Do not install and/or operate this safety product unless you have read and understood the safety information
contained in this manual.
1. Proper installation combined with operator training in the use, care, and maintenance of emergency warning devices are essential to
ensure the safety of emergency personnel and the public.
2. Emergency warning devices often require high electrical voltages and/or currents. Exercise caution when working with live electrical
connections.
3. This product must be properly grounded. Inadequate grounding and/or shorting of electrical connections can cause high current arcing,
which can cause personal injury and/or severe vehicle damage, including re.
4. Proper placement and installation is vital to the performance of this warning device. Install this product so that output performance of
the system is maximized and the controls are placed within convenient reach of the operator so that they can operate the system without
losing eye contact with the roadway.
5. Do not install this product or route any wires in the deployment area of an air bag. Equipment mounted or located in an air bag
deployment area may reduce the e󰀨ectiveness of the air bag or become a projectile that could cause serious personal injury or death.
Refer to the vehicle owner’s manual for the air bag deployment area. It is the responsibility of the user/operator to determine a suitable
mounting location ensuring the safety of all passengers inside the vehicle particularly avoiding areas of potential head impact.
6. It is the responsibility of the vehicle operator to ensure daily that all features of this product work correctly. In use, the vehicle operator
should ensure the projection of the warning signal is not blocked by vehicle components (i.e., open trunks or compartment doors),
people, vehicles or other obstructions.
7. The use of this or any other warning device does not ensure all drivers can or will observe or react to an emergency warning signal.
Never take the right-of-way for granted. It is the vehicle operator’s responsibility to be sure they can proceed safely before entering an
intersection, drive against tra󰀩c, respond at a high rate of speed, or walk on or around tra󰀩c lanes.
8. This equipment is intended for use by authorized personnel only. The user is responsible for understanding and obeying all laws
regarding emergency warning devices. Therefore, the user should check all applicable city, state, and federal laws and regulations. The
manufacturer assumes no liability for any loss resulting from the use of this warning device.
CZ6015/CZ6016, Mount Kit
WARNING!
Maximum recommended vehicle speed for safe operation using the Semi Permanent Mount is 80 mph (129 km/h) or POSTED SPEED
LIMIT. Higher speeds could cause the mount to fail, which could cause damage to other vehicles and injury or death to the passengers.

3. Loosen the four 1/4”-20 button head screws that attach the feet to the mounting brackets so that the feet can pivot freely. (Do not
completely remove the screws.) Prepare the roof of the vehicle by cleaning roof with detergent and water. Prepare the surface by wiping
with isopropyl alcohol pads. Coat the area with the tape primer and allow the primer to dry thoroughly. The surface temperature should be at
least 50°F(10°C) but 70°F(21°C) is preferred. Remove the backing on the VHB tape on one side of the mount sub-assembly and place it on
the roof of the vehicle. Make sure that enough pressure is applied so that the mount will stay temporarily in place. Repeat for the other side
of the assembly.
4. Remove the four 1/4”-20 button head screws and star washers from the mounting bracket and set aside. Remove the lightbar (with the
brackets still attached) from the vehicle roof and set aside. See Figure 2.

5. Press on each of the 4 feet evenly with at least 30 pounds of force for at least 5 seconds. Return the lightbar and mounting bracket
assembly to the roof of the vehicle, and line up the holes of the four feet with the mounting brackets. Replace the four 1/4”-20 screws and
star washers. (Do not fully tighten until all four screws are in place.) Once all screws are in place and the assembly is suitably located,
tighten all screws to 4.5 ft-lbs.
1/4”-20 Button head screw
1. Before proceeding with installation, plan all wiring and cable routing. Select the mounting location for the lightbar on a at, smooth surface
and center the unit across the width of the vehicle. The mounting location for the mount should be chosen such that the lightbar is level,
there is no less than 1/4” clearance between the roof and lightbar at any point, and visibility to approaching tra󰀩c is optimized.
2. Attach the mount to the lightbar using the hardware supplied with the lightbar, ensure the bolts used do not extend more than 3/4”. Do
not tighten the hardware - allow the mount to slide along the channels of the lightbar extrusion. Place the entire assembly on the roof of the
vehicle and determine the optimal placement (see Step 1). Tighten the hardware that attaches the mount to the lightbar. See Figure 1.
CZ6015 Mounting:
** Time for bond strength is greatly a󰀨ected by time. At room temp 70F (21C) bond strength will be at 50% in 20 minutes and 90% after 24 hours. Temperature as low as 50F(10C)
can take more than 72 hours to reach 90%. Elevated temperatures (e.g. 150F [66C]) can speed up bond time, acheiving 80% in 20 minutes and 99% in one hour.

