APPLICATIONS & ENVIRONMENTS
The TwinTech mobile work center is primarily designed to be used with a Clayton two user vacuum and two pneumatic sanders or
other air tools with vacuum extraction.
The Workcenter provides the follow features:
• Storage for 1 Clayton two user vacuum
• Storage for 2 Combination Air/Vacuum Hoses
• Storage for 2 Air Tools
• Storage for 5 Drawers of tools, abrasives, and accessories
• Storage for 2 vacuum cleanup tools
• 2 work surfaces
• 2 Pegboards with hooks, bins, and paper towel storage
The Mobile Workcenter is designed to be positioned between two users where both users can access the pegboard, bidirectional
drawers, two user vacuum, and hose/tool hangers.

2. Identify and inventory all Items shipped in the lower drawer
• Refer to What’s Included on the previous page
3. Attach the lower shelf
• Using the 5 x 10-32 screws provided attach the lower shelf to the
TwinTech
3. Attach the hose hangers
• Using the 4 x 10-32 screws provided attach the hose hangers to the
upper shelf

GETTING STARTED
1. Locking the cart (optional)
• Close all the drawers
• Ensure the drawers all seat into the same detent position
• Slide the lock bar into either lock bar slot on the top work surface
• Feed the lock bar down through all the drawers adjusting the
drawers as needed
• Insert a customer provided padlock through the hole at the
bottom of the lock bar if desired
2. Hose Hangers / Tool Hangers
• Hose Hangers are provided on either side of the Mobile Workcenter
• Loop each vacuum hose from the vacuum onto each hose hangers
• Use the V slot at the top of the Hose Hanger to hold the sander
or other tool attached to the hose when not in use
3. Pegboard
• Arrange the Lock Hooks in the pegboard as desired
• Additional Lock Hooks can be purchased from...
4. Tube Clips (optional)
• Two optional Tube Clips may be provided to hold vacuum cleanup tools
such as a dust brush or crevice tool
• Snap the dust brush or crevice tool into the Tube Clips

BEFORE EACH USE
5. Mounting the Vacuum (optional)
• The lower shelf is designed to hold a Clayton 5 gallon steel
vacuum without casters
• Assemble the vacuum power head onto the vacuum tank
• Slide the vacuum onto the bottom shelf with the vacuum inlet facing out
