Your Versa Chair has been built to the highest standards of quality
to ensure years of superior service. Please take the time to read this
informative instruction guide and pay particular attention to the safety
information provided.
Here are some precautions you should take to reduce the risk of injury:
1. Read and understand ALL instructions.
2. To reduce the risk of injury or drowning, NEVER leave the user
unsupervised or unattended while using this product.
3. Determine, with a physician or therapist, the suitability of this product
for the intended user.
4. Place your Versa Chair on a level surface, not near steps or other
hazards.
5. Keep your Versa Chair clean and sanitary.
6. Check regularly that all bolts, buckles, and other parts are tight and
in good working order.

The Versa Chair is shipped partially unassembled. Remove all parts from
the packaging before assembly. The instructions will be referring to the
following parts:

1. Slide the footrest clamp over the leg tubes
making sure that the notched end faces
upward. Align the center slot on the clamp
to the holes on rolling base leg. Secure
the clamp with bolts (Fig. 1). The height is
adjustable and can be re-positioned when
the seating is fully assembled for correct t.
2. Insert the casters into the
socket on the bottom of the
individual leg tubes (Fig. 2).
3. Insert the leg tubes into the
rolling base by depressing the
locking button and sliding the
leg tube up the frame (Fig. 3).
4. Attach the backrest to
the seat bottom with the
provided bolts (Fig. 4) in
the bag attached to this
instruction (Fig. 5).
5. Attach the armrests to the back using the
enclosed bolts and internal spacer.
6. Slide the footrests onto the footrest clamps by
aligning the buttons on the footrests with the
notches on the clamp (Fig. 6).
1. Set the chair to the desired height by depressing the locking buttons
on the leg and sliding them in or out.
2. When positioning over the toilet or in shower, use the caster lock to
prevent the chair from inadvertently moving.
Soapy water or mild cleansers may be used on all parts of your Versa
Chair. Harsh abrasive cleaners (Ajax, Comet, etc.) may dull the nish.
