These instructions apply only if the country code is shown on the appliance. If the country code is not shown on
the appliance, refer to the necessary technical instructions for adapting the appliance to the current conditions
in the country.
1. ASSEMBLY
•Assembly of the appliance, gas connection and conversion to different gasses, electrical installation should
be made according to the local standards by specialist personnel based on the tables of Table-2 and Table-3
•Place the appliance by leveling it on a suitable counter.
•Place the appliance under a chimney hood or in an ambient where adequate ventilation can be carried out
so that the smoke and odor can be removed.
WARNING: The appliance should be placed min. 25-30cm away from rear and side walls to prevent excessive
heat increases. If the appliance is installed next to decorative coatings of kitchen furniture etc., it is
recommended that they have been made of non-combustible material; otherwise, they should be coated with a
non-combustible, heat-insulating material, and the fire protection instructions should be strictly observed.
2. GAS CONNECTION
•Gas leak should be checked in the gas connections before operating the appliance. Use soap foam or other
suitable foam for this purpose.
•The gas type and pressure at which the appliance is set are indicated on the appliance and on the packaging
label.
•After the gas connection, the gas inlet pressure should be in accordance with the values given in the table.
•Make sure that your appliance is adapted to the gas you will use. If not, the injector should be replaced.
3. ADAPTATION IN DIFFERENT GAS TYPES
•Disassemble the injector on the radiant.
•Select the suitable injector for the type and pressure of the gas to be used from the gas conversion Table-2
and Table-3 and replace the disassembled injector.
•Injector and bypass injector diameters are printed on the injector.
•After adapting your appliance to a gas type other than the manufacturer's gas type, it is necessary to remove
the existing label and stick the label printed according to the new gas type.
•Remove the gas valve switch.
•Disassemble the by-pass injector on the gas valve.
•Assemble the by-pass injector suitable for the new gas type.
•Refit the gas valve switch.
4. USER INSTRUCTION
•Before the appliance is operated for the first time, it should be disconnected and cleaned with warm soapy
water.
•Water should never be spilled or poured on the appliance.
•The radiants can be controlled separately, and turn on the radiants according to the size of the food.

5. OPERATION
•Each gas tap controls 1 radiant.
•Press the upper gas valve switch for the first burning process and turn it counterclockwise to the "min flame"
position, hold the switch until flaming by holding the lighter or the match on the bottom of the radiant.
6. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
•Do not use the device without supervision/control. Always switch off the appliance when you leave the work
area.
•Keep children away from the operating appliance. (Burning risk etc.)
•Do not repair or replace the appliance while the appliance is operating.
•As a safety system in the appliance, the safety valve cuts off the gas in the event that the tap flame or the
radiant goes out.
CAUTION: Do not clean the appliance with direct or high pressure water.
7. GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
Warning 1: The appliance should be operated under the chimney hood.
Warning 2: Any kind of combustible solid, liquid materials (clothes, alcohol, and derivatives, petrochemical
products, wooden and plastic materials, curtains etc.) should not be kept in the area where the appliance is
operated.
Warning 3: Do not clean with pressurized water.
Warning 4: The appliance is intended for industrial purpose and the appliance should be operated only by trained
personnel.
Warning 5: Do not interfere with the appliance other than the manufacturer or the authorized service.
Warning 6: In case of any fire or flame sparkles for any reason in the area where the appliance is operated,
use fire extinguishers by turning off gas valves and electrical switches (if any) without panic. Never use water to
extinguish the flame.
Warning 7: Never pour water on the appliance and turn off the gas valve while cleaning. Never interfere with the
appliance while the appliance is operating and the gas valve is open.
Warning 8: Unauthorized persons should not be allowed to repair the appliance.
Warning 9 The appliance has been manufactured for industrial purpose and should not be used for the wrong
purposes.
The appliance should be installed in accordance with the applicable regulations and should only be used
in a well-ventilated place.
Refer to the instructions before installation and operation of the appliance.

