IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before use, please read these warnings and cautions carefully that
protect you and other persons from injuries and damages. To ensure
safe operation,basic safety precautions should always be followed
including the following.
1. Read all instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plugs, or pearl
cooker in water or other liquid.
4. Do not allow children to use this appliance.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool
before putting on or taking off parts.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination,
repair, or adjustment.
7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may cause injuries.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot
surfaces.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated
oven.
11. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing
hot oil or other hot liquids.
12. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall
outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from
wall outlet.
13. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

Do not modify the Pearls Cooker.
Only an authorized repair technician of our
company may disassemble or repair the
unit.
Do not insert any metal objects such as
pins into the Pearls Cooker.
Doing so may cause an electrical shock or
malfunction resulting in injury.
Do not allow children to use the appliance.
Keep it out of the reach of infants.
Children are at risk of burns, electrical shock
and injury.
Do not immerse the Pearls Cooker in water
or splash it with water.
Doing so may cause a short circuit or
electrical shock.
Do not use a power source other than 220-
240V AC.
Use of any other power supply voltage may
result in fire or electrical shock.
Do not plug or unplug the power cord with
a wet hand.
Doing so may cause an electrical shock or
injury.
Do not touch heating elements while the
Pearls Cooker is in use or after cooking. Be
careful of the steam when opening the lid.
Be careful to not touch the Inner Pot when
stirring the pearls.
It may cause burns.
Do not use the Pearls Cooker if the
electrical plug or power cord is damaged or
the plug is loosely inserted into the
electrical outlet .
Doing so may cause an electrical shock or
injury.
Do not use the Pearls Cooker near a heat
source.
Doing so may cause an electrical shock,
short circuit or deformation of the unit.
Do not use the Pearls Cooker on unstable
surfaces or on a non-heat-resistant carpet.
Doing so may cause a fire.
Do not damage the power cord.
Do not forcefully bend, pull, twist, fold,
bring it near high temperature objects. A
damaged power cord can cause a fire or
electrical shock.
Do not use the Pearls Cooker near a heat
source.
Doing so may damage the appliance or
cause an electrical shock or short circuit .
Do not touch the handle button or give a strong
impact while cooking or moving the product.
The Outer Lid may open and result in injury or burns.
Do not touch the steam vent.
Hot steam may cause burns or scalding.

If the blades or surface of the electrical
plug are soiled, wipe them clean.
A dirty electrical plug may cause a fire.
Please allow the Pearls Cooker to
cool down before cleaning it.
Touching the hot elements may
cause burns.
Inset the power cord securely.
Otherwise it may cause an electrical
shock, short circuit, smoke and fire.
Make sure the outside of the inner
pot is dry before placing into the
cooker.
Otherwise it may cause damage or
cause the unit to malfunction.
Unplug the electrical plug from the
outlet when the Pearls Cooker is not in
use.
Leaving the electrical plug in an outlet
may cause the insulation to become
damaged, resulting in an electrical
shock, short circuit or fire.
Be sure to hold the plug when
unplugging the power cord.
Pulling the cord to unplug may cause
electrical shock, short circuit and fire.
Do not use other than the specified
Inner Pot.
Doing so may cause the Inner Pot to
overheat and cause the Pearls Cooker to
malfunction .

Never add water more than 3 Liters or higher the maximum water line.

HOW TO SET THE TIMER
It is important to set the timer to cook & stew pearls. The timer is set 30
minutes to cook pearls and another 30 minutes to stew pearls before
shipment from the factory. However, different types of pearls, such as big
pearls and small pearls, may need different cook and stew time. The Real
Pearls Cooker provides 2 models (H1/H2) to save different cook/ stew
time according to the type of pearls you want to cook. Please refer to
“Suggested Pearls Cooking & Stewing Times” (page 8).
MODEL 1 Setting
1. Press Key.
2. Press Key for 3 seconds to start the setting condition. The
display shows H1| 30. Cook Pearls Indicator lights up.
3. Press or to adjust the cooking time according to the
pearls conditions.
The Cook Pearls

4. Press Key again. The setting of cooking time is completed and
continue to set stewing time.
5. Press or to adjust the stewing time according to the pearls
conditions. Please refer to
6. Press Key again and the Model 1 setting is completed.
MODEL 2 Setting
1. Press Key.
2. Press Key for 3 seconds to start the setting condition. The
display shows H2| 30. Cook Pearls Indicator lights up.
The blinking will returen to
orignial setting (30 minutes.)

