Safety First Check List
J Read and understand instruction manual before using
Fold-n-Go Care Center.
J Never leave child unattended.
J Place only one (1) child in Care Center at a time.
J Do not use bassinet as a car bed.
J Do not use bassinet it infant can push up on hands and knees
or sit unassisted.
J Do not carry bassinet with child in it.
J Always use restraint belt when using changer.
J Do not move or fold playard with child in it.
J Do not add padding or other objects inside playard which may
permit child to climb out.
J Do not use accessories other than those provided by
Century.

Failure to follow all warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.
This product is intended for use by one child at a time.
Never leave child unattended. Always keep child in view.
Bassinet, changer and/or playard, including side rails, MUSTbe fully erected prior to use.
Keep playard away from stoves, heaters, campfires, fireplaces and other hazards which can burn or cause Injury to child.
DO NOT use accessories other than those provided by Century.
Strings can cause strangulation. DO NOT place items with strlngs around a child‘s neck (such as hood
strings, pacifier cords, etc.). DO NOTsuspend strings over playard, bassinet or attach strings to toys.
- DO NOT place playard or bassinet near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle child.
0 DO NOT use any part of Care Center in a motor vehicle. Serious injury or death could result from a
sudden stop or accident.

ASSEMBLY AND USE
Playard
1 Pull travel bag up and over top of
playard.
2 Stand playard assembly so playard
floor loop is on top and legs and wheels
are on bottom.
3 Unfasten attachment straps that secure
floorboard around playard frame.
4 Separate playard legs to approximately
two feet apart.
IMPORTANT": Floor loop MUST remain raised at least
45.7 cm (18 inches) in order for rails to lock.
5 Pull up on top rails until all “click”and
lock.
NOTE: Rail locks are located in
center of top rails and are
completely enclosed within top
rail fabric.
AWARNING
Top rails MUST be fully erected and locked prior to use.
Be sure all top rails are straight and locked in position or
child may become entrapped and suffocate.
Test by pushing down on each top rail to be sure they are

end of playard off of floor before

7 Place floorboard in playard with
padded side facing up.
NOTE: If using playard with bassinet, DO NOT
install floorboard.

8 Secure floorboard to playard by
passing attachment strap
through hole in bottom of
playard floor and securing
attachment strap to underside
of playard.
Flepeat for other end of
floorboard.
AWARNING
To prevent child from suffocating,
attachment straps must be secured to
underside of playard.
Playard assembly is now complete and
ready to use.
AWARNING
Avoid serious injuries or death:
' Use with child who weighs less than
14 kg (30 lbs.) and is less than 89 cm
0 DO NOTuse as playard without floorboard being properly
secured to playard floor.
- DO NOTadd padding or objects
inside playard that will permit
child to climb out.
0 DO NOT move or fold playard with
child in it.
- SUFFOCATION HAZARD: To help prevent suffocation
from entrapment, use only floorboard provided by
Century. NEVER use additional mattress or padding.
Bassinet
1 Remove bassinet from pocket
of travel bag.
2 Lay bassinet on flat surface.
3 Spread open bassinet:
. Rotate and extend four (4)
hooks until they “click”in
place.
4 If floorboard is installed in playard,
remove floorboard.
5 Fold floorboard into “W”shape
and place in center of bassinet.

Repeat steps 6 & 7 for other

two (2) "T-Fittings”on changer
into “'F-SIots”in bassinet and
push down to secure.
5 Push triangular tabs into triangular holes in
playard corners.

FOLDING AND STORING
1 Remove changer from playard:
- Unhook “1=Ffittings"from
“T-Slots”by pulling up slightly ,‘ '
on long side closest to
bassinet then pull changer
away from bassinet.
NOTE: Be careful removing
“T-Fittings" from “T-Slors”
so as not to beak "TlFittings’.
2 Grasp short sides and feel
for release buttons in center
of shortsides.
3 Press buttons on each side
and push closed.
Place changer in pocket
of travel bag.
1 Remove bassinet from playard.
2 Remove lloorboard from bassinet.
3 Press release buttons on each hook
and push hook into large tube.
4 Rotate hooks to center of bassinet.
5 Fold bassinet.
Place bassinet in pocket
of travel bag.
IMPORTANT: If you are going to continue to use playard, be
sure to properly secure floorboard in playard.

1 Remove floorboard: be aligned with wheels as shown.
0 Unfasten attachment straps.
o Remove floorboard and set
aside.
6 Secure two (2) attachment straps
through loops on end of floorboard.
2 Grap center floor support loop and
pull straight up, approximately
45.7 cm (18 inches).
NOTE: Make sure floorboard is
positioned above wheels.
7 Stand playard on end and pull travel
3 To fold top rails:
bag over playard.
0 Pull up on top rail slightly.
Be sure handle and floor loop come
0 Squeeze release button (marked through openings in bag.
by printed arrow) on bottom of
each rail; then push down.
NOTE:
0 If rails are difficult to unlock,
raise center of floor higher and
squeeze release button again.
NOTE: To prevent rubbing, make sure
travel bag is positioned above wheels.
- If only one side of rail
folds, squeeze release
button again to fully
fold.
Repeat for other sides.
4 Gather playard frame together as you
pull on floor loop.

- Hand wash, warm water, mild detergent, drip dry.
Playard, Bassinet, Changer and Floorboard
0 Spot clean with mild detergent and water, air dry.
- Quickly clean up any spills with warm soapy water.