8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•Make sure that the appliance and gas valve are turned off before starting maintenance or cleaning.
•Clean the appliance with a cloth that is soaked into warm soapy water and a disinfectant that will not harm
the food at the end of each working day.
•Do not clean with direct or high pressure water.
•Do not use materials that may scratch on the surfaces such as detergents with a corrosive content, wire
brushes etc. while cleaning the surface of the appliance.
•In the event of a dangerous situation in the appliance, contact the authorized service. Do not allow
unqualified persons to interfere with the appliance.
9. TROUBLESHOOTING

Zorg ervoor dat u de gebruikershandleiding leest voordat u het apparaat in gebruik neemt en dat u deze als
naslagwerk bewaart voor het geval dat u hem nodig hebt. De fabrikant is niet verantwoordelijk voor het gebruik
dat wordt uitgevoerd zonder de gebruikershandleiding in acht te nemen, noch voor de uiteindelijke schade aan
personen of eigendommen, veroorzaakt door onderhoud of technische ingrepen die niet door erkende technici
worden uitgevoerd.
Deze instructies zijn alleen van toepassing als de landcode op het apparaat is vermeld. Als de landcode niet op
het apparaat staat vermeld, raadpleeg dan de noodzakelijke technische handleiding om het apparaat aan te
passen aan de omstandigheden in het land.
1. MONTAGE
Montage van het toestel, gasaansluiting en omzetting naar verschillende gassen, elektrische installatie
volgens de plaatselijke normen door vakkundig personeel aan de hand van de tabellen met technische
specificaties.
Plaats het apparaat waterpas op een geschikte ondergrond.
Plaats het toestel onder een afzuigkap of in een omgeving waar voldoende ventilatie mogelijk is om rook en
geur te verminderen.
Waarschuwing: Het apparaat moet minstens 25-30 cm van de achter- en zijwanden worden geplaatst om
overmatige verhitting te voorkomen. Als het toestel naast decoratieve coatings van keukenmeubelen e.d. wordt
geïnstalleerd, is het aan te bevelen dat ze van niet brandbaar materiaal zijn gemaakt; anders moeten ze met niet
brandbaar, warmte-isolerend materiaal worden bekleed. De instructies voor de brandbescherming dienen strikt
te worden nageleefd.
2. GAS AANSLUITING
•De gasverbindingen dienen op gaslekken gecontroleerd te worden alvorens het apparaat in gebruik wordt
genomen. Gebruik hiervoor zeepschuim of ander geschikt schuim.
•De gassoort en de druk waarop het apparaat is afgesteld, staan op het apparaat en op het verpakkingslabel
aangegeven.
•Nadat het gas is aangesloten, zou de gasinlaatdruk moeten overeenstemmen met de waardes uit de tabel.
•Zorg ervoor dat uw apparaat is afgesteld aan het soort gas dat u gaat gebruiken. Indien dit niet het geval is,
moet de gasinjector worden vervangen.
3. AANPASSEN AAN VERSCHILLENDE SOORTEN GAS
•Demonteer de injector op de straler.
•Selecteer de geschikte injector voor het soort en de druk van het te gebruiken gas uit de gas omzettingstabel
en vervang de gedemonteerde injector.
•Injector- en bypass injectordiameters zijn op de injector gedrukt.
•Na aanpassing van uw toestel aan een ander type gas dan het type gas van de fabrikant, is het noodzakelijk
het bestaande etiket te verwijderen en het etiket te plakken overeenkomstig het nieuwe soort gas.
•Verwijder de schakelaar van de gasklep.
•Demonteer de bypassbemester op de gasklep.
•Monteer de bypass-injector die geschikt is voor het nieuwe soort gas.
•Plaats de schakelaar van de gasklep terug.
4. GEBRUIKERSINSTRUCTIE
•Voordat het apparaat voor de eerste keer in gebruik wordt genomen, moet het worden losgekoppeld en met
warm zeepsop worden gereinigd.
•Er mag nooit water op het apparaat gemorst of gegoten worden.
•De stralers kunnen afzonderlijk worden geregeld en de stralers worden aangezet in overeenstemming met
de grootte van het dönervlees.

