attempting to assemble, operate or install the product. If

1. THE CAB IS NOT A PROTECTIVE DEVICE.
The cab will NOT protect against noise, engine exhaust,
chemicals, collision, roll-over or other accidents.
2.Follow all your snow thrower manufacturer’s
recommended safety instructions.
3.Operating a snow thrower with this cab will restrict
your field of vision. Watch carefully for people, children,
obstructions or obstacles.
4.The cab adds height to your snow thrower. Remember
the height of your cab. Watch carefully for tree limbs or
other items overhead that you could previously go under
without a cab.
5.Before use be sure that all bolts are tight. If one or more
bolts comes loose failure of cab parts may occur.

• Keephardwaretight.
• Keephands,feet,clothing,jewelry,andlonghairaway
from any moving parts, to prevent them from getting
caught.
• Disconnectbatteryorremovesparkplugwire(forgasoline
engines)beforemakinganyrepairs.
• Keepallpartsingoodconditionandproperlyinstalled.
Fixdamageimmediately.Replacewornorbrokenparts.
Replace all worn or damaged safety and instruction
decals.
•Checkallhardwareatfrequentintervalstobesurethe
equipmentisinsafeworkingcondition.
• Donotmodifymachineorsafetydevices.Unauthorized
modifications to the machine or attachment may impair its
function and safety.

[B1, B2] and discard.
Slide mounting bar end [C] onto the

Insert the pair of back hoop side poles [F] that have NO clear plastic
on the narrow end. Match fluted tips with fluted ends.
Insert back hoop corner poles [F] over the end of top back hoop side poles [E]. Insert each end of the back hoop
top pole [F] into the ends of both
back hoop corner poles [G].
Back hoop side poles [E] are designed to fit together
by matching slotted ends as shown.

ASSEMBLE THE FRONT POLE (FIG. 1-4)
WARNING:Use care when assembling the front hoop side and top poles. Poles under tension can slip out of the metal/plastic
sleeves causing serious injury. Safety goggles are recommended.
Insert front poles [D1, D2] onto upright studs on side mounting bars [B1, B2]. Insert one front hoop side pole [H] into another and then into the front hoop top pole I].
Repeat with remaining two front hoop side poles [H].
While grasping both ends of the
assembled front hoop, lift...
...and insert into the ends of the
front poles [D].
Grasp the front hoop pole assembly
by the outside set of side poles
and bend into a curve.

Slide the elastic strap at the bottom
of the fabric shell [R] around and over
the end of the mounting bar ends [C].
Slide the pocket in the fabric shell [R]
over the installed front hoop assembly.
Make sure to correctly attach the
rip-and-grip straps to the frame.
Continue attaching all the rip-and-
grip tabs to the frame, back hoop
and front hoop assemblies.
Secure the fabric shell to the frame
with the sewn-in rip-and-grip
tabs starting below the window.
See position 1of Step 2.
Attach rip-and-grip tabs in the proper
sequence. Fabric will be tight to
the frame and hoop assemblies.

INSTALL THE CAB FABRIC SHELL ONTO THE FRAME (FIG. 1-4)
Note: Fabric shell will be tight when properly assembled.

Assemble parts L, M, N & O as shown on your snowthrower handlebar upright where
indicated. Face [L] forward on machine. Repeat on the other side.
Whenever possible, mount top U-bolt [N] above crossbar as shown.
Tighten securely.
Slide the lower mounting posts [K] onto the installed mounting post clamps [L].

Note: Exact positioning may vary depending on your machine.
Note: In some instances, it may be necessary to mount the top U-bolts [N] above the handlebar crossbar support. This will help the
assembled cab sit higher for added clearance.

so that the mounting bar ends [C] are parallel to the ground.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
STORAGE
Store in a clean dry place. Never store a wet cover in an enclosed area as it can develop mildew.
Avoid folding the plastic windows of the cover for long periods.
BOLTS
Check all bolts before each use to see that they are tight. If one or more bolts come loose, failure of cab parts may occur.
WINDOWS
Don't clean the plastic windows when they are dry—you can scratch them.
Hose them with water and rub them with your bare hands. Liquid soap may be used.
During freezing weather an automotive windshield cleaner and a soft cloth will work (don't use your bare hands with the cleaner).
Fabric areas of the cab may be washed with a rag. Don't use soap as it may remove protective coatings added by the factory.
TROUBLESHOOTING
TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer, Classic Accessories, Inc., will repair or replace, without charge, this product which under normal usage has proven
to be defective in its manufacture or workmanship for a period of two (2) year from the date of initial retail purchase. This warranty
is valid only to the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover any parts that have been subjected to
misuse, abuse, alteration, overload, accident or normal wear of moving parts.
Service can be obtained by contacting Classic Accessories at 1-800-854-2315. Any cab or cab part that is returned to Classic Accessories,
together with the original sales receipt as proof of initial retail purchase, and with postage prepaid, will be repaired or replaced without
cost if the unit is found defective. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or
attempted by others. All warranty work will be completed in a reasonable time, not to exceed 60 days after receiving the product.
Classic Accessories is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states and provinces do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above
limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state
to state and province to province.
WARRANTY VOID IF PRODUCT USED FOR COMMERCIAL OR RENTAL PURPOSES OR IF THE SNOW THROWER CAB IS TRANSPORTED ON
AN OPEN TRAILER OR TRUCK.

Insérez la paire de tiges latérales de l’arceau arrière [E] qui NE
comportent PAS de manchons en plastique à leur extrémité. Faites
correspondre les bouts effilés avec les extrémités effilées.
Insérez les tiges des coins de l’arceau arrière [F] sur
les tiges latérales de l’arceau arrière [E].
Insérez la tige supérieure de l’arceau
arrière [G] dans les extrémités des deux
tiges des coins de l’arceau arrière [F].
Les tiges latérales de l’arceau arrière [E] ont été conçues afin
de pouvoir s’imbriquer les unes dans les autres en faisant
correspondre leurs extrémités rainurées comme illustré.

ASSEMBLER L’ARCEAU AVANT (VOIR ILLUSTRATIONS 1À 4)
AVERTISSEMENT:Faites attention lorsque vous assemblez les tiges de l’arceau avant et les tiges supérieures. Les tiges
tendues risquent de glisser hors des manchons en métal ou plastique et de gravement vous blesser. Il est recommandé de porter des
lunettes de protection.
Installez les tiges avant [D1et D2] dans les goujons situés sur
le dessus des barres de montage latérales [B1et B2].
Insérez une tige latérale de l’arceau avant [H] dans une autre tige latérale
puis dans la tige supérieure de l’arceau avant [I]. Répétez l’opération
avec les deux tiges latérales restantes de l’arceau avant [H].
Tout en tenant les deux extrémités
de l’arceau avant que vous venez
d’assembler, soulevez…
…puis insérez les extrémités
de l’arceau dans les extrémités
des deux tiges avant [D].
Saisissez l’ensemble des tiges de
l’arceau avant au niveau de l’extérieur
des tiges latérales et courbez les
tiges afin de former un arc.
