Warning & Caution
Warning.
The patient must wear an eye shield, during procedure. Doctor
must wear latex gloves. Products do not expose to rain or
moisture. To prevent electric shock, plug into an extension cord,
do not use an outlet and This product must be earth ground.
Caution.
Always turn off the system when it is not in use.
Never leave the system in ready mode unattended.
Never allow untrained personnel to operate the system.
Ultraformer has the ultrasound frequency of 7Mhz, 4Mhz,
Which can cause human eye burns.
Patient must wear eye goggles for all facial treatment.
Ultrasound without gel coating on film cause serious damage to
the cartridge.

Installation
1. The ultraformer system is designed for installation in an
office or a clinic and requires minimal site preparation.
2. System transportation and installation is carried out by
authorized technical Personnel who trained.

Operation
1. Turn on the “key switch
2. Check skin with other ultrasound image viewer.
3. Set the proper parameter.
4. Apply the ultrasonic transmission get to skin
5. Contact the cartridge of handpiece to skin
6. Press the shot switch of handpiece.
7. Move and confirm contact and next shot.
8. Check the patient and repeat treatment.
Caution
1. Do not shot in the air without applying ultrasound
transmission gel.
2. Do not shot to skin without applying ultrasound
transmission gel.
3. Before shot, check the status of cartridge which is
contacted to skin