5. GEBRUIK
•Elke gaskraan stuurt 1 stralingsbron aan.
Druk de schakelaar van de bovenste gasklep voor het eerste brandproces in en draai deze tegen de wijzers van
de klok in in de "min vlam"-stand, houd de schakelaar ingedrukt tot hij ontvlamt door de aansteker of de lucifer
aan de onderkant van de stralingsbron te houden.
6. VOORZORGSMAATREGELEN VOOR DE VEILIGHEID
Gebruik het apparaat niet zonder toezicht of controle. Schakel het apparaat altijd uit wanneer u het
werkgebied verlaat.
Houd kinderen uit de buurt van het werkende apparaat. (Verbrandingsgevaar enz.)
Repareer of vervang het apparaat niet terwijl het in werking is.
Het product (vlees) niet aanraken met een ander gereedschap dan een dönermes terwijl het apparaat in
werking is.
Als beveiligingssysteem in het toestel sluit de veiligheidsklep het gas af in het geval dat de kraanvlam of de
stralingsbron dooft.
Let op!: Reinig het apparaat niet met direct of hogedrukwater. Anders kan dit leiden tot een storing in de
elektrische installatie.
7. ALGEMENE VEILIGHEIDSWAARSCHUWINGEN
Waarschuwing 1:. Het apparaat moet onder een afzuigkap worden gebruikt.
Waarschuwing 2 : Alle soorten brandbare vaste, vloeibare materialen (kleding, alcohol en derivaten,
petrochemische producten, houten en plastic materialen, gordijnen, enz.) mogen niet worden bewaard in de
werkzone van het apparaat.
Waarschuwing 3 : Reinig het apparat niet met water onder hoge druk.
Waarschuwing 4: Het apparaat is bestemd voor industriële doeleinden en mag alleen door opgeleid personeel
worden bediend.
Waarschuwing 5: De apparatuur niet manipuleren, behalve door de fabrikant of de geautoriseerde dienst.
Waarschuwing 6: In geval van brand of vlammen om welke reden dan ook in het gebied waar het apparaat
wordt gebruikt, gebruik brandblussers en doof het door de gaskleppen en elektrische schakelaars (indien
aanwezig) zonder paniek uit te schakelen. Gebruik nooit water om de vlammen te doven..
Waarschuwing 7: Giet nooit water op het toestel en draai de gasklep tijdens het reinigen af. De gebruiker dient
het apparaat nooit te beïnvloeden terwijl het apparaat in werking is en de gasklep geopend is.
Waarschuwing 8 : Onbevoegden mogen het apparaat niet repareren.
Waarschuwing 9: Het apparaat is vervaardigd voor industriële doeleinden en mag niet voor de verkeerde
doeleinden worden gebruikt.
Het apparaat moet worden geïnstalleerd in overeenstemming met de geldende voorschriften en mag alleen
worden gebruikt op een goed geventileerde plaats.
Raadpleeg de instructies voor het installeren en het gebruiken van het apparaat.

Het doeleinde van dit product.
Het apparaat is vervaardigd voor industriële doeleinden en mag niet voor de verkeerde doeleinden worden
gebruikt. Het apparaat is alleen bedoeld om te roosteren en kan niet worden gebruikt om te koken.
Ons bedrijf kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor problemen die voortvloeien uit oneigenlijk gebruik.
N.B: GEBRUIK HET APPARAAT NIET VOOR DE VERKEERDE DOELEINDEN. HET APPARAAT MOET WORDEN
BEDIEND DOOR EEN PERSOON DIE OP DE HOOGTE IS VAN DE TECHNISCHE EN VEILIGHEIDSSPECIFICATIES
VAN HET APPARAAT EN DIE DE GEBRUIKERSHANDLEIDING HEEFT GELEZEN.
8. SCHOONMAAK EN ONDERHOUD
Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat en de gasklep uitgeschakeld zijn voordat u met onderhoud of reiniging begint.
Reinig het apparaat met een doek die is gedrenkt in warm zeepsop en een ontsmettingsmiddel dat het
voedsel aan het einde van elke werkdag niet beschadigt.
Niet reinigen met direct of hogedrukwater.
Gebruik bij het reinigen van het oppervlak van het apparaat geen materialen die krassen op het oppervlak
kunnen veroorzaken, zoals corrosieve schoonmaakmiddelen, draadborstels, enz.
Neem in geval van een gevaarlijke situatie aan het apparaat, neem contact op met de bevoegde dienst. Laat
niet toe dat onbekwame personen aan het apparaat zitten.