CZ6016 Mounting:
1. Attach the CZ6015 mount to the CZ6016 mounting plate using the supplied hardware. Use the countersunk holes in the mounting plate
that allow the feet to sit on a at part of the roof. Place the entire assembly on the roof of the vehicle. See Figure 4.

5. Press on each of the 4 feet evenly with at least 30 pounds of force for at least 5 seconds. Return the plate assembly to the roof of the
vehicle, and line up the holes of the four feet with the mounting brackets. Replace the four 1/4”-20 screws and star washers. (Do not fully
tighten until all four screws are in place.) Once all screws are in place and the assembly is suitably located, tighten all screws to 4.5 ft-lbs.
Wait 72 hours before driving vehicle for VHB to reach ultimate bond strength.
2. Attach desired product to the CZ6016 mounting plate.

Clean the bottom of the mounting feet with detergent and water, removing any remnants of VHB or any other material. Prepare the surface
by wiping with isopropyl alcohol pads. Coat the area with the tape primer and allow the primer to dry thoroughly. The surface temperature
should be at least 50°F(10°C) but 70°F(21°C) is preferred. Remove the backing on one side of the VHB tape and adhere it to the foot of the
mount sub-assembly. See Figure 1. Leave the backing on the other side of the VHB tape for now. Repeat for the other side of the foot and
for the other three mounting feet. Follow steps 1-5 for vehicle installation.

CZ6015/CZ6016, kit de montaje
ADVERTENCIA
La velocidad máxima recomendada del vehículo para un funcionamiento seguro con el montaje semipermanente es de 129 km/h
(80 mph), lo que se denomina también LÍMITE DE VELOCIDAD ESTABLECIDO. Las velocidades que superen este valor podrían

3. Aoje los cuatro tornillos de cabeza de botón de 1/4"-20 que sujetan las patas a los soportes de montaje para que las patas puedan
girar libremente. (No quite los tornillos por completo). Limpie el techo del vehículo con detergente y agua para prepararlo. Limpie la
supercie con almohadillas con alcohol isopropílico para prepararla. Recubra el área con un imprimador para cinta y deje que se seque
completamente. La temperatura de la supercie debe ser de, al menos, 10 °C (50 °F), pero se preere una temperatura de 21 °C (70 °F).
Quite la parte posterior de la cinta de adherencia muy alta (VHB, del inglés Very High Bond) en un lado del subconjunto de montaje y
colóquelo en el techo del vehículo. Asegúrese de que se aplique suciente presión para que el montaje permanezca temporalmente en su
lugar. Repita el procedimiento en el otro lado del conjunto.
4. Retire los cuatro tornillos de cabeza de botón de 1/4"-20 y las arandelas de estrella del soporte de montaje y déjelos a un lado. Retire la
barra luminosa (con los soportes todavía instalados) del techo del vehículo y déjela a un lado. Consulte la Figura 2.

