PRESSURE COOKER MANUAL
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
This User Manual contains information on the use and care of this product. Please read User Manual carefully before using the
appliance and save it for future reference.
Before first use, check the appliance specifications and the power supply in your network.
Use only for domestic purposes according to the User Manual. It is not intended for industrial use.
For indoor use only.
Do not use with damaged cord, plug or other injuries.
Keep the power cord away from sharp edges and hot surfaces.
Do not pull the cord. Always take the plug. Don’t reel the cord around the appliance body.
Never attempt to dissemble and repair the appliance by yourself. If you encounter problems, please contact customer service
center.
Using accessories or replacement parts which are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause damage to the
appliance.
Always unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning and removing parts. Keep unplugged when not in use.
To avoid electric shock and fire, do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. If that occurs, immediately unplug the
appliance and contact service center for inspection.
The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
with lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Place the multicooker on a stable, horizontal and level surface. Position it far from flammable materials including curtains,
walls, and fabric upholstered furniture.
Do not place the multicooker near heat-emitting devices such as heaters, cooktops or electric burners.
Make sure that there is enough space around. The multicooker should stand more than 15 cm far from such flammable
objects as furniture, curtains etc.
Don’t use the appliance near explosive objects.
Don’t move the appliance containing hot food or liquids or when it is connected to electricity network.
Don’t leave water or products in the multicooker for a long time.
Don’t cover the steam valve and the lid while the multicooker is operating. It may cause malfunction in multicooker work.
Don’t let the multicooker work with empty pot.
While you are cooking the multicooker lid and outer surface might becomet hot. Handle or move the multicooker carefully.
When you open the multicooker lid, wait while steam goes out and then you could get closer.
While cooking avoid using sharp utensils not to damage the pot inner surface. Please use the spoon which comes with the
multicooker. You may use also wooden, plastic or silicone utensils.
Beware of hot steam that comes out of the steam vent while cooking. Keep hands and face away from the
multicooker when you open it to avoid being burnt by hot steam.
Pour water only into the inner pot. Don’t pour water into the multicooker body.
Always check if there are no foreign objects between the pot bottom and heating plate. Foreign objects may cause smell of
burning, strange sounds and cause the multicooker malfunction.
If any unusual sounds, odour or any other disruption happens, switch the multicooker off. Make sure if there are no any object
or liquid between the pot and heating plate. If malfunction reason isn’t found, please call customer service. Never attempt to
dissemble and repair the multicooker by yourself.
Let the multicooker pot cool before washing to avoid pot inner coating damage.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Please unpack your appliance. Remove all packing materials. Remove all stickers from the lid and housing.
Please check if all parts of the multicooker are in a set. Please check that every part is not damaged.
Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry all parts thoroughly. Wipe the stainless steel outer housing
with a clean damp cloth.
NEVER immerse the outer housing in water or any other liquid.
Before first use pour water into the multicooker pot. Water should be about 70% of the pot volume. Than start program
“Soup/Boil”for 60 minutes.
COOKING WITH THE MULTICOOKER
Make sure that the multicooker is clean inside and outside. Check if there are foreign objects inside or between the pot and
heating plate.
Place the inner pot into the multicooker.
Rotate the pot a bit. Make sure that the pot has intimate contact with the heating plate.
Put ingredients into the pot.
Close the lid.
Connect power cord socket into the multicooker socket.
Plug the multicooker in. Don’t plug in if you haven’t fulfilled all the requirements.
WARNING:
Pressure cooker is a high pressure appliance. Pressure cooker improper use may cause burns by hot steam or liquid.
Never open the lid with extra force. The pressure inside of the cooker should be the same with the outside pressure before you open
the lid.
Always unplug the appliance after the cooking is finished and before taking the food out of the cooker.
PRESSURE COOKING
The following programs are suitable for pressure cooking: «Soup/Boil», «Porridge», «Stew», «Pilaf/Express» and «Chef». Close the
lid of the cooker. Check the sealing ring proper location on the inside surface of the lid. Using the appliance without sealing ring is
prohibited. Take the lid by the upper handle, cover the appliance. Place the lead on the proper place when the locking mechanism of
the lid is between left handle of the casing and condensate container. Than turn the lid towards you to the ending point.
