CHAMPION SPORTS DIGX SMART DIGITAL INFLATOR
The portable Champion Sports DIGX Smart Digital Inator is designed to
operate oil-free on 100~120V AC. The unit comes equipped with a pressure
gauge and three ination tips. It can be used for all kinds of ball ination,
especially for the quick ination of basketballs, soccer balls, footballs and
volleyballs.
FEATURES
1. Oil-free and maintenance-free design.

4. Digital pressure gauge, preset pressure settings, auto-shut off
and easy to inate.
5. This product is suitable for inating all kinds of balls, which comes preset
in four modes (basketball, soccer, football, volleyball) and “F” for “Free
Mode” for any custom setting.
6. Free Mode can be set to any value, including pressures below 30psi.
NOTE: This product is not suitable for inating automobile tires.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The Champion Sports DIGX Smart Digital Inator has been designed to
provide long-term, trouble-free operation. To prevent damage to your inator,
follow these simple guidelines:
7. The inator’s plug must match the outlet. Never modify the unit’s plug
in any way.
8. Do not disassemble. Do not attempt to repair or modify this unit.
Refer to qualied service agencies for all service and repairs.
9. This appliance can be used by children 8+ years old and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
10. Never operate the compressor near re, ammable gas or liquid.
11. There aren’t any user-serviceable parts in this unit, lubrication isn’t required.
12. Do not pump anything other than atmospheric air.
13. Never use this product while sleepy or drowsy.
14. Be sure the unit’s power switch is in the OFF position when not in use.
15. Use only in well ventilated areas.
16. The unit should be used only in a dry environment. Protect the unit from
rain, snow or other sources of moisture.
17. Never carry the air compressor by the hose or power cord.
18. Never point the air nozzle towards another person or any part of the body.
19. Inate items only to their manufacturer’s recommendations pressures.
Do not leave the air compressor running unattended.

PRESSURE GAUGE DISPLAY PANEL
1 START/PAUSE button. Press this button to start inating or pause
ination.
2 UNIT selection button. Press this button to select the desired unit.
There are four choices of units available: KG/CM2, BAR, KPA and PSI.
3 ENTER button. Press this button to save a preset pressure.
4 MODE selection button. Press this button to choose the appropriate
ination mode. Choose from four preset modes (basketball, soccer,
football, volleyball) or Free Mode.
5 Pressure value buttons. Press the + to increase the pressure value and
the − to decrease the pressure value.
6 Ination mode display area.
7 Current pressure.
8 Ination unit display.
9 Set Value display. Indicates the saved preset pressure value.

TO INFLATE PRESET SPORTS BALLS
Presets for basketballs, soccer balls, footballs and volleyballs.
1. Screw the needle valve onto the twist-on chuck of the air hose.
2. Insert the needle into the ball being inated.
3. Connect the power source, turn the power switch to ON.
4. Press the MODE button to select the type of ball being inated and then
press the START button.
5. To stop the inator at any time, press the START/PAUSE button.
6. When the ball to be inated has reached the preset pressure value, the unit
will automatically turn off.
GUIDELINES FOR DIFFERENT BALL PRESSURE:

NOTE: If the ball’s recommended pressure is different from the above preset
value, press the +/− buttons to adjust the inator to the required pressure for
ination.

TO INFLATE FOR OTHER INFLATABLES
Examples: Inatable toy, swim ring, bicycle tire and more.
1. For most inatable objects, a suitable nozzle is provided in the Ination
Kit. Choose the best tting nozzle and screw it onto the twist on chuck of
the air hose.
2. Insert the nozzle into the valve of the object to be inated.
3. Connect the power source, turn the power switch to ON.
4. Press the MODE button to choose the F mode.
5. Press the +/− buttons to adjust the inator to the desired pressure.
6. Press the ENTER button to save the preset pressure. If you do not need to
save the pressure value, do not press the ENTER button.
7. Press the START button to start inating.
8. To stop the inator at any time, press the START/PAUSE button.
9. When the item to be inated has reached the set value, the unit will
automatically turn off.
CAUTION
To avoid over ination, never exceed the recommended pressure of the object
to be inated. A bursting object can cause serious injury.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
The Champion Sports DIGX Smart Digital Inator has been designed to
operate for a long period of time with minimal maintenance. Continuous
satisfactory operation depends upon proper care and regular cleaning.
Store the Champion Sports DIGX Smart Digital Inator indoors. The best
storage place is one that is cool and dry, away from sunlight and excess heat
or cold.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, turn tool off the unit and
disconnect the external power supply before making any adjustments or
removing/installing the attachments. An accidental start-up can cause injury.
WARNING
Never use solvents or other harsh chemicals for cleaning the non-metallic
parts of the tool. These chemicals may weaken the materials used in these
parts. Use a cloth dampened only with water and mild soap. Never let any
liquid get inside the inator; never immerse any part of the inator into liquid.