Gebrauchsanweisung vor der Inbetriebnahme des Geräts auf jeden Fall durchlesen und für spätere Nutzung
aufbewahren. Der Hersteller trägt keinerlei Verantwortung bei Schäden an Mensch oder Geräten, die auf Grund
jederart von Arbeiten die nicht der Gebrauchsanweisung entsprechen oder auf Grund von Wartung oder
technische Veränderung die nicht von ausgebildetem Fahrpersonal durchgeführt wurde, aufgetreten sind.
Diese Anweisungen gelten nur bei Geräten auf denen ein Länder-Code angebracht ist. Falls kein Länder-Code auf
dem Gerät vorhanden ist, folgen Sie den technischen Anweisungen für die Anpassung der Bestimmungen an das
jeweilige Land.
1. MONTAGE
•Die Montage des Geräts; die Verbindung mit der Gasleitung und die Umrüstung für die Verbrennung von
unterschiedlichen Gasen, sowie der Elektro-Anschluss muss nach den lokalen Bestimmungen von
Fachkräften unter der Beachtung der Tabellen 2 und 3 durchgeführt werden.

WARNUNG: Um übermäßige Hitzebildung zu vermeiden, Gerät von Rücken und Seiten, mindestens 25-30 cm von
Wänden entfernt aufstellen. Falls das Gerät in der Nähe von dekorativer Küchenverkleidung von Küchenmöbeln
oder ähnlichem montiert wird, wird empfohlen das diese aus nicht brennbaren Material hergestellt sein sollten.

Hitzeisolation verkleidet werden und Feuerschutzbestimmungen müssen stets genau befolgt werden
2. GASANSCHLUSS
•Vor Inbetriebnahme des Geräts an den Gasanschlußstellen Leckkontrollen durchführen. Wenden Sie hierfür
Seifenschaum oder andere geeignete Schaumarten an.
•Der Eingestellte Gastyp und Gasdruck des Gerätes ist auf der Etikette, auf dem Gerät und auf der Verpackung
angezeigt.
•Nachdem der Gasanschluss durchgeführt wurde, muss der Gaseingangsdruck den angegebenen Werten auf
der Tabelle 2 und 3 entsprechen.
•Stellen Sie fest ob die Umrüstung und die Adaptation ihres Gerätes für das Gas das Sie verwenden werden,
durchgeführt worden ist. Falls das nicht der Fall ist, muss ein Austausch der Düsen vorgenommen werden.
3. UMRÜSTUNG/ADAPTATION AUF VERSCHIEDENE GASE
•Düse auf dem Brenner abbauen.
•Wählen Sie von der Gastabelle die anzuwendende Düse für den entsprechenden Gastyp und Gasdruck aus
und montieren Sie diese Düse anstelle der ausgebauten Düse.
•Durchmesser der Düsen und Bypass-Düsen sind auf der Düse angegeben.
•Nachdem das Gerät auf ein anderes Gas Umgerüstet wurde, muss das alte Etikett entfernt und ein neues
Etikett mit den Angaben des neuen angewendeten Gastyps angebracht werden.
•Gasventilknopf entfernen.
•Bypass-Düse auf dem Gasventilknopf abbauen.
•Neue Bypass-Düse die geeignet ist für den neuen Gastyp einbauen.
•Gasventilknopf erneut anbringen.
4. GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG
•Vor Inbetriebnahme Stecker vom Netz ziehen und Gerät mit einer warmen Seifenlauge reinigen.
•Auf keinen Fall auf das Gerät Wasser sprühen oder gießen.
•Die Brenner des Geräts können separat bedient werden.

5. BETRIEB
•Jeder Gasventilknopf kontrolliert einen Brenner.
•Für das erste Anzünden drücken Sie den obersten Gasventilknopf, drehen ihn im umgekehrten Uhrzeigersinn
und bringen ihn auf die Position “Min. Flamme”. Halten Sie ihr Feuerzeug oder ein Streichholz unterhalb des
Brenners bis der Brenner Zündet.
6. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
•Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt / unkontrolliert betreiben. Falls Sie den Bereich des Geräts verlassen, Gerät
immer abschalten.
•Keine Kinder in die Nähe eines arbeitenden Geräts lassen (Verbrennungsgefahr u.a.).
•Keine Wartung oder technische Arbeiten an einem arbeitenden Gerät durchführen.
•Als Sicherheitssystem auf dem Gerät befindet sich ein Sicherheitsventil welches die Gaszufuhr unterbricht
falls der Brenner erlischt.
WARNUNG: Gerät niemals direkt mit Wasser oder mit einem Druckwasserstrahl reinigen.
7. ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Warnung 1: Gerät muss unter einer Dunstabzugshaube betreiben werden.
Warnung 2: In dem Arbeitsbereich des Geräts sollten sich auf keinen Fall brennbare feste oder flüssige
Materialien (Kleidung, Alkohol und Alkoholprodukte, ÖL-und Chemieprodukte, Holz- und Plastikmaterialien,
Gardinen u.a.) befinden.
Warnung 3: Nicht mit einem Druckwasserstrahl reinigen.
Warnung 4: Dieses Gerät muss nach den geltenden Bestimmungen aufgestellt und nur in gut belüfteten
Bereichen in Betreib genommen werden. Beachten Sie die Anweisungen vor dem Aufstellen des Geräts.
Warnung 5: Das Gerät ist für die industrielle Nutzung bestimmt und sollte nur von dafür ausgebildetem Personal
betrieben werden.
Warnung 6: Gerät darf nur vom Hersteller oder von einem autorisierten Kundendienst bearbeitet oder repariert

