PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE.
We would like to thank you for choosing this heating cabinet. To use the full scope of this machine and
avoid any problems we advise you to read the manual carefully, and keep it near your machine for future
reference.
WARNING!
• WHEN IN NEED OF MAINTENANCE CONTACT THE SUPPLIER IMMEDIATELY. MAINTENANCE
OF THE MACHINE HAS TO BE DONE BY PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL.
• FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, DO NOT PLACE ANY FLAMMABLE PRODUCTS IN THE VICINITY OF
YOUR HEATING CABINET
• PLACE THE HEATING CABINET ON A STABLE SURFACE.
OPTIONS
The interlayer is adjustable to fit your desired height. De temperature is adjustable, please be informed
that you will save energy by using a fixed setting with constant temperature. It is advisable to adjust the
temperature depending on the amount of chocolate you place in the cabinet.
The heating cabinet is completely manufactured from stainless steel, it is very user friendly and easy to
maintain.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Please be careful when transporting the heating cabinet. Make sure it does not fall over, and no bump-
ing into it. The machine must be stored inside.
Never turn the heating cabinet upside down. In case it needs to be stored outside after all for a short
while, make sure it is protected from rain and wind.

REMARKS WHEN INSTALLING
• The electrical installation needs to be according to the regular norms,
• The connection needs to be conform the power supply,
• Before using the heating cabinet, make sure all connections are installed according to the correct
rules,
• Unplug the machine before cleaning,
• Clean the machine with non-aggressive products suitable for stainless steel. Always check the
manual before cleaning to ensure the right product is used. Do not use a high pressure cleaner on
this machine.
• The temperature is adjustable from 0 up to 40°C. The preferred working temperature is 40°C.
• The installation of the machine should be done by experienced personnel.
WARNING!
1. To be used only by trained/experienced personnel.
2. Do not dismantle the machine.
3. Disassembling the machine may cause physical harm.
4. Do not use different Voltage to the one suggested.
5. In case of thunderstorms it is advisable to unplug the heating cabinet. This is to prevent damage in
the electrical circuit.
6. Do not use any sharp objects which may cause damage to the machine.
7. After using, turn off the machine and unplug.
8. Installation and maintenance should happen by an expert.
9. In case of a damaged wire: do not use the heating cabinet before replacing the wire. This needs to
happen by a professional.
USAGE
• The electrical installation needs to be according to the regular norms,
• Plug in the machine, and turn it on.
• When the green light is on the machine is ready for usage.
• Turn the dial of the thermostat clockwise to adjust temperature.
• There are two levels, both can hold chocolate.
• The temperature can be adjusted depending on the type and the amount of chocolate.
• The heating cabinet will reach a temperature of 40°C in 35 minutes when empty.
• When the desired temperature is reached, the thermostat will keep this temperature steady.
When the temperature drops, the thermostat will automatically turn back on to reach the desired
temperature again.
• After usage, turn the thermostat to the OFF position, switch off the machine and unplug.
• For optimal usage and safety do not place anything on top of the heating cabinet.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Unplug the machine when cleaning.
• Use a soft towel with non-aggressive cleaning products, suitable for stainless steel when cleaning
the machine, both inside and outside.
• Do not use a direct jet of water on the machine, as this may cause damage to the electrical com-
ponents.
• After usage, turn the thermostat to the OFF position, switch off the machine and unplug.

The above mentioned problems are only an indication. If a problem occurs, get a technician to check the
heating cabinet.
DAILY CHECK
Before usage:
• Check if the heating cabinet is stable
• Check if the connection, the cable and the plug are in a good condition and are not damaged.
• Check if the dials of the control panel are in a good condition and are not damaged.
After usage:
• Check if there is no smoke or funny smells coming from the heating cabinet
• Check if everything works according to this manual.
WARNING!
Check the machine every day for possible issues. This is to be able to react immediately when problems
occur, and to avoid escalation of the problem.
When you think there might be a problem with the electrical circuit, stop using the machine right away.
Ask for a technician as soon as possible to solve the problems.
