ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

instructions on how to properly assemble your equipment.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR FOLDING MAT PLATFORM

Make sure chain is connected between the
Chain Board and the Mat Platform. Place the
Platform in the stored position and place Chain
Board on the wall at a height where the chain is tight. This
will be the appropriate height for the Chain Board to be
professionally installed. Use appropriate hardware
in accordance with wall type.
Place the Back Wall into preferred location and
have professionally installed using appropriate
hardware in accordance with wall type. Lower
legs on Platform and lock into down position in preparation
for the next step. Note- the Back Wall must sit on the floor
and be flush against the wall.

Usage Position- Lower legs and lock into down
position, unhook chain and carefully lower until
the legs rest on the floor. Never allow the
Platform to drop to the floor from any height.
Place Platform on installed Back Wall and align
holes in hinge with those in Back Wall. Install
and tighten hardware.
Clinton Industries warrants manufactured products to be free of defects in materials, workmanship or design
under normal use for five years on all products, from the date of purchase. This warranty does
not include damage resulting from accident, abuse or misuse, alteration, or negligence of the
product and expressly excludes normal wear of parts (including but not limited to vinyl). Contact

Warranty
Clinton products are built to be durable. With proper care, your Clinton equipment will provide years of superior
looks and performance. Clean platform with a soft cloth and any mild cleaning agent that may be required
for sanitation. NEVER use abrasive scrubbing agents that may scratch the surfaces. Prior to cleaning entire
surface, test cleaning agents on an inconspicuous area. Note that certain cleaning agents can be
harmful to the surfaces of the product. Periodically check all fasteners to make sure they remain secure.

IMPORTANT: Clinton Wall Mounted Mat Platform, model 243, is specifically designed and
engineered for physical therapy use only. Persons using the mat platform should be observed
by trained medical/physical therapy personnel. Never leave anyone on the mat platform
unattended. Combination of weight and force exerted on the mat platform during therapy is
not to exceed a total of 500 lbs. Using this equipment for unintended purposes could result in
damage to the equipment and serious injury.
