1 Introduction
You have made a good choice by purchasing the
CLEANCRAFT water pump.
Read the operating manual thoroughly before commis-
sioning the machine.
It gives you information about the proper commission-
ing, intended use and safe and efficient operation and
maintenance of your water pump.
The operating manual is part of the water pump pack-
age. Always keep this operating manual in the location
where your water pump is being operated. All local acci-
dent prevention regulations and general safety instruc-
tions for the operating range of your water pump must
also be complied with.

may be used in conjunction with the operation of the
Water pump. Any application beyond those described
is not permitted without the written approval of Stürmer
Maschinen GmbH. For the protection of our products,
we shall register trademark, patent and design rights, as

The actual scope of delivery may deviate from the ex-
planations and presentations described here in case of
special models, when using additional ordering options

eral terms and conditions as well as the delivery condi-
tions of the manufacturer and the legal regulations at the
time of the conclusion of the contract are applicable.
2 Safety
This section provides an overview of all important safety
packages for the protection of operating personnel as
well as for safe and fault-free operation. Other task-
based safety notes are included in the paragraphs of
the individual phases of life.
2.1 Symbol explanation
Safety instructions
The safety notes in these operating instructions are
high-lighted by symbols. The safety notes are intro-
duced by signal words which express the concern of
the risk.
DANGER!
This combination of symbol and signal words indi-
cates an imminently dangerous situation which may
lead to death or severe injury if not avoided.

Safety
Tips and recommendations
It is necessary to observe the safety notes written in
these operating instructions in order to reduce the risk of
personal injuries and damages to property.
2.2 Obligations of the operating company
The operating company is the person who operates the
water pump for business or commercial reasons by her-
self, or leaves it to a third party for use or application,
and who bears the legal product responsibility for the
protection of the user, the staff or for third parties.
Obligations of the operating company
The machine is not intended for commercial use. The
operator of the machine is subject to the legal obliga-
tions for occupational safety. Therefore, the safety in-
structions in this operating manual as well as the safety,
accident prevention and environmental protection regu-
lations valid for the area of application of the machine
must be observed. The following applies in particular:
- The operating company must be informed about the
applying industrial safety regulations and further an-
alyse hazards resulting from the special working
conditions at the place of use of the Water pump.
She must implement these in form of operating man-
uals for the operation of the Water pump.
- During the entire lifetime the Water pump, the op-
erating company must verify whether the operat-
ing manuals prepared by her correspond to the
current status of the regulations, and must adapt
these if necessary.
- The operating company must unambiguously regu-
late and determine the responsibilities for installa-
tion, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and
cleaning.
- The operating company must ensure that all per-
sons who work with the Water pump, have read
and understood this manual. Furthermore she
must instruct the staff in regular intervals and in-
form them about the hazards.
- The operator must provide the necessary protec-
tive equipment to the staff and order the use of the
necessary protective equipment in a binding way.
Furthermore the operating company is responsible to
keep the Water pump always in a technically flawless
state. Thus, the following applies:
- The operator must ensure that the maintenance in-
tervals described in this manual are kept.
- The operator must have all safety devices
checked regularly for their good working order
and their integrity.
2.3 Requirements to staff
Qualifications
The different tasks described in this manual represent
different requirements to the qualification of the persons
entrusted with these tasks.

WARNING!
Danger in case of insufficient qualification
of the staff!
Insufficiently qualified persons cannot estimate the
risks while using the Water pump and expose them-
selves and others to the danger of severe or lethal
injuries.
- Have all works only performed by qualified per-
sons.
- Keep insufficiently qualified persons out of the
working area.