5. Presione uniformemente cada una de las 4 patas con, al menos, 30 libras de fuerza durante, por lo menos, 5 segundos. Vuelva a colocar
el conjunto de la barra luminosa y el soporte de montaje en el techo del vehículo y alinee los oricios de las cuatro patas con los soportes de
montaje. Vuelva a colocar los cuatro tornillos 1/4"-20 y las arandelas de estrella. (No apriete completamente hasta que los cuatro tornillos
estén en su lugar). Una vez que todos los tornillos estén en su lugar y el conjunto esté correctamente ubicado, apriete todos los tornillos a
4,5 pies-lb.

1. Antes de continuar con la instalación, planique todo el cableado y el tendido de los cables. Seleccione la ubicación de montaje de la
barra luminosa en una supercie plana y lisa, y centre la unidad a lo ancho del vehículo. La ubicación de instalación para el montaje debe
elegirse de modo que la barra luminosa esté nivelada, que haya más de 6,4 mm (1/4") de espacio entre el techo y la barra luminosa en todo
momento, y se optimice la visibilidad hacia el tráco que se aproxima.
2. Fije el montaje en la barra luminosa con los accesorios suministrados con la barra luminosa, asegúrese de que los pernos utilizados no se
extiendan más de 19,1 mm (3/4"). No apriete la tornillería; permita que el montaje se deslice a lo largo de los canales de la extrusión de la
barra luminosa. Coloque todo el conjunto en el techo del vehículo y determine la ubicación óptima (consulte el paso 1). Apriete la tornillería
que conecta el montaje a la barra luminosa. Consulte la Figura 1.
Montaje de CZ6015:
** El tiempo que tarda lograr la resistencia de la adhesión se ve importantemente afectado por el clima. A una temperatura ambiente de 21 °C (70 °F), la resistencia de la
adhesión será de un 50 % a los 20 minutos y de un 90 % después de 24 horas. En temperaturas bajas de hasta 10 °C (50 °F), puede tomar más de 72 horas lograr un 90 %. En
temperaturas elevadas (por ejemplo, 66 °C [150 °F]), el tiempo de adhesión puede ser más corto y lograr un 80 % en 20 minutos y un 99 % en una hora.

Montaje de CZ6016:
1. Fije el montaje CZ6015 a la placa de montaje CZ6016 con los accesorios suministrados. Utilice los oricios avellanados de la placa de
montaje que permiten que las patas se asienten en una parte plana del techo. Coloque todo el conjunto en el techo del vehículo. Consulte
la Figura 4.

5. Presione uniformemente cada una de las 4 patas con, al menos, 30 libras de fuerza durante, por lo menos, 5 segundos. Vuelva a colocar
el conjunto de placa en el techo del vehículo y alinee los oricios de las cuatro patas con los soportes de montaje. Vuelva a colocar los
cuatro tornillos 1/4"-20 y las arandelas de estrella. (No apriete completamente hasta que los cuatro tornillos estén en su lugar). Una vez
que todos los tornillos estén en su lugar y el conjunto esté correctamente ubicado, apriete todos los tornillos a 4,5 pies-lb. Espere 72 horas
antes de conducir el vehículo para que la VHB alcance la máxima resistencia de la adhesión.

posterior del otro lado de la cinta VHB por ahora. Repita el procedimiento en el otro lado de la pata y en las otras tres patas de montaje.

