attempting to assemble, operate or install the product. If
you have any questions regarding the product please call

1. THE CAB IS NOT A PROTECTIVE DEVICE.
The cab will NOT protect against noise, engine exhaust,
chemicals, collision, roll-over or other accidents.
2.Follow all your snow thrower manufacturer’s
recommended safety instructions.
3.Operating a snow thrower with this cab will restrict
your field of vision. Watch carefully for people, children,
obstructions or obstacles.
4.The cab adds height to your snow thrower. Remember
the height of your cab. Watch carefully for tree limbs or
other items overhead that you could previously go under
without a cab.
5.Before use be sure that all bolts are tight. If one or more
bolts comes loose failure of cab parts may occur.
PRACTICE SAFE MAINTENANCE
• Onlyqualified,trainedadultsshouldservicethismachine.
• Understandserviceprocedurebeforedoingwork.
• Keepareacleananddry.
• Donotoperatetheengineinaconfinedspacewhere
dangerous carbon monoxide fumes can collect.
• Neverlubricate,serviceoradjustthemachineor
attachmentwhileitismoving.Keepsafetydevicesin
placeandinworkingcondition.
• Keephardwaretight.
• Keephands,feet,clothing,jewelry,andlonghairaway
from any moving parts, to prevent them from getting
caught.
• Disconnectbatteryorremovesparkplugwire(forgasoline
engines)beforemakinganyrepairs.
• Keepallpartsingoodconditionandproperlyinstalled.
Fixdamageimmediately.Replacewornorbrokenparts.
Replace all worn or damaged safety and instruction
decals.
•Checkallhardwareatfrequentintervalstobesurethe
equipmentisinsafeworkingcondition.
• Donotmodifymachineorsafetydevices.Unauthorized
modifications to the machine or attachment may impair its
function and safety.
WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING

Insert center bar [A] onto the end of
side mounting bar [B1] until spring
button pops through hole in center bar.

Assemble upper moutning post base
[J1] to the top [J2]. Secure with two
washers [Q] and two hex bolts [P].
Slide upper mounting posts [J] onto
the end of side mounting bar [B1].
Tighten bolt on upper mounting post [J].
Insert center bar [A] onto the end of side mounting bar [B2]
until spring button pops through hole in center bar.
Assemble upper moutning post base
[J1] to the top [J2]. Secure with two
washers [Q] and two hex bolts [P].
Slide upper mounting posts [J] onto
the end of side mounting bar [B2].

Remove protective plastic caps from upright studs on side mounting bars
[B1, B2] and discard.
Slide mounting bar end [C] onto the
end of side mounting bar [B2].
Make sure spring button on mounting
bar end [C] clicks into hole on
side mounting bar [B2].
Slide mounting bar end [C] onto the
end of side mounting bar [B1].
Make sure spring button on
mounting bar end [C] clicks into
hole on side mounting bar [B1].

Insert the pair of back hoop side poles [F] that have NO clear plastic
on the narrow end. Match fluted tips with fluted ends.
Insert back hoop corner poles [F] over the end of top back hoop side poles [E]. Insert each end of the back hoop
top pole [F] into the ends of both
back hoop corner poles [G].
Back hoop side poles [E] are designed to fit together
by matching slotted ends as shown.

Note: It may help to place the parts flat on the ground for easier assembly.
Note: The back hoop side and corner poles [E and F] each have clear plastic sleeves on one end.
The frame hoop top pole [G] DOES NOT have clear plastic sleeves.

ASSEMBLE THE FRONT POLE (FIG. 1-4)
WARNING:Use care when assembling the front hoop side and top poles. Poles under tension can slip out of the metal/plastic
sleeves causing serious injury. Safety goggles are recommended.
Insert front poles [D1, D2] onto upright studs on side mounting bars [B1, B2]. Insert one front hoop side pole [H] into another and then into the front hoop top pole I].
Repeat with remaining two front hoop side poles [H].
While grasping both ends of the
assembled front hoop, lift...
...and insert into the ends of the
front poles [D].
Grasp the front hoop pole assembly
by the outside set of side poles
and bend into a curve.

Slide the elastic strap at the bottom
of the fabric shell [R] around and over
the end of the mounting bar ends [C].
Slide the pocket in the fabric shell [R]
over the installed front hoop assembly.
Make sure to correctly attach the
rip-and-grip straps to the frame.
Continue attaching all the rip-and-
grip tabs to the frame, back hoop
and front hoop assemblies.
Secure the fabric shell to the frame
with the sewn-in rip-and-grip
tabs starting below the window.
See position 1of Step 2.
Attach rip-and-grip tabs in the proper
sequence. Fabric will be tight to
the frame and hoop assemblies.

INSTALL THE CAB FABRIC SHELL ONTO THE FRAME (FIG. 1-4)
Note: Fabric shell will be tight when properly assembled.

Assemble parts L, M, N & O as shown on your snowthrower handlebar upright where
indicated. Face [L] forward on machine. Repeat on the other side.
Whenever possible, mount top U-bolt [N] above crossbar as shown.
Tighten securely.
Slide the lower mounting posts [K] onto the installed mounting post clamps [L].

ATTACH THE MOUNTING SYSTEM TO YOUR SNOW THROWER (FIG. 1-3)
Note: Exact positioning may vary depending on your machine.
Note: In some instances, it may be necessary to mount the top U-bolts [N] above the handlebar crossbar support. This will help the
assembled cab sit higher for added clearance.