Only persons reliable working procedures can be ex-
pected from, are allowed to perform all works. Persons
the responsiveness of which is affected by e. g. drugs,
alcohol or medication, are not allowed to work with the
machine.
The qualifications of the personnel for the different tasks
are mentioned below:
Operator
The operator is instructed by the operating company
about the assigned tasks and possible risks in case of
improper behaviour. Any tasks which need to be per-
formed beyond the operation in the standard mode
must only be performed by the operator if it is indicated
in these instructions and if the operating company ex-
pressively commissioned the operator.
Electrically qualified person
Electrically qualified person is due to their professional
training, knowledge and experience as well as knowl-
edge of the relevant standards and regulations, in a po-
sition to carry out work on the electrical systems and to
in-dependently recognize and avoid possible dangers.
Qualified personnel
Due to their professional training, knowledge and expe-
rience as well as their knowledge of relevant regulations
the specialist staff is able to perform the assigned tasks
and to recognise and avoid any possible dangers them-
selves.
Manufacturer
Certain works may only be performed by specialist per-
sonnel of the manufacturer. Other personnel is not au-
thorized to perform these works. Please contact our cus-
tomer service for the execution of all arising work.
2.4 Personal protective equipment
The personal protective equipment serves to protect
per-sons against impairments of safety and health while
working. The staff member has to wear personal protec-
tive equipment while performing different tasks on and
with the machine which are indicated in the individual
paragraphs of these instructions.
The personal protective equipment is explained in the
following paragraph:
2.5 General safety regulations
Please note the following:
- Use the guards and secure them securely. Never
work without guards and get them working.
- Keep the machine and your work environment clean
at all times. Ensure sufficient illumination.
- The special water pump design must not be
changed; the machine must not be used for work
not in-tended by the manufacturer.
- Never work under the influence of illnesses that im-
pair concentration, drugs, alcohol or medication.
- Only start the water pump as soon as the pump
chamber has filled with water.
- Keep children and persons unfamiliar with the spe-
cial Water pump away from their work environment.
- Do not use the mains cable to pull the plug out of
the socket. Protect the cable against heat, oil and
sharp edges.
- Never use the power cord to move or lift the special
Water pump.
- Do not bend, crush, pull or drive over power cords
and extension cords.
- Disruptions that affect safety are eliminated immedi-
ately.
- Before using the water pump make sure that no
parts are damaged. Replace damaged parts imme-
diately to avoid sources of danger!
- Never overload the water pump! Working within the
stated performance limits is better and safer.
- Do not use the pump in hazardous areas or near
flammable liquids and gases.
- Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
- Seal all fittings with a thread sealing tape to prevent
leakage.
- Do not let the pump run dry for a long time.
Protective goggles
The goggles protect the eyes from flying parts and
liquid splashes.
Protective gloves
The protective gloves serve to protect the hands
against sharp components as well as against fric-
tion, abrasions or deep injuries.
Safety boots
Safety boots protect the feet from being crushed,
falling parts and slipping over on slippery ground.
Protective clothes
Protective clothes are made of a tightly fitted fabric
without the protruding parts of low tear strength.

Safety
- Only touch the pump if it has been switched off for
at least 5 minutes.
- Only dismantle the pump body with the pump
switched off and the pump chamber empty.
- Only use original spare parts and accessories to
avoid possible dangers and accident risks.
- Should it be necessary to work next to the machine,
the use of ear protection (headphones, earmuffs,
etc.) is required.
- Do not switch the electric pump on or off several
times in succession. This will reduce the service life
of the pump.
- Stürmer Maschinen GmbH accepts no liability for
design and technical modifications to the water
pump.
2.6 Safety labels on the water pump
The following safety labels and instructions are attached
to the Water pump (Fig. 1) and must be observed.

