INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing our product which adopts excellent workmanship and exceptional reliability.
Your telephone is designed to give your flexibility in use and high quality performance. To get the most from
your new telephone, we suggest that you take a few minutes to read through this instruction manual to
familiarize yourself with all the features of the product.
SAFETY INSTRUCTION
When using your telephone equipment, the following basic safety precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons:
1. Read, understand and follow all warnings and instructions
2. Unplug the product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners.
Use a soft damp cloth for cleaning.
3. Do not place this product on unstable surfaces. The product may drop, causing serious damage to the
product.
4. Do not overload wall outlets and extension cords as this can result in fire or electric shock.
5. Never push foreign objects of any kind into this product through cabinet slots as they may affect
dangerous voltage points or short circuit parts that could result in fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of
any kind on the product.
6. Avoid moving or disconnecting this unit during a heavy storm, as there may be a remote risk of electric
shock from lightning and thunder.

INSTALLATION
1. Plug one end of the line cord into the connector marked “LINE” on the base of the telephone and the
other end into the wall socket.
2. Connect the handset to the base of the telephone with the curly cord.
RECEIVING A CALL
From handset
1. When the telephone rings, pick up the handset and talk to the other party.
2. When finished, return the handset to the base.
Switching to speakerphone
1. When using the handset, press key and return the handset to the base.
2. When finished, press key again.
From speakerphone
1. When the telephone rings, press key and talk to the caller. For the other party to hear your voice
clearly, speak into the speaker from a distance of 32cm or less.
2. When finished, press key again.
MAKING A CALL
From Handset
1. Pick up the handset. When you hear the dial tone, dial the desired number.
2. When finished, return the handset to the base.
From Speakerphone
1. Press key. When you hear the dial tone, dial the desired number.
2. When finished, press key again.
Redial
1. Pick up the handset or press key,
2. Press REDIAL key, the last dialed number will be dialed again.
ONE-TOUCH MEMORY OPERATION
Store the number in one-touch memory
1. Pick up the handset or press key, then press STORE key.
2. Enter the phone number you want to store using the dial pad.
3. Press STORE key.
4. Press one of one-touch memory key M1,M2 or M3 to store the number in it.
Dial one-touch memory
Pick up the handset or press key, press one of one-touch memory key M1,M2 or M3 to dial the stored
number out.
TWO-TOUCH MEMORY OPERATION
Store the number in two-touch memory
1. Pick up the handset or press key, then press STORE key.
2. Enter the phone number you want to store using the dial pad.
3. Press STORE key. Press one of digit keys (0-9) to store the number under that chosen digit.
Dial two-touch memory
Pick up the handset or press key, press AUTO key and then press one of digit key (0-9) to dial the stored

number out.
HOLD ON MUSIC
When talking over handset, press HOLD key to enter the hold mode and the hold music is sent out.
In hold mode
1. Press HOLD key to release hold mode and continue to talk over handset.
2. Or hang up handset, it enters hands-free hold mode.
When talking at hands-free mode, press HOLD key to enter the hold mode and the hold music is
sent out. In hold mode
1. Pick up handset to talk over handset.
2. Or press key to quit hold mode and talk at hands-free mode.
Note: If you press HOLD key when at hands-free hold mode, you can hang up the call directly.
FLASH FUNCTION
When you dial a number to make a call, and you receive busy tone, you could press the FLASH key and
REDIAL to dial the number out again.
PAUSE
When dial number, press PAUSE key to insert 3.6s pause time between the dialed numbers.
ADJUSTING RINGING VOLUME
Slide the RINGER switch to HI (high) or MID (middle) or LO (low) to select desired ringer volume.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
No dial tone
Check the hook switch to make sure it pops up.
Noise
Check if the circuit is broken, change the circuit.
Check if the connector is moist or rust, change the connector.
Ring once then disconnect when receive a call. Dialing function is available
Check if connector is in a moist environment.
Check if too many extensions are used together or the quality of extension is not good enough, change
the bad extension.
