your media device.
Turn on Bluetooth in your device’s settings and search for
“CETW571”, then tap “CETW571” to connect.

Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
Your earbuds aren’t
connecting to each
other. The Earbud
LED Indicators on
both earbuds are
alternating between
red and blue lights.
Double press the Multi-Function
Button on either earbud to man-
ually initiate true wireless stereo
connection.Please allow up to
30 seconds to connect if you are
in a public area with interfering
signals.
Your earbuds are
connected to each
other, but you cannot
connect to my device
(phone, laptop, tablet
etc.)
Ensure the earbuds are not cur-
rently connected to another de-
vice. If they are, open Bluetooth
settings on those devices and tap
“Forget device” on “CETW571”.
Conrm the device you would like
to pair with is Bluetooth enabled,
please refer to that device’s user
manual to conrm.
There is no response
on the CETW571
earbuds.
Firstly, check whether the bat-
teries in earbuds are depleted, if
they are, charge the earbuds. If
they are not, reset the earbuds
by pressing and holding the
Multi-Function Button for about 8
seconds.

Tus auriculares no se
conectan entre sí. Los
indicadores LED de los
auriculares en ambos
auriculares alternan entre
luces rojas y azules.
Presione dos veces el botón multi-
función en cualquiera de los auriculares
para iniciar manualmente la verdadera
conexión estéreo inalámbrica. Espere
hasta 30 segundos para conectarse si
se encuentra en un área pública con
señales de interferencia.
Sus auriculares están
conectados entre sí, pero
no puede conectarse a mi
dispositivo (teléfono, com-
putadora portátil, tableta,
etc.)
Asegúrese de que los auriculares no