If safety labels on the machine are damaged or missing,
this can cause errors, personal injury and material dam-
age. The safety symbols attached to the machine must
not be removed. Damaged safety symbols must be re-
placed immediately.
As soon as the signs are not clearly visible and compre-
hensible at first glance, the machine must be stopped
until new signs have been attached.
ATTENTION!
Any modification of the device is prohibited. The
modification may result in the loss of the warranty,
fire and injury, including death, for the user.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage to
property or persons as a result of failure to follow
these instructions or misuse of the unit.
ATTENTION!
If the ambient temperature is lower than 4 ° C or the
pump is not used for a long time, drain the piping
system to prevent ice from forming in the pump
chamber.
ATTENTION!
Place the cable so that it can not be sucked into the
pump.
ATTENTION!
Store the device taking into account its weight, viz.
on a firm, level surface and only in a closed room
without moisture.
ATTENTION!
The pumped liquid may be hot and under high pres-
sure. Before moving or disassembling the pump,
empty the liquid in the pump and piping to avoid
scalding.
ATTENTION!
The water pump is not used for drinking water sup-
ply or for pumping food.
ATTENTION!
After the device has been tipped over, it is recom-
mended to set it up again and then switch it off.
ATTENTION!
Check that the supply voltage of the water pump
matches the technical data label of the water pump.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in fire,
personal injury or even death.
ATTENTION!
The pump is not suitable for pumping salt water, fae-
ces, flammable, corrosive, explosive or other haz-
ardous liquids. The delivery fluid must not exceed or
fall short of the maximum or minimum temperature
specified in the technical data.
ATTENTION!
When pumping contaminated liquids, install a suc-
tion strainer to protect the pump from dirt.
ATTENTION!
If water is not pumped after operating the water
pump for 5 minutes, switch off the pump, fill with
water and check for leaks.

3 Intended use
The submersible pumps SCWP 7514, SCWP 10013 and
the submersible pressure pump SPWP 1107 are suita-
ble for pumping clean water.
The submersible pressure pump SPWP 1106A is suita-
ble for pumping dirty water that does not contain solid
particles.
The combination submersible water pumps SDWP 7514
and SDWP 10020 are suitable for pumping clean and
dirty water.
The submersible water pump must not be operated in
explosive environments.
The maximum permissible temperature of the pumped
medium must not exceed 35°C.
Proper use also includes compliance with all the infor-
mation in these instructions.
Claims of any kind for damage due to improper use are
excluded.
3.1 Fehlgebrauch
3.2 Residual risks
Even if all safety regulations are observed and the
water pump is used according to the instructions, there
are still residual risks, which are listed below:
- There is a risk of injury to the upper limbs (e.g.
hands, fingers).
- Heat build-up on components can lead to burns
and other injuries.
- Electrical hazard due to contact with parts and high
voltage (direct contact) or with parts that are under
high voltage due to a defect of the device (indirect
contact).

WARNING!
Danger in case of misuse!
Misuse of the water pump can lead to dangerous
situations.
- Only operate the submersible water pump in the
performance range specified in the technical data.
- Never bypass or disable the safety devices.
- Only operate the submersible water pump in a
technically perfect condition.
ATTENTION!
The pump is not suitable for pumping salt water,
faeces, flammable, corrosive, explosive or other
dangerous liquids. The pumped liquid must not
exceed or fall below the maximum or minimum tem-
perature specified in the technical data.

6 Transport, packaging, storage
6.1 Delivery
Check the water pump on delivery for any visible trans-
portation damage. If you notice any damage to the de-
vice please report this immediately to the carrier or
dealer.
6.2 Transport
During transport, the water pump must be well secured
so that it can not tip over.
6.3 Packaging
All used packaging materials and packaging aids are
recyclable and should be taken to a materials recycling
depot to be disposed of.
The delivery packaging is made of cardboard, so
please dispose carefully by having it chopped up and
given to the recycling collection.
The film is made of polyethylene (PE) and the cushioned
parts of polystyrene (PS). Deliver these substances to a
collection point for recyclable materials or to the waste
disposal company which looks after your region.
6.4 Storage
The water pump should be stored in a dry, frost-free en-
vironment.
Water pumps must not be stacked on top of each other.
Also, no other items may be parked on it.
Step1: Turn off the water pump and drain completely.
Wipe all accessible surfaces and let the water
pump dry.
Step 2: Disconnect the suction and discharge lines from
the pump and store in a dry and frost-free place
(at least 5 ° C).

ATTENTION!
Allow the water pump to cool completely and drain
completely from water.
The water pump may only be transported upright.
ATTENTION!
Risk of frost: If the electric pump has to be switched
off below 0 ° C, it must be ensured that there is no
liquid left in the pump. This will avoid damaging
parts of the electric pump.

