Battery compartment:
insert the battery inside the compartment in the top tube.
The necessary cable-length is 1200mm.
Alloggiamento batteria:
inserire la batteria all’interno del tubo orizzontale.
Lunghezza cavo 1200mm.
Connect the front and rear derailleurs,
using 700mm and 300mm cables.
Collegare cambio e deragliatore,
utilizzare i cavi da 700mm e 300mm rispettivamente.

Attach the rear derailleur to the frame.
Attach the front derailleur.
Fissare il cambio posteriore al telaio.
Fissare il deragliatore.
Plug in the interface
a 1200mm cable-length is required.
Collegare interfaccia,
lunghezza cavo 1200mm

Cut the steerer tube to desired length
and insert the compression-plug.
Tagliare la forcella,
inserire il ragno all’interno del cannotto.
Front brake:
fix the brass slide to the frame (3Nm tightening torque).
Freno anteriore.
Fissare la slitta in ottone al telaio (coppia di serraggio 3Nm).

Assemble the brake pivots.
Insert the spring and tighten the front
aluminium screws (4Nm).
Assemblare i pivot del freno.
Inserire la molla e avvitare le viti anteriori in ergal (4Nm).
Route the cables and housing
through the handlebar.
Fai passare cavi e guaine
all’interno del manubrio.

Cut the front brake
housing 2cm past the exit.
Tagliare la guaina del freno anteriore
2 cm oltre l’uscita.
Secure the front brake cable.
Adjust the screw to eliminate play.
Fissare il cavo del freno anteriore.
Regola la vite per eliminare il gioco.

Assemble the rear brake.
Assemblare il freno posteriore.
Handlebar: mount the shims up to the desired height
if necessary, cut the supplied steel threaded guide-rails.
Manubrio: montare gli spessori fino all’altezza desiderata, se ne-
cessario tagliare le guide filettate in acciaio fornite in dotazione.

Assemble the extensions and set them
at the desired position.
Montare le estensioni e ruotarle
nella posizione desiderata.
Fit the elbow rest-support cups.
Montare le scodelle poggiagomiti.

Fit both the stem and front brake covers
with the supplied M3 screws
(tightening torque 2Nm).
Montare la cover dell’attacco manubrio
e del freno anteriore con le viti M3 in dotazione
(coppia di serraggio 2Nm).