1. Une installation appropriée et un opérateur formé à utiliser, à entretenir et à réparer des dispositifs d’avertissement d’urgence sont
essentiels pour garantir la sécurité du personnel d’urgence et du public.
2. Les dispositifs d’avertissement d’urgence nécessitent souvent des tensions et des courants électriques élevés. Soyez prudent lorsque
vous travaillez avec des connexions électriques sous tension.
3. Ce produit doit être mis à la terre adéquatement. Une mise à la terre inadéquate ou un court-circuit des connexions électriques peuvent
provoquer un arc électrique à courant élevé, ce qui peut provoquer des blessures corporelles ou des dommages importants au véhicule, y
compris un incendie.
4. Un positionnement et une installation adéquats sont essentiels au bon fonctionnement de ce dispositif d’avertissement. Installez ce
produit an que les performances de productivité du système soient optimales et que les commandes soient à portée de main de
l’opérateur pour qu’il puisse utiliser le système sans perdre le contact visuel avec la chaussée.
5. N'installez pas ce produit ou ne faites pas passer de câble dans la zone de déploiement d'un sac gonable. De l’équipement installé ou
situé dans la zone de déploiement d’un sac gonable peut réduire l’e󰀩cacité de ce dernier ou devenir un projectile pouvant causer des
blessures corporelles graves, voire mortelles. Consultez le manuel du propriétaire du véhicule pour connaître les zones de déploiement
des sacs gonables. Il est de la responsabilité de l'utilisateur ou de l'opérateur de déterminer si un emplacement convient à l'installation
d'un équipement an d'assurer la sécurité des occupants du véhicule en portant particulièrement attention aux zones à fort potentiel
d'impact frontal.
6. Il incombe à l’opérateur du véhicule de s’assurer tous les jours que toutes les fonctionnalités de ce produit fonctionnent correctement.
En cours d’utilisation, l’opérateur du véhicule doit s’assurer que la visibilité du signal d’avertissement n’est pas bloquée par des
composantes du véhicule (c.-à-d., des co󰀨res ou des portes de compartiment ouverts), des personnes, des véhicules ou d’autres
obstacles.
7. L’utilisation de ce dispositif ou de tout autre dispositif d’avertissement ne garantit pas que tous les conducteurs seront attentifs aux
signaux ou qu’ils réagiront conséquemment à un signal d’urgence. Ne tenez jamais la priorité de passage pour acquise. Il est de la
responsabilité de l’opérateur du véhicule de s’assurer qu’il puisse procéder en toute sécurité avant d’entrer dans une intersection, de
conduire dans le sens inverse de la circulation, de répondre à un appel en conduisant à une vitesse élevée ou encore de marcher sur ou
autour des voies de circulation.
8. Cet équipement est destiné uniquement au personnel autorisé. Il incombe à l’utilisateur de comprendre et de respecter toutes les lois
relatives aux dispositifs d’avertissement d’urgence. Par conséquent, l’utilisateur doit vérier toutes les lois et réglementations en vigueur
dans la ville, la province et le pays. Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte résultant de l’utilisation de ce dispositif
d’avertissement.

La vitesse maximale recommandée du véhicule pour une utilisation en toute sécurité avec le support semi-permanent est de 129 km/h
(80 mi/h) ou la LIMITE DE VITESSE INDIQUÉE. Des vitesses plus élevées peuvent entraîner la défaillance du support, ce qui peut
endommager les autres véhicules et blesser ou tuer les passagers.

3. Desserrez les 4 vis à tête ronde de 6,4 mm-20 (1/4 po-20) qui xent les pieds aux supports de montage an que les pieds puissent
pivoter librement. (Ne retirez pas complètement les vis.) Préparez le toit du véhicule en le nettoyant avec du détergent et de l’eau. Préparez
la surface en l’essuyant avec des tampons d’alcool isopropylique. Enduisez la zone d’une couche adhésive et laissez celle-ci sécher
complètement. La température de surface doit être d’au moins 10 °C (50 °F), mais une température de 21 °C (70 °F) est préférable. Retirez
l’endos du ruban adhésif VHB d’un côté du sous-ensemble de support et placez-le sur le toit du véhicule. Assurez-vous que la pression est
su󰀩sante pour que le support reste temporairement en place. Répétez l’opération de l’autre côté de l’ensemble;
4. Retirez les 4 vis à tête ronde de 6,4 mm-20 (1/4 po-20) et les rondelles en étoile du support de montage et mettez-les de côté. Retirez la
barre lumineuse (avec les supports toujours xés) du toit du véhicule et mettez-la de côté; Voir la Figure 2.

