Makesureyoudidnotpeeltheclearfilmoffofthemetalplate.Youshouldonlyremovethebluefilm.
CheckyourpowersettingsandparametersinLasercad.(RighthandsideofthescreenunderLayer
options)
CheckyourfocustotheCrystalazeplateusingthefocustoollocatedonthemirrorpostinsidethelaser.
Checktoseeiftheredinterlocklightison.(Locatedinsidetherighthand,backcornerofthemachine)
Makesurethatallmirrors,andthefocallensareclean.
Makesureyourfocuslensisinstalledwiththecurvedsidefacingup.
Danger!‐wearstandardsafetyglasseswhenperformingthefollowingsteps.
Removethetoplid,andcheckthefocalheightusingthefocustoolattachedtothemirrorpost.
Thistoolcanalsobeusedtobypasstheinterlockontherightsideofthelaserfortestandalignment
purposes.
Checkthelaseralignment–Followthevideoprocedurelocatedonourftpsitehere:

Makesurethelasertubelocatedonthebackofthelaserisnotloose.Ifitis,thentightenandfollowing
thealignmentprocedure.

Checktheassemblyattachedtothebacklasertubethatcarriesthebackmirrorandexpander.Itshould
notbeloose.Ifitis,thentightenandfollowingthealignmentprocedure.
ChecktheBNCcablethatattachesthetubetotherearpanel.–Warning‐Donotremovethiscable
whilethelaserispoweredon.YoucandamagetheRFdriver.

Tabledoesnotreturntofronttheloadpositionafterexecutingajob.
Onthesidecontrolpanel,pressandholdthedownarrowtomakethetablereturn.Onceit’sout,press
Originbutton.Thisisnecessaryeverytimethelaserispoweredon/off.

Platetabledoesnotmoveinorout.
ChecktheManufacturingParametersinLasercad.Makesurethey’resettofactorysettings.
RemovethebottomaccesspanelandchecktheYbeltandleadscrewassembly.Makesurethelead
screwrotateswhenusingthearrowkeyslocatedonthesidecontrolpanel.
Pooretchquality–roughedges.
CheckforwearontheXbelt–missingteeth.
CheckXmotorbeltforwear–missingteeth.
CheckXbelt,andXbeltmotortension.
Runthebacklashadjustprocedure–Foundontheftpsite.
Makesurethefocuslensisinstalledwiththecurvedsidefacingup.