Warnung 7: Falls in dem Arbeitsbereich des Geräts eine Flammenbildung entsteht, sollte man ohne in Panik
zu geraten die Gasventile (falls vorhanden) und die Elektro-Schalter ausstellen und mit einem die Feuerlöscher
die Flamme löschen. Zum Löschen der Flamme niemals Wasser verwenden.
Warnung 8: Niemals Wasser auf das Gerät gießen und beim Reinigen immer Gasventil schließen. Niemals auf
dem Gerät während dem Betrieb irgendwelche Arbeiten durchführen.
Warnung 9: Die Wartung des Geräts von nicht autorisierten Personen sollte nicht erlaubt werden.
Warnung 10: Das Gerät ist für industrielle Zwecke hergestellt worden und sollte nur zweckgemäß betrieben
werden.
Dieses Gerät muss nach den geltenden Bestimmungen aufgestellt und nur in gut belüfteten Bereichen
in Betrieb genommen werden.

8. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
•Stellen Sie fest ob das Gasventil des Geräts geschlossen ist bevor Sie mit der Reinigung beginnen.
•Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach jedem Betriebstag, mit einem in eine warme Seifenlauge getauchten Lappen
oder mit einem Desinfizierungsmittel das Lebensmittelfreundlich ist.

•Bei der Reinigung der Oberfläche des Geräts, keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel, Stahlbürsten u.a., die die
Oberfläche angreifen und zerkratzen können, benutzen.
•Falls irgendeine Gefahr erkannt wird die von dem Gerät ausgeht, sollte umgehend der Kundendienst

1. MONTAGE
Le montage de l’appareil, sa connexion à la source de gaz et sa conversion selon les différents types de gaz,
ainsi que son installation électrique doivent être réalisés par des personnes spécialisées conformément aux
tableaux relatifs aux Table-2 a Table-3
Placer l’appareil en position équilibrée sur un banc adapté.
Placer l’appareil sous une hotte ou dans un milieu permettant l’aération nécessaire pour le dégagement des
fumées et odeurs émises.
REMARQUE : L’appareil doit être placé dans un endroit écarté de 25-30 cm au moins des murs arrière et latéraux
afin d’éviter l’augmentation de la température au niveau excessif. En cas de mise en place de l’appareil à
proximité des meubles ou les revêtements décoratifs de la cuisine, ceux-ci devront être fabriqués en matières
ininflammables ; en cas contraire, ceux-ci devront être revêtus des matières permettant l’étanchéité thermique
et les consignes relatives à la protection contre l’incendie doivent être soigneusement respectées.
2. CONNEXION A LA SOURCE DE GAZ
Avant la mise en marche de l’appareil, la présence des fuites de gaz au niveau de la connexion à la source
de gaz doit être contrôlée. A cet effet, utiliser la mousse savonneuse ou toute autre mousse adaptée.
La nature et la pression du gaz auxquelles l’appareil est adapté sont mentionnées sur l’appareil et sur
l’étiquette figurant sur son emballage.
Après avoir réalisé la connexion à la source de gaz, la pression à l’entrée du gaz doit être adaptée aux valeurs
mentionnées sur le tableau.
S’assurer de l’adaptation de votre appareil au gaz à utiliser. A défaut d’adaptation, il faut procéder au
changement des injecteurs.
3. ADAPTATION AUX DIFFERENTS TYPES DE GAZ
Déposer l’injecteur situé sur le radian.
Choisir sur le tableau 2 - 3 relatif à la conversion de l’appareil selon le type de gaz l’injecteur adapté au type
et à la pression du gaz à utiliser et le monter à la place de l’injecteur déposé.
Le diamètre de l’injecteur et celui de l’injecteur by-pass sont marqués sur l’injecteur.
Après avoir adapté l’appareil pour un type de gaz différent du type de gaz prévu par le constructeur, il faut
remplacer l’étiquette figurant sur le produit par une nouvelle étiquette sur laquelle est mentionné le
nouveau type de gaz.
Enlever le bouton de la vanne de gaz.
Déposer l’injecteur by-pass situé sur la vanne de gaz.
Poser l’injecteur by-pass adapté au nouveau type de gaz.
Remonter le bouton de la vanne de gaz.