5. Appuyez uniformément sur chacun des 4 pieds avec une force d’au moins 13,61 kg (30 lb) pendant au moins 5 secondes. Replacez
l’ensemble de la barre lumineuse et du support de montage sur le toit du véhicule et alignez les trous des quatre pieds avec les supports de
montage. Replacez les 4 vis de 6,4 mm-20 (1/4 po-20) et les rondelles en étoile. (Ne serrez pas complètement tant que les quatre vis ne
sont pas toutes en place.) Une fois toutes les vis en place et l’ensemble correctement positionné, serrez toutes les vis à 6,1 Nm (4,5 pi-lb).

(1/4 po-20)
1. Avant de procéder à l’installation, planiez l’acheminement de tout le câblage et des câbles. Sélectionnez l’emplacement de montage
de la barre lumineuse sur une surface plane et lisse et centrez l’unité par rapport à la largeur du véhicule. L’emplacement de montage du
support doit être choisi de manière à ce que la barre lumineuse soit de niveau, qu’il y ait un espace d’au moins 6,4 mm (1/4 po) entre le toit
et la barre lumineuse à n’importe quel point, et que la visibilité à la circulation approchante soit optimisée;
2. Fixez le support à la barre lumineuse à l’aide de la quincaillerie fournie avec la barre, en vous assurant que les boulons utilisés ne
dépassent pas de plus de 19,1 mm (3/4 po). Ne serrez pas la quincaillerie; laissez le support glisser le long des canaux de l’extrusion de
la barre lumineuse. Placez l’ensemble complet sur le toit du véhicule et déterminez le positionnement optimal (voir l’étape 1). Serrez la
quincaillerie qui xe le support à la barre lumineuse; Voir la Figure 1.
Montage de la CZ6015 :
**Le temps nécessaire à la solidité de l’adhérence est grandement inuencé par le temps. À une température ambiante de 21 °C (70 °F), la force d’adhérence sera de 50 % après
20 minutes et de 90 % après 24 heures. Une température aussi basse que 10 °C (50 °F) peut demander plus de 72 heures pour atteindre 90 %. Des températures élevées (p. ex.,
66 °C [150 °F]) peuvent accélérer le temps d’adhérence, atteignant 80 % en 20 minutes et 99 % en une heure.
La propreté et la température d’application ont un e󰀨et important sur les performances du produit.

Montage de la CZ6016 :
1. Fixez le support CZ6015 à la plaque de montage CZ6016 à l’aide de la quincaillerie fournie. Utilisez les trous fraisés dans la plaque de
montage qui permettent aux pieds de reposer sur une partie plate du toit. Placez l’ensemble complet sur le toit du véhicule; Voir la Figure 4.

5. Appuyez uniformément sur chacun des 4 pieds avec une force d’au moins 13,61 kg (30 lb) pendant au moins 5 secondes. Replacez
l’ensemble de plaque sur le toit du véhicule et alignez les trous des quatre pieds avec les supports de montage. Replacez les 4 vis de
6,4 mm-20 (1/4 po-20) et les rondelles en étoile. (Ne serrez pas complètement tant que les quatre vis ne sont pas toutes en place.) Une
fois toutes les vis en place et l’ensemble correctement positionné, serrez toutes les vis à 6,1 Nm (4,5 pi-lb). Patientez 72 heures avant de
conduire le véhicule pour que le VHB atteigne une force d’adhérence optimale.
2. Fixez le produit souhaité à la plaque de montage CZ6016;

Préparez la surface en l’essuyant avec des tampons d’alcool isopropylique. Enduisez la zone d’une couche adhésive et laissez celle-ci
sécher complètement. La température de surface doit être d’au moins 10 °C (50 °F), mais une température de 21 °C (70 °F) est préférable.
Retirez l’endos d’un côté du ruban VHB et collez-le au pied du sous-ensemble de montage. Voir la Figure 1. Laissez l’endos de l’autre
côté du ruban VHB pour le moment. Répétez l’opération pour l’autre côté du pied et pour les trois autres pieds de montage. Suivez les
étapes 1 à 5 pour l’installation sur le véhicule.

