Attachment parts in the area of the base plate
1. Screw in the suction cups with thread (2x 15071) into the rear threads of
the base plate.
2. Feed in the suction cups with toggle (2x 15072) coming bottom-up
through the opening at the front end of the base plate and pull them to
the front. The strap shows to the rear end. Pull the suction cup until the
nib at the suction cup ends in the slot of the base plate. Then feed the
strap from bottom-up and fix it in the bearing at the end of the opening.
3. First thread the suction cup lid (2x 15121) from above onto the neck of
the suction cup then push it into the base plate.
NOTE: The suction cup lid has to engage audible.

Attachment parts in the area of the lifting scissors
1. Bolts (4x 15105) to fix the gliding shoe (4x 16446) at the lifting scissor.
The bolts are plugged into the corresponding openings at lifting scissors
and gliding shoe.
NOTE: Consider the bolts to be plugged from outside in.
2. Bolts (Orca: 4x 16679; Orca XL: 4x 1471088) to fix the lifting scissors at
seat and base plate. The bolts are plugged into the corresponding
openings at seat plate, base plate and lifting scissors.
NOTE: Consider the bolts of the base plate to be plugged from
outside in. The bolts of the seat plate to be plugged from inside
out.
NOTE: The stainless steel bolts of Orca XL have to be secured with
provided retaining ring. Retaining ring may not be overstretched!
3. In case of the thrust washer for the scissors needs to be replaced: Slide
on the thrust washer (2x 15344) onto the axle of the lifting scissors.
NOTE: The thrust washer has to engage audible.

Feed the guides of the side flaps (2x 15892) into the bearing of the seat
plate.
NOTE: Consider all three guides of the side flap engage audible.
II. REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS BACKREST
1. Position backrest (16440) upside down on the work bench.
2. Position actuator (Orca:16782, Orca XL: 1471062) on the backrest.
Therefore feed the bolt at the top edge of the backrest into the cut-out of
the actuator housing.
In order to feed in the spindle foot detaching one bolt might be required
NOTE: Consider the slot at the spindle being centered with the
clamp horse.