NOTE!
Check the tank pressure regularly as shown in Fig-
ure 6. As soon as the tank pressure is lower than 1.2
bar, top up the tank. The correct pressure in the tank
is 1.6 bar + -0.1.

7.1 Operation and function
Operation
The submersible water pumps SCWP 7514 and SCWP
10013 are designed to pump clear water. Flat pumping
down to a few mm is possible. Operation is automatic
due to adjustable float switch.
The SDWP 7514 and SDWP 10020 combination sub-
mersible pumps are suitable for pumping dirty and clear
water due to adjustable feet. Operation is automatic due
to adjustable float circuit. Liquids with particles up to 30
mm (SDWP 7514) or 35 mm (SDWP 10020) in size can
be transported.
The submersible pressure pump SPWP 1106A is de-
signed to pump unclean water, but without solid parti-
cles. Operation is automatic by means of an adjustable
float circuit.
The submersible pressure pump SPWP 1107 is de-
signed to pump clear water. Multistage impeller technol-
ogy generates high water pressure of approx. 4 bar.
Ideal for rainwater systems, sprinkler operation, pump-
ing of water from cisterns, reservoirs, ponds, wells and
other applications with higher pressure requirements.
Requires lower water level, allowing shallow pumping
down to a few mm.
The pumps are usually used in the household environ-
ment.
Thanks to their compact shape and good operability,
the electric pumps can be used for gardening or under
other normal conditions as portable suction pumps.
Never use this type of electric pump in a swimming
pool, pond or tank where there is a lot of water or dan-
gerous hydrocarbons (petrol, diesel, heating oil, sol-
vents, etc.) that could cause an accident.
Function
Float switch:
The float switch starts and stops the pump automati-
cally. The electric pump is switched on when the water
level has risen to a certain level and the float switch is in
position 1 in Fig.8. When the water level drops, the float
switch turns off and the electric pump shuts off automat-
ically.

On the side of the pump is a cable groove (Fig. 8,
Pos. 3). The power supply cable of the float switch can
be adjusted to the required length by hooking it into the
cable groove. Make sure that the float switch can swing
freely after adjusting the supply cable length.
Effects of the cable insertion point:
- Float switch on a short cable end: The positions ON
and OFF are close to each other.
- Float switch on a long cable end: The ON and OFF
positions are far apart.
Positioning
Move the electric pump only by the carrying handle. The
pump can also be lifted with a rope and positioned in a
small space. The rope must be attached to the carrying
handle.

On certain models, there is an outlet on the contact sur-
face between the pump body and the head cover. It is a
normal phenomenon for an electric pump that it re-
leases a little water from the hole during normal opera-
tion.
Adjustment of the combo function on the model SDWP 7514:
In the combination version, the foot position can be ad-
justed to change the working status of the pump.
Change of water mode from clear to dirty water:
Step 1: Turn the electric pump so that the floor is facing
you (Fig.13).
Step 2: Turn the foot counter-clockwise to activate it.
Step 3: Pull out the foot and turn it counter-clockwise to
the end.
Reset to clear water mode:
Step 1: Turn the electric pump so that the floor is facing
you.
Step 2: Turn the foot clockwise to activate.
Step 3: Push your feet inward and turn clockwise to the
end.

ATTENTION!
Make sure that the water chamber of the pump is
always filled with water before starting the pump.
Dry running can cause damage to the pump.
ATTENTION!
In case of malicious damage or modification, the
manufacturer cannot check whether the electric
pump is working normally.
ATTENTION!
The water quality may change due to the non-toxic
oil in the sealing device.