1. Eine ordnungsgemäße Installation sowie eine Bedienerschulung in Hinsicht auf die Verwendung, Pege und Wartung von
Warnvorrichtungen sind unerlässlich, um die Sicherheit von Rettungskräften sowie der Ö󰀨entlichkeit zu gewährleisten.
2. Notfallwarnvorrichtungen erfordern oft eine hohe elektrische Spannung und/oder Stromstärke. Gehen Sie bei der Arbeit mit
stromführenden elektrischen Anschlüssen vorsichtig vor.
3. Dieses Produkt muss ordnungsgemäß geerdet werden. Eine unzureichende Erdung und/oder ein Kurzschluss der elektrischen
Anschlüsse können zu Hochstromlichtbögen führen, die Verletzungen und/oder schwere Schäden am Fahrzeug, einschließlich
Fahrzeugbrand, verursachen können.
4. Die richtige Platzierung und Installation sind für die Leistung der Warnvorrichtung von entscheidender Bedeutung. Installieren Sie dieses
Produkt so, dass die Ausgangsleistung des Systems maximiert wird und die Bedienelemente sich in Reichweite des Bedieners benden,

5. Montieren Sie dieses Produkt nicht im Entfaltungsbereich eines Airbags und verlegen Sie dort auch keine Kabel. Geräte, die sich im
Entfaltungsbereich eines Airbags benden bzw. dort montiert sind, beeinträchtigen möglicherweise die Wirksamkeit des Airbags oder
können zu „Geschossen“ werden, die schwere Verletzungen oder den Tod verursachen können. Informationen zum Entfaltungsbereich
des Airbags nden Sie im Fahrerhandbuch des Fahrzeugs. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Benutzers/Bedieners, einen geeigneten
Montageort festzulegen, um die Sicherheit aller Fahrzeuginsassen zu gewährleisten und insbesondere Bereiche zu vermeiden, in denen

das Notfallwarnsignal sehen oder darauf reagieren. Sehen Sie das Vorfahrtsrecht niemals als selbstverständlich an. Es liegt in der
Verantwortung des Fahrers, sicherzustellen, dass keine Gefahr besteht, bevor eine Kreuzung überquert, entgegen der Verkehrsrichtung

Die maximal empfohlene Fahrgeschwindigkeit für den sicheren Betrieb mit der semipermanenten Befestigung beträgt 129 km/h
(80 mph) oder die ANGEGEBENE GESCHWINDIGKEITSBEGRENZUNG. Bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten kann die Befestigung
versagen, was Schäden an anderen Fahrzeugen und Verletzungen oder den Tod der Insassen verursachen kann.

3. Lösen Sie die vier 6,4 mm (1/4 ”-20) Halbrundschrauben, mit denen die Füße an den Montagehalterungen befestigt sind, damit sie
sich frei drehen können. (Die Schrauben nicht vollständig entfernen.) Bereiten Sie das Dach des Fahrzeugs vor, indem Sie das Dach mit
Reinigungsmittel und Wasser reinigen. Bereiten Sie die Oberäche vor, indem Sie sie mit Isopropanol-Pads abwischen. Den Bereich mit dem
Tape Primer bestreichen und den Primer gründlich trocknen lassen. Die Oberächentemperatur sollte mindestens 10 °C (50 °F) betragen,

4. Entfernen Sie die vier vier 6,4 mm (1/4 ”-20) Halbrundschrauben und die Sternscheiben von der Montagehalterung und legen Sie sie
beiseite. Entfernen Sie die Kennleuchte (mit den noch angebrachten Halterungen) vom Fahrzeugdach, und legen Sie sie beiseite. Siehe

