Compro VideoMate K300 upgrade kit bundles the easy-to-use Microsoft
certified remote control to controls the Vista and Media Center. Only need to
plug the USB IR Receiver into your desktop or laptop PC and installed the IR
receiver driver, you can use it to control your system.
If you have Compro TV tuner products (with ComproDTV 3 or above software),
you can use it to controls the ComproDTV, ComproFM, and ComproDVD
software as usual.

Troubleshooting
Why my remote can’t work?
1. Please check the battery for remote control be installed well and useable
2. Please check the USB IR receiver already connect to your system and the
driver for USB IR receiver installed on your system
3. Some devices may emit the IR signals. Please check if there are any
microwaves or lights that may be doing this.And make sure as few cables
as possible are crossing the IR receiver
Why my TV card/box can’t work in Media
Center?
Your TV tuner card or box needs to have the Vista x86/x64 driver installed on
your system and the TV card needs to support PCI Audio for Vista system.
Please ask your TV card/box supplier for more information.
If you are using the Media Center 2005, you need to have Microsoft certified
MPEG-2 decoder for your TV card/box to watch TV in Media Center. It’s not
included in this package.
