Troubleshooting

Product
cannot be
charged using
mains adapter.
Connection problem. Make sure that themains adapter
is undamaged and is properly
plugged into thewall socket and
to INPUT 12−28V on theproduct.
The LED indicator on themains adapter
will not stay lit when it is connected to
a230 V wall socket.
Check that there is power at
thewall socket.
If you still experience problems,
contact customer service.
The LED indicator on themains adapter
lights up, but theproduct does not
charge.
Check theconnecting cable
between themains adapter and
thePower Station.
If you still experience problems,
contact customer service.
No current
supplied by
theproduct.
The DC/AC button is not activated for
theoutlets in use.
Activate therespective DC/AC
button. The current power output
is shown on thedisplay when
thebutton is activated.
The connecting cables for thedevices
powered/being charged are not
connected properly.
Check that thecables/contacts
are undamaged and clean.
Product is not charged. The battery indicator on thedisplay
shows thecurrent status. If
theremaining battery capacity is too
low, theoutlet automatically shuts off.
The outlet has shut off automatically
because theproduct has been
overloaded in some way.
Check if there is anerror code on
thedisplay. See table below.
The product
shuts off un-
expectedly
The consumption of thedevices connected
has exceeded thespecified maximum
output of theproduct.
Only connect devices that will not
overload theproduct's outlets.

The product has been in Standby mode
for too long. If thebattery's terminal
voltage is too low for anextended period,
theproduct automatically shuts off.
Charge theproduct.
ECO mode activated. This function will
switch theproduct off automatically after
anhour or if no devices are connected
or if thedevices that are connected
draw very little current.
Switch off ECO function.
The product has switched off due to over-
load, incorrect battery temperature etc.
Disconnect all theconnected devices/
leave theproduct until thebattery
temperature is normal. Press [ ] to
switch theproduct on again.