8 Installation
8.1 Notes on installation
Step 1: Submerge the pump at an angle to avoid an air
cushion at the bottom that would prevent suction.
Step 2: Once the pump is submerged, place it in an up-
right position.
Step 3: Lower the pump to the bottom of the liquid con-
tainer. Use a rope if necessary.
Step 4: Place the water pump at a certain height (espe-
cially in conditions of heavy soiling), so that the
inlet of the water pump is not blocked.
Step 5: If possible, make sure that the pump is com-
pletely under water.
Step 6: Make sure that the water pump is placed in a po-
sition where the float switch can move freely.
(space required for model SCWP 10013:
500 mm x 500 mm)
Step 7: Make sure that there is sufficient stability to se-
cure the upright position.
All connection lines must be absolutely leak-tight, as
leaking lines can impair the performance of the pump
and cause considerable damage. It is therefore essen-
tial to seal the threaded parts of the cables with each
other and the connection to the pump with Teflon tape.
Only the use of sealing material such as Teflon tape en-
sures that the assembly is airtight.
Avoid excessive force when tightening fittings, which
can cause damage.
When laying the connecting cables, make sure that no
weight, vibrations or tensions are applied to the pump.
In addition, the connecting cables must not be dam-
aged or have a counterfall to the pump.
8.2 Electrical connection
The device has a power cord with mains plug:
- The mains connection cable and plug may only be
replaced by qualified personnel to avoid hazards.
- Never pull the power supply cable out of the socket
by the cable, but always by the power plug.
- Never lift or carry the pump by the water drain hose
or power cord.
- Protect the power plug and power cord from heat,
oil and sharp edges.
- The connection and protection of electrical parts
must be made in accordance with local regulations.
- Furthermore, all local regulations for the safe opera-
tion of submersible pumps must be observed.
- The supply voltage must match the operating volt-
age on the type plate.
- The thermal protection switch switches off the elec-
tric pump in case of overload. After the cause of the
overload has been eliminated and the electric motor
has cooled down, the pump starts automatically as
long as the power source has not been interrupted.
- Never damage or jam the power cord. Once the
power cord is damaged, the electric pump must not
be used again.
- Attention: The immersion depth of the electric pump
is limited by the length of the power cable and is
specified in the technical data.
- Never use the electric pump if there are people in
the water.
- Make sure that the power plug and the socket are dry.
ATTENTION!
When installing the unit, make sure that the motor is
adequately ventilated.
ATTENTION!
The pump must not be immersed deeper in the
water than specified in the "Technical data" (see
suction height).
ATTENTION!
The pump must never be drained by the power cord
or the water drain hose!
Always use a sufficiently strong rope.
NOTE!
When operating the pump outdoors, the electrical
connections must be splash-proof. The connections
must not come into contact with water.
ATTENTION!
The electrical connection must be equipped with a
high sensitive fault-current circuit breaker (RCCB):
30 mA.
ATTENTION!
Only use an extension cable whose cross-section
and rubber sheathing correspond at least to the
connection cable of the device and are marked with
the corresponding abbreviation according to VDE.
Power plugs and couplings must be splash-proof.

WARNING!
Danger to life!
There is danger to your life if you do not follow these
rules.
- Never work with the water pump if you are under
the influence of alcohol, drugs or medications and /
or you are overtired or suffer from concentration-
disturbing illnesses.
- Die Submersible water pump may only be operated
by one person. Other persons must keep away
from the water pump during operation.
ATTENTION!
Submersible water pumps SCWP 7514, SCWP 10013 and
submersible pressure pump SPWP 1107: Make sure that
only fresh water can be pumped with the water
pump. Using the water pump for other liquids will
cause damage to the pump.
Use protective clothes!
Wear safety boots!
Wear safety glasses!
ATTENTION!
Check the general condition of the hoses. Make sure
that the hoses are not damaged before connecting
them to the pump.
ATTENTION!
Before commissioning, always fill the pump with
water. Dry running can cause damage.
ATTENTION!
The grounded output or the plug connection to an
extension cable must be located in a flood-safe
area.
ATTENTION!
Make sure that the inlet at the bottom of the pump is
properly installed to avoid mechanical injury when
the pump is turned on.
ATTENTION!
To avoid fire hazards, keep the pump at least 1
meter away from building walls and other equip-
ment during operation. Do not place flammable
objects near the motor.

Before each use, check the pump, especially the
power cord, the plug and the float switch for pos-
sible damage.