4. CONSIGNES A L’UTILISATEUR
On ne doit jamais pulvériser ou verser de l’eau sur l’appareil.
Ne pas charger excessivement l’appareil au-delà de la capacité mentionnée sur le tableau.
La commande des radians pouvant être distinctement réalisée, activer les radians selon le volume de la
aliments à rôtir.
5. MISE EN MARCHE
Toute vanne de gaz permet de contrôler 1 radian.
Pour l’allumage initial, maintenir la vanne de gaz supérieure en état appuyée, la tourner dans le sens inverse
de l’aiguille d’horloge pour la placer à la position « flamme minimale » et permettre l’allumage à l’aide d’un
briquet ou allumette au niveau de la partie inférieure du radian.
6. MESURES DE SECURITE
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil sans le tenir sous contrôle ou surveillance. Lorsque vous quittez le site de
fonctionnement, arrêter toujours l’appareil.
Ne pas permettre la présence des enfants à proximité de l’appareil (risques de brûlure, etc.).
Lorsque l’appareil est en marche, ne pas procéder à la réparation ou la modification de celui-ci.
A titre de dispositif de sécurité équipant l’appareil, la vanne de sécurité coupe l’alimentation en gaz, lorsque
la flamme ou le radian est éteint.
ATTENTION : Ne pas nettoyer l’appareil directement à l’aide de l’eau ou l’eau à haute pression
7. AVERTISSEMENTS RELATIFS A LA SECURITE GENERALE
Avertissement 1 : L’appareil doit fonctionner sous une hotte.
Avertissement 2 : L’endroit dans lequel l’appareil est mis en marche doit absolument être dépourvu de toute
matière solide ou liquide inflammable (vêtements, alcool et ses dérivés, produits pétrochimiques, matières en
bois ou en plastique, rideaux, etc.).
Avertissement 3 : Ne pas procéder au nettoyage à l’eau comprimée.
Avertissement 4 : L’appareil étant destiné à l’usage industriel, il ne doit être utilisé que par des éléments
bénéficiant de la formation nécessaire pour l’utilisation de ce produit.
Avertissement 5 : Personne autre que le constructeur ou le service agréé ne doit faire des interventions sur
l’appareil.
Avertissement 6 : En cas d’incendie ou inflammation dans le site où l’appareil est utilisé, fermer les vannes
de gaz ou les interrupteurs électriques (s’il en existe) sans donner lieu à la panique et utiliser les extincteurs. Ne
jamais utiliser de l’eau pour l’extinction des flammes.
Avertissement 7 : On ne doit jamais verser de l’eau sur l’appareil et la vanne de gaz doit absolument être fermée
lors du nettoyage. On ne doit jamais faire des interventions sur l’appareil lorsque celui-ci est en marche ou la
vanne de gaz est ouverte.
Avertissement 8 : La réparation de l’appareil par des personnes non autorisées ne doit pas être permise.
Avertissement 9 : L’appareil étant destiné à l’usage industriel, il ne doit être utilisé aux fins différentes.

8. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Avant de procéder à l’entretien ou le nettoyage de l’appareil, s’assurer que la vanne de gaz est fermée.
A la fin de tout jour d’utilisation, nettoyer l’appareil à l’aide d’un désinfectant non nuisible aux denrées
alimentaires et d’un chiffon imbibé d'eau savonneuse tiède.
Ne pas nettoyer l’appareil directement à l’aide de l’eau ou l’eau à haute pression.
Lors du nettoyage des sections de l’appareil, ne pas utiliser des détergents, brosses métalliques, etc. ayant
des effets abrasifs ou des matières susceptibles de créer des égratignures sur les sections.
En cas de constatation d’une situation préjudiciable à l’appareil, en avertir le service agréé. Ne pas permettre
l’intervention des personnes non compétentes dans l’appareil.
