Dealer to have unit professionally installed. This Television Ceiling Mount is intended for TV
with maximum size indicated only. Using larger TV may result in instability and cause
possible injury.

1. Installation -Choice Select Ceiling Mounting Plate
Installer must verify that the wall will safely support the combined weight of all attached
equipment and hardware.
IMPORTANT!
Certain wall types require additional mounting hardware.
This ceiling bracket is intended for use only to support Choice Select TV Mounts. Fasteners
provided are for attachment to wood structural members. Order additional fastener
kit if attaching to solid concrete wall.
For Wood Stud
Drill eight 5/32 holes to a minimum depth of 2.5 after selecting a suitable and firm ceiling.
AttachCeiling Mount with six 1/4* 2.5wood screws. Tighten these wood screws to
ensure the ceiling bracket is firmly attached, but do not tighten with excessive force. Over-
tightening can cause stress damage to wood screws greatly and reducing their
holding power!
WARNING!
It is the responsibility of the installer to verify that the wall will safely support the combined load
Of all attached hardware and components.
IMPORTANT!
Be sure to drill holes into the stud center!
2. Assembly –Choice Select Ceiling Mounts
IMPORTANT!
Ensure that all parts shown in assembly figure (see above page) are included with your
mount before you start to assemble. Available accessories and tools are needed to
assemble the TV mount.
Suggestion for Assembly:
1) Assemble the bracket to the size of the TV.
2) Insert M22 screw into wall plate and then attach with break screw M6x20.
3) Loosen the adjusting nut (M8) and tilt the TV bracket to a desired angle, then tighten
all screws securely. Maximum tilt angle is 15.
