•Li-Ion batteries and rechargeable batteries are safe when handled
properly.
•Li-Ion batteries and rechargeable batteries can cause fires if used and
stored improperly.
•Use only suitable chargers. Remove the charger after charging is
complete. Overcharging can lead to a dangerous reaction of the Li-Ion
batteries.
•Do not use defective, damaged, deformed or inflated batteries and
accumulators.
•A proper disposal of used batteries and rechargeable batteries is
necessary.
•Protect batteries and rechargeable batteries against mechanical
influences such as shocks, impacts or dropping.
•Remove damaged or deformed lithium-containing batteries and
rechargeable batteries from the device. Take them immediately to a
collection point - preferably with the poles taped off.
•Do not store or charge batteries outdoors, in moist rooms or in locations
where very high temperatures are expected.
