
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Any claim under this warranty must be made within 12 months of the date of
purchase of the product. To make a claim under the warranty, take the product
(with proof of purchase) back to the place of purchase or contact Gale Pacic.
Gale Pacic bears reasonable, direct, expenses of claiming under the warranty. You
may submit details and proof to our store for consideration. The warranty covers
manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and nish under normal use. This
warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under
law: our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under Australian
Consumer Law or Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation
for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the
goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from product misuse or product neglect.
The warranty covers domestic use only and does not apply to commercial
applications.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Fading due to weather exposure or damage to the frame and fabric through
accident, misuse or negligence. Non-permanent structure. Do not use in extreme
weather conditions including heavy rain or high winds.

Exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun is the major cause of
skin cancer. In some countries the UV radiation is strong enough to cause

we recommend following the Sun Smart steps: slip on clothing, slop on
sunscreen, slap on a hat, slide on sunglasses and seek shade.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
When not in use, close the umbrella and store in a dry place.
If the canopy is wet, allow to dry naturally before storing.
Close in windy conditions or when a storm approaches. Never allow the
umbrella to ap in the wind as this could damage the canopy.
If necessary, gently clean the fabric with a hose.
DO NOT use umbrella over or near harsh chemicals or open ames including
but not limited to chlorine, grills, barbecues and re pits.
