please refer to your dongle instruction manual.)
(d) Press and hold the MFB for 6 seconds approximately until the LED flashes red and blue alternately. It’s now
ready for pairing.
(e) The dongle will initiate pairing and link to the speakerphone. Once link is completed, the speakerphone will emit
a long beep with LED flash on blue every 15 seconds.
Important:
(1)Under the pairing mode, if the pairing cannot be completed within 2 minutes, the speakerphone LED
will first flash on red for 3 seconds with a long beep from speaker, then LED will flash off and speakerphone will be