Danger to life due to electric shock!
There is danger to life when in contact with live com-
ponents. Switched on electrical components can
cause uncontrolled movements and lead to serious
injuries.
- Disconnect the mains plug before starting any ad-
justments to the water pump.
ATTENTION!
The device must be correctly installed before use. It
must also be checked that the filter elements are
correctly installed and powerful.
The device should only be operated, mounted,
repaired and transported on firm, level ground.
Before putting the device into operation, make sure
that the voltage specified on the type plate corre-
sponds to the mains voltage

Step 1: Remove the screw plug from the filler neck and
fill it with clean water until the pump is completely
filled with water.
Step 2: Close the filler neck (5,fig.5) again with the
screw plug.
Step 3: Start the pump and make sure that no water
leaks out.
10.1 Starting the water pump
Step 1: Close all hoses by the water pump, fill the pump
with clean water.
Step 2: Switch on the pump at the ON / OFF switch.
Step 3: Open existing shut-off devices in the pressure
line, e.g. a water tap, so that the air can escape
during the suction process.
Step 4: Check the suction lines for possible water leaks.
ATTENTION!
Always disconnect the power plug from the socket
before handling the switched off water pump.
Always check the supply cable for damage such as
cracks or signs of age. Replace the cable if neces-
sary before further use.
The replacement of a defective power cable must be
carried out by the technical service or by a qualified
electrician.
When using an extension cord, make sure that it is
the same size as the pump power cord and avoid
contact of the cord with liquids or conductive sur-
faces.
ATTENTION!
Do not switch on the electric submersible water
pump more than 20 times per minute!
This can reduce the service life of the water pump.
ATTENTION!
Make sure that the pump is properly placed and
ready for operation. Check that all hose connections
are tightly screwed and undamaged.
ATTENTION!
The submersible water pump must be cleaned with
clean water after every use that can lead to sedi-
mentation.
This prevents blockages and power losses caused
by sedimentation.
ATTENTION!
The float switch must be movable so that the pump
cannot run dry.
ATTENTION!
Before starting the engine, the pump must be com-
pletely filled with water. Dry starting the pump can
cause serious damage.
NOTE!
When starting up the pump for the first time, it is
essential to ensure that the pump housing is com-
pletely vented, including self-priming pumps. If this
venting is not carried out, the pump does not suck in
the pumped liquid. It is recommended, but not nec-
essary, to additionally vent or fill the suction pipe
with water.
ATTENTION!
Dry running of the pump without pumping water
must be prevented, as a lack of water leads to over-
heating of the pump. This can lead to considerable
damage to the unit. There is also very hot water in
the system, so there is a risk of scalding.
Switch off before pulling the mains plug.
When the pump has overheated, unplug the power
cord and let the system cool down.
ATTENTION!
Make sure that the pump is properly placed and
ready for use. Check if all hose connections are
tight.
ATTENTION!
For safety reasons, never use the pump for corrosive
liquids such as acid. To avoid corrosion, do not
pump chemicals or other aggressive substances.

Care, maintenance and repair
Model SPWP 1106A
The pump is equipped with a pressure sensor and a
flow sensor so that the pump can start and stop automa-
tically.
Protection from dry running:
1. Pump starts within 3 seconds of being switched on.
If no water is present, the pump attempt to prime for
30 seconds with a 5 second pause.
2. If no water is still present, the pump attempts to prime
for 20 seconds with a 5-second pause.
After 3 attempts, the pump stops.
3. After 1 hour, the pump attempts to suck in again. If
this attempt also fails, there is a 5 hour pause, after
which the pump attempts to priming every 24 hours.
Standard operation:
If the water level drops during pump operation, the
pump stops after 10 s. The submersible pump switches
itself on again automatically as soon as the water level
rises and the pressure falls below 2.5 bar.
11 Care, maintenance and repair
11.1 Care by cleaning
The water pump must always be kept in a clean condition.
All plastic parts and painted surfaces should be
cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and some neutral deter-
gent.
Always keep the cooling fins clean and free.
11.2 Maintenance and repair
For the pump to work perfectly at all times, regular main-
tenance is required. This also applies if the pump is
used under severe conditions but does not run for a
long time (e.g. when used in wells).
ATTENTION!
Before maintenance work, the pump must be discon-
nected from the mains. If it is not disconnected from
the mains, u. a. the risk of unintentional starting of the
pump can occur.
NOTE!
The warranty does not cover the parts of the water
pump that have been treated by the operator as
being abusive or negligent. For a full warranty, the
operator must operate the water pump as described
in the instructions.
For proper operation of the water pump, regular
adjustments must be made.
NOTE!
Contamination of the fluid can occur due to leakage
of the lubricants.
ATTENTION!
Never use solvents to clean plastic parts or painted
surfaces. A surface release and consequential dam-
age may occur.
Use protective gloves!
NOTE!
If the device is not used for a long time, the water in
the pump should be drained. The pump body, impel-
ler, and bracket should be cleaned and coated with
anti-corrosion oil before storing in a well-ventilated,
dry place.
ATTENTION!
Maintenance and repairs must always be carried out
by qualified personnel; Any damaged parts can only
be replaced by original spare parts.
A damaged pump must be repaired professionally.
Do not try to repair the pump yourself.
If repairs to electrical parts are necessary, please
contact your local dealer.
Make sure that the pump is switched off before car-
rying out maintenance or repair work.

