MAINTENANCE
• Your new Cooper and Graham product is designed for years of trouble-free performance.
• Keep it looking new by cleaning it periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners,
wire wool and harsh chemicals as these will dull the nish and void your warranty.
• Check grab bar periodically after installation to be sure all screws are secure.
IMPORTANT POINTS
• THIS PRODUCT IS FOR USE ONLY BY PERSONS WEIGHTING LESS THAN 250 POUNDS.
• Consult a healthcare professional for advice and instructions specic to your needs
before use.
• Do not modify this product in any way.
• Overtightening nuts may cause damages.
• Grab bars must be mounted to a secure wall, which has sufcient structure strength
so that they will not become unstable and loose and cause injuries. Please refer to the
Standard Safety Specications (ASTM F66) for more information.
• After installation, carefully and thoroughly check the grab bars and make sure that
they are securely mounted because loose grab bars can fall from the wall and cause
injuries.
• Note: Grab bars must be mounted to a secure surface. Cooper and Graham is not
responsiblle for any consequences casued by improper installaltion or lack of wall
strength. It is the responsibility of the installer of the grab bars to make sure that the
mounting area the customer chooses is secure and that proper mounting hardware is
used for installation.

• When cutting or drilling, use safety glasses to protect your eyes.

Drill holes in the wall to t the anchors.

Safety Warning: Grab bars are no stronger
than the anchors and walls to which
they are attached and, therefore, must
be rmly secured in order to support the
loads for which they are intended. To
avoid potential injury, the building owner
or maintenance personnel should remove
the grab bar from service if the grab bar is
not adequately secured to wall or if there
is any observed damage to the welds.

Purchase suitable anchor and self-
tapping screws for this grab bar.
Position the template. Conrm level.
Mark the screw hole locations with drill.
Warning: Use stud nder to avoid
drilling into studs.

Position the mounting bracket to be
mounted on the wall, then thread the
xing screws through the mounting hole
into the plastic anchor. Turn the screws
slowly until they are tight.
Place assembly over the mounting
bracket with the set screw facing down.
Tighten the set screws.

3. Tap the plastic anchor into the hole
with a hammer.