5. Drücken Sie mindestens 5 Sekunden lang mit mindestens 13,6 kg (30 lbs) Kraft gleichmäßig auf jeden der 4 Füße. Bringen Sie die
Kennleuchten- und Montagehalterungskonstruktion wieder am Dach des Fahrzeugs an und richten Sie die Löcher der vier Füße an den
Montagehalterungen aus. Ersetzen Sie die vier 6,4 mm (1/4 ”-20) Halbrundschrauben und die Sternscheiben. (Ziehen Sie die Schrauben
erst dann vollständig fest, wenn alle vier Schrauben in Position sind.) Wenn alle Schrauben in Position sind und die Konstruktion richtig
positioniert ist, ziehen Sie alle Schrauben mit einem Drehmoment von 6,1 Nm (4,5 ft-lbs) fest.
6,4 mm (1/4 ”-20)
Halbrundschraube
1. Planen Sie vor der Installation die gesamte Verkabelung und die Kabelführung. Wählen Sie den Montageort für die Kennleuchte auf einer
ebenen, glatten Oberäche aus, und zentrieren Sie das Gerät über der Fahrzeugbreite. Der Montageort für die Halterung sollte so gewählt
werden, dass die Kennleuchte waagerecht ist, an jedem Punkt mindestens ein Abstand von 6,4 mm (1/4 ”) zwischen Dach und Kennleuchte
besteht und die Sicht auf den herannahenden Verkehr optimiert wird.
2. Befestigen Sie die Halterung an der Kennleuchte. Verwenden Sie dazu die im Lieferumfang der Kennleuchte enthaltenen
Befestigungsteile. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die verwendeten Schrauben nicht mehr als 19,1 mm (3/4 ”) herausragen. Ziehen Sie die
Befestigungsteile nicht fest. Lassen Sie die Halterung entlang der Kanäle des Kennleuchtenprols gleiten. Legen Sie die gesamte
Konstruktion auf das Dach des Fahrzeugs, und bestimmen Sie die optimale Position (siehe Schritt 1). Ziehen Sie die Befestigungsteile fest,
mit denen die Halterung an der Kennleuchte befestigt wird. Siehe Abbildung 1.
Montage CZ6015:
**Die Bindungszeit der Klebekraft wird von der Zeit stark beeinusst. Bei einer Raumtemperatur von 21 °C (70 °F) liegt die Klebekraft bei 50 % nach 20 Minuten und bei 90 % nach
24 Stunden. Bei niedrigen Temperaturen bis 10 °C (50 °F) kann es mehr als 72 Stunden dauern, bis 90 % erreicht sind. Erhöhte Temperaturen (z. B. 66 °C [150 °F]) können die
Bindungszeit beschleunigen und 80 % nach 20 Minuten und 99 % nach einer Stunde erreichen.
Sauberkeit und Anwendungstemperatur haben einen erheblichen Einuss auf die Produktleistung.

Montage CZ6016:
1. Befestigen Sie die CZ6015-Halterung mit den mitgelieferten Befestigungsteilen an der CZ6016-Montageplatte. Verwenden Sie die
Senkbohrungen in der Montageplatte, durch die die Füße auf einem achen Teil des Dachs aufsitzen können. Legen Sie die gesamte
Konstruktion auf das Dach des Fahrzeugs. Siehe Abbildung 4.

sich frei drehen können. (Die Schrauben nicht vollständig entfernen.) Bereiten Sie das Dach des Fahrzeugs vor, indem Sie das Dach mit
Reinigungsmittel und Wasser reinigen. Bereiten Sie die Oberäche vor, indem Sie sie mit Isopropanol-Pads abwischen. Den Bereich mit dem
Tape Primer bestreichen und den Primer gründlich trocknen lassen. Die Oberächentemperatur sollte mindestens 10 °C (50 °F) betragen,
wobei 21 °C (70 °F) bevorzugt wird. Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie vom VHB-Klebeband auf einer Seite der Montageunterbaugruppe, und

Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang für die andere Seite des Fußes und für die anderen drei Montagefüße. Befolgen Sie die Schritte 1-5 für den
Fahrzeugeinbau.
