Cut out a piece of light strip with proper dimensions
according to requirements
The connection and installation of plug

Cut at the minimum cutting unit (on the back of strip is
silk-screen cutting line)
Minimum cutting unit of the strip is 50mm
Wait for glue to dry up in 15 minutes, before the next step
Use the 24AWG gray-white wires
The amount of injected glue takes up one half of the
space within the plug
Output voltage of the light strip is DC24V
Bending diameter≥60mm Bending diameter≥60mm
The overall length of the lamp is 50*X+10±5mm
(the lamp length is the length of the strip light
plus the length of plug)
The length of installation trough is
(50*X+10) +2±5mm
X represents the number of
minimum cutting unit
Cut off the upper layer of silica body above copper foil
from one end of the strip cutout

Weld one end of the strip with gray-white wire by
using an electric soldering iron
3Connect the end with a single-hole plug, and inject
glue into the plug

5Install the light strip into a profileFirstly inject glue into a holeless plug, and then attach
it to the other end of the light strip

Open up a trough at the installation area

While disassembling a light strip, use tools and do it carefully. Do not pull it out directly

While installing, force in one end firstly, then the rest of the strip. Do not force in both ends at the same time

Weld one end of the strip with gray-white wire by using
an electric soldering iron. Insulate the copper foil part
Plugless connection and installation
Minimum cutting unit of the strip

Use the 24AWG gray-white wire
Wait for glue to dry up in 15 minutes, before the next step

Connect the gray and white wires of the luminaire
with the power supply output terminal

Spare a 3mm room between the strip and profile
Cut off the upper layer of silica body wrapping the
copper foil from one end of the piece of strip

Seal up both ends of the profile with plastic tape

Install the profile into the trough, and cover the
emitting area with textured paper and then
plaster

Tear down the textured paper, the end of installation