Adjust the time by pressing the keys. The
Maximum number is 59 minutes and the
minimum number is 1 minute.

4. Press Key again. The setting of cooking time is completed and
continue to set stewing time.
5. Press or to adjust the stewing time according to the pearls.
6. Press Key again and the Model 2 setting is completed.

HOW TO COOK PEARLS
1. Measure 3,000mL of water and 1.5Kgs of tapioca pearls.
2. Add water into the Inner Pot. Never add water higher than the
maximum water line. If too much water is used, it may boil over.
3. Place the Inner Pot in the Main Body, close the Outer Lid and plug in.
4. Press or Key to select the model you want to cook and
press key to start the water boiling process.
or
For example, if you set Model 1 to cook pearls of size 2.5, cooking time
30 minutes & stewing time 30 minutes and set Model 2 to cook pearls
of size 1.5, cooking time 10 minutes & stewing time 10 minutes. Now,
you would like to cook pearls 2.5, just press key Model 1 and Key
Setting.
5. When the water is boiled, the beep sounds.
6. Open the Outer Lid. Put the pearls into the boiling water and stir
gently a few times to loosen the pearls.
7. Close the Lid. A few seconds later, the cook pearls lamp will light on
that indicates it starts cooking process, the remaining time till
completion is displayed.
8. When the pearls cooking is finished, the beep sounds.
9. Open the Outer Lid. Stir the pearls to loosen as soon as cooking is
done. This prevents the pearls from sticking together.
10.Close the Lid. It starts stewing process, the remaining time till
completion is displayed.
11. When the stewing process is done, the beep sounds.
12. Open the Outer Lid carefully. Stir the pearls gently.
13. Rinse the pearls with cold water and add sugar syrup.

CLEANING
Unplug the cooker from the outlet and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
※ Clean Each Part
1. Inner Pot / Inner Lid : Soak in warm or cold water and wash with a
sponge. Wipe off cooked pearls or any other objects stuck on the pot.
2. Power Cord / Power Plug : Wipe with a dry and soft cloth.
3. Inside of the Outer Lid and Main Body : Wipe with a well-wrung cloth.
4. Outside of the Outer Lid and Main Body : Wipe with a cloth soaked in
aliquid detergent and wrung well. Wipe the control panel clean with a
dry and soft cloth.
5. Steam Vent Case : Remove and rinse the Steam Vent Case under
running water after each use. Dry and set in the Outer Lid.
※ Please Note
1. Do not clean with thinner, benzene. Bleach, abrasive cleansers or
anything that may damage the surface of the appliance.
2. When using a chemically treated cloth, do not scrub the appliance
strongly or allow the cloth to contact the appliance for a long period of
time.
3. The Inner Pot is coated with a nonstick surface for easy cleaning. Do
not use brushes or abrasive cleansers to clean. Clean it immediately
after each use.

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
If the resulting of cooking are not satisfactory, please check as below.
1. The unit does not work :
⚫Is the Inner Pot placed correctly?- Place the Inner Pot correctly.
⚫Is the plug inserted properly?- Insert the plug properly.
⚫Can not find reasons.- Contact our authorized service center
2. The steam is leaking from the gap between the Outer Lid and Main
Body.
⚫The Inner Lid is damaged or the Inner Lid Gasket is cut.
- Replace the Inner Lid or contact our authorized service center.
3. Boiling over while cooking.
⚫Are the pearls and water measured correctly?
- Measure the porper amount of the pearls and water before cooking.
4. E1 / E2 / E3 / E4 / E5 / EH / EL is displayed.
⚫The part of the unit is damaged or malfunction.
- Contact our authorized service center.
