UHF1 Models option
A wireless microphone receiver is built into this unit
• Switch the on/o and volume control on the UHF– PLL
• A/B LED will light up to say the receivers are on.
• Leave the microphone switched o.
• Set the transmitter to a free channel, press the SET button,
the screen will then ash, select a channel and press SET again
If the LED RX lights up but you microphone is still switched o
this means there is interference from other signal select a
dierent channel.
• Switch on your microphone and if set to the same channel as
the receiver then the RX will light up to indicate reception of a
radio signal. The LED AF will light up if the transmitter transmits
an audio signal of sucient level.

Connecting an iPod or
External audio device
• Using the supplied iPod lead, connect to the headphone
output of the external device (iPod/Phone/Laptop) to the
stereo Aux input or Line in (depending on cable provided).
• Adjust the volume on your device and, then the volume
button above the Aux in plus the main volume on the unit.
• You can use the Dance Combo v2 to adjust the
tone & balance.

Bluetooth
• Turn the unit on.
• Enable Bluetooth on your device– iPod/
iPhone etc.
• Press the Bluetooth button on the
unit. This will then ash.
• When discovered TXA SERIES will be
displayed on your device.
• Select pair or connect on your device.
• An audio notication will be heard and also connected or
paired will be shown on your device. The LED will now be lit
continuously.
• Turn the volume up on your device, you will be able to play
music on your device and amplify it with the Dance Combo v2.
• Use the Bluetooth volume (above Bluetooth symbol) and
Master volume buttons.
NOTE: If another device is already paired/connected you will not be
able to pair at the same time. You will need to switch the unit o and
on then try again or turn o the Bluetooth on the other device.
• Connect the mains cable provided to the socket at the back
of the unit, connect to mains power and switch on.
• The batteries will automatically recharge when connected to
mains power, four LED lights will light up
continuously until 50% charged then the upper
two will light up until fully charged. When charging
is complete the “Full” will then light up.
• It is not necessary to switch on the unit to
recharge but the unit can be operated when
charging is in progress.
• If the unit is always stored with the batteries
fully charged, then many years of use should be
achieved before replacement is required.
Please fully charge the batteries before storage.

Two microphones can be connected
• Mic 1 via an XLR plug or a 6.3mm plug: set the selector switch
to “MIC”
• Mic 2 via a 6.3mm jack plug
NOTE: Use the “VOICE PRORITY” button, once pressed this will be
illumined. The volume of music being played will be substantially
reduced while announcements via a microphone connected are being
made. Press the button again to deactivate.
