CLOROFILLA’S work stand data, which are the object of this manual, are the followings

ATTENZIONE: Do not remove or damage the identification plate.
2.3. WARRANTY
CLOROFILLA’s warranty lasts 24 months. CLOROFILLA TRAIL has successfully passed in the factory all
the tests required by the manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover vandalism and tampering but only materials, manufacturing and assembly
defects.
2.4. GENERAL WARNINGS
The manufacturer waives any and all responsibility for damages caused by non-observance of the
instructions of this manual
ATTENTION: Before starting any operation, check the working area looking for possible endangered
condition for people or CLOROFILLA TRAIL.
ATTENTION: CLOROFILLA TRAIL must be only used with bicycles.
ATTENTION: Do not hang yourself on CLOROFILLA’s structure.
ATTENTION: Do not hang on CLOROFILLA’s supports any object which weight goes beyond 50kg.

3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
CLOROFILLA TRAIL is a bicycle work stand whose aim is to fix the main problems that may come up
using a normal or an electrical bicycle.
3.1. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS AND FUNCTIONS
3.2. HOW TO USE CLOROFILLA TRAIL
Hang the bicycle and place the extremity
of the saddle on one of the 2 support
pipes (ref.6).
Fix the problem using CLOROFILLA’s tools.
Tools are fastened tothe work stand
bymetal cables.
After the maintenance repair, lift
the bicycle up again and then place it
on the floor.
CLOROFILLA TRAIL comes with a
high-quality pump. The pump is
equipped with nozzles compatible with
many different valves’ type.

3.4. TOOLS
CLOROFILLA TRAIL comes with standard tools that are suitable for every bicycle and e-bikes. In case
of any extraordinary and ordinary maintenance they will help to fix the main problems.
CLOROFILLA TRAIL comes with a high-quality pump. The pump is equipped with nozzles compatible
with many different valves’ type.

4. UNPACKING AND INSTALLATION
Unpack the machine and ensure that it has not been damaged during transport.
Packaging dimensions: 140 x 70 x 70 cm.
Packaging type: wood.
Packaging weight: 30 KG.
The installation is entirely borne by the buyer. For any technical information (installation specifics,
electrical connection, floor characteristics, electromagnetic compatibility) please refer to this use and
maintenance manual.
4.1 RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION
CLOROFILLA TRAIL must be fixed to a concrete base or any other compact and not slatted resistant
material. The recommended technical characteristics are the following.

4.2 UNBOXING PROCESS AND START-UP
COLOROFILLA TRAIL is shipped in the wooden BOX already assembled.
1) Cut the plastic straps (scissors).
2) Remove the screws on the lower side of the box (screwdriver or electric screwdriver).

3) Remove the upper cover.
4) Lift and remove side walls of the box (2 people required).

5) Unscrew the safety nuts (13mm wrench).
7) The installation is completed.
ATTENTION: Do not use CLOROFILLA until it hasn’t been fixed to the floor.

5. MAINTENANCE
Maintenance operations are easy and they can be done by everyone.
Every tool used must have safe grips.
5.1. MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
To guarantee a correct functioning of CLOROFILLA we recommend to do some easy maintenance
operations. The ordinary CLOROFILLA’s cleaning maintenance can be done using a wet cloth with a
non-aggressive cleaner. For any other maintenance or checks, refer to the chart 1.

5.2. CLOROFILLA’S DISPOSAL
In any case of disposal, in order to preserve the environment, divide metallic parts from plastic ones
and hand everything out to the ecologic recycling depot.
ENVIRONMENT: Divide these components and dispose of them into recycling depots.