STARTING AND CHOOSING OF PROGRAMS
Press button until hear the sound signal and the multicooker on. Choose required program by pressing required button. While
pressing certain button the light indication of that button and the Start button will be blinking. If the chosen program has auto
keep warm function, the indication of Warm/Cancel will be also blinking. Start the program by pressing the Start button
. If after program finish you don’t need auto keep warm function, press Warm/Cancel button . You can always turn off
auto keep warm function no matter before running the cooking program, while cooking or after cooking program is finished. All
button control has sound signals.
MANUAL SETTINGS
If you need to change parameters of the cooking program before starting such a program, press that program button again. Than
you’ll see the blinking minutes indication. By pressing buttons adjust required cooking time. Than you press program
button again to enter hours adjusting menu. Repeat the same for adjusting the hours. If press the program button again, you can

ADJUSTING THE PROGRAMS WHILE COOKING
You can change the program parameters before starting and when the program is operating. Choose the program and press the
Start button to run the program. Press the program button again. Than you see the minutes menu blinking. Using the buttons
adjust required parameters. . Than you press program button again to enter hours adjusting menu. Repeat the same
for adjusting the hours. Finally you press the program button to confirm time settings. If you are in the Multicook ,
Yogurt/Dough and Fry programs, you will be offered also to set up temperature. While you’re done the program will
continue cooking. .
DELAYED START
All the programs except of the Fry program are suitable for delayed start in the range from 30 minutes to 24 hours. To set
the delayed start press for some time the chosen program button, until after sound signal you see blinking minutes indication. Adjust
minutes by using buttons. Press the program button to enter in hours menu. Repeat the same as with the hours by
using buttons. Than the Start button. Than the delayed start time is activated.
AUTO KEEP WARM
All the programs except of Yogurt/Dough and Fry have Auto keep warm function. It means that after the cooking
program is finished it will be followed by the keep warm function. If the cooking program will be followed by the keep warm function
the indication will be lighting. If that indication is not activated, it means that the cooking program will be followed by the keep
warm function. You can deactivate auto keep warm function at any time of cooking process by pressing button.
This function is also available when delayed start is activated.
Please note:Auto keep warm function can last for 24 hours. It is not recommended to leave the food under such temperature
conditions for a long time because it may cause food spoiling.
WARM UP
If you need to warm up food, turn on the cooker by pressing for some time the button . Than press the button (without
choosing a program). Than the indication will light at Warm/Cancel button. The appliance will be in warm up food mode. This mode
temperature is 60°C.
CANCELLING
Cancel any program or parameters by pressing for some time the button . If you press it for long time again, the appliance
will turn off.
CHEF PROGRAM
adjust temperature in Multicook , Yoghurt/Dough and Fry programs. You also can adjust required by pressing
buttons. The temperature may be adjusted also in cooking with pressure suitable programs. After adjusting press the
program button again to confirm the chosen parameters. Press the start button . The cooking will be started with the new
parameters.
Chef program allows you to adjust time of cooking with pressure. The time is adjusted just as described above for cooking
without pressure.
ACCESSORIES
The cooker is supplied with: pot (inside of appliance), power cable, condensate container (attached to the appliance) and spoon..
The supplied pot is not suitable for backing.
CLEANING AND MAINTAINANSE
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Let the appliance cool down completely.
Wash the pot using detergent, rinse with water and dry with soft material.
Do not use dishwasher for inner pot washing.
Do not use chemical and abrasive cleaners for washing the appliance and accessories.
Do not put the pot into cold water right after cooking. Let the pot cool down. Do not place very cold products on hot surface.
CAUTION: do not let water get inside the appliance.
Clean the appliance housing if required with warm water and soft material, do not use any chemical and abrasive cleaners or
dish washing detergent.
Clean the steam valve after cooking. Detach it carefully. Rinse with running water, dry and set back.

Production date is available in the serial number located on the identification sticker on the gift box and/or on sticker on the device.
The serial number consists of 13 characters, the 4th and 5th characters indicate the month, the 6th and 7th indicate the year of
device production.
Producer may change the complete set, appearance, country of manufacture, warranty and technical characteristics of the model
without any notice. Please check when purchasing device.