Yearly maintenance:
- Check the pump housing and the chords for damage.
- Remove stubborn dirt.
- Rinse the inside of the pump by placing it in a con-
tainer filled with clear water and turn it on briefly.
(Only with model SCWP 10013)
- Rinse the pump with clear water.
If the water pump does not work properly, contact a
dealer or our customer service. The contact details can
be found in chapter 1.2 Customer Service.
All protection and safety equipment must be reinstalled
immediately after completion of repair and maintenance
work.
Regular maintenance and careful care reduce the risk of
possible malfunctions and help extend the life of your
device.
12 Disposal, recycling of used devices
Please take care in your own interest and in the interest
of the environment that all component parts of the ma-
chine are only disposed of in the intended and permit-
ted way.
12.1 Decommissioning
Immediately decommission disused machines in order
to avoid later misuse and endangering of the environ-
ment or personal safety.
- Eliminate all environmentally hazardous operating
materials from the used device.
- If required, disassemble the machine into easy-to-
handle and usable components and parts.
- Dispose of machine components and operating
materials by the disposal channels provided.
12.2 Waste disposal of electric equipment
Please note that electrical devices contain a variety of
recyclable materials as well as environmentally harmful
components.
Please help to ensure that these components are sepa-
rated and disposed of properly. In case of doubt, please
contact your local waste disposal service.
If necessary, use the services of a specialized waste
disposal company for processing.
12.3 Disposal via municipal collection points
Disposal of used electrical and electronic equipment
(Applicable in the countries of the European Union and
other European countries with a separate collection sy-
stem for this equipment).
The symbol on the product or its packaging
indicates that this product should not be
treated as normal household waste, but
should be handed in at a collection point for
the recycling of electrical and electronic
equipment. By helping to dispose of this product cor-
rectly, you will help protect the environment and the
health of those around you. The environment and health
are endangered by incorrect disposal. Material recy-
cling helps to reduce the consumption of raw materials.
For more information about recycling this product, con-
tact your local authority, municipal waste disposal ser-
vice or the shop where you purchased the product.
12.4 Disposal of lubricants
Please pay attention to an environmentally friendly dis-
posal of the used coolants and lubricants.
Observe the disposal instructions of your municipal dis-
posal companies.
Disposal notes for used lubricants are available from the
manufacturer of the lubricants. If necessary, request the
product-specific data sheets.
13 Disturbances, possible causes and
measures
ATTENTION!
If one of the following errors occurs, immediately
stop working with the water pump.
Before you begin troubleshooting, turn off the water
pump and unplug the power cord. Otherwise it
could lead to serious injuries.
All repairs or replacement work may only be carried
out by qualified and trained specialist personnel.
NOTE!
If you can not solve the problems with your water
pump yourself, then please contact your nearest
CLEANCRAFT dealer. Please write down the follow-
ing information from the water pump or the operating
instructions in advance to help you with your problem
in the best possible way.
- Model name of the device
- Serial number of the device
- Construction year
- Exact error description
