6. REPARATURANLEITUNG
6.1 DEMONTAGE DES TRIEBWERKS
- WerkzeugamPistolengriff<1>ineinenSchraubstockmitKunststoff-
backeneinspannen.
Achtung!
GummibeschichtungamGriffnichtbeschädigen.
- Gehäuse <62>/<89> entgegen Uhrzeigersinn mit Bandschlüssel lö-
sen.
- GehäuseundImpuls-Einheitabziehen.
- Senkschraube<13>undUmschaltknopf<12>entfernen.
- PistolengehäusegegenweicheUnterlageklopfenundTriebwerksteile
herausnehmen.
3. DREHMOMENTEINSTELLUNG
DenSchraubervomDruckluftnetztrennen!
- DieDrehmomenteinstellungerfolgtmitHilfeeinerAbluftdrossel.
- Lösen des Gewindestiftes <8> mit Schlüssel ( SW2).
- DieDrehmomentanpassung wird durchDrehen der Abluftdrosselin
Richtung "+" bzw. "-" erreicht.
- ZuerstmußdieAbluftdrossel<5>inRichtung"-"aufMin-Einstellung
gebrachtwerden.
- Durch Drehen in Richtung "+" kann das gewünschte Drehmoment
eingestelltwerden.
- NachderDrehmomenteinstellungistderGewindestiftwiederimUhr-
zeigersinnfestzuziehen.
4. INSPEKTION UND WARTUNG
UmAusfällezuverhindern,istregelmäßig
- derÖlstandinderImpuls-Einheit<36>/<63>zuüberprüfen
- nachca.500Betriebsstunden,spätestensjedochnach12Monaten,ist
regelmäßigeinÖlwechselbeiderImpuls-Einheitvorzunehmenundder
Dichtungssatz<96>zuerneuern.

Gewährleistungsverpflichtungenfürnichtigzuerklären.
6.3 MONTAGE DER IMPULS-EINHEIT
- DieMontageistinumgekehrterReihenfolgewiedieDemontagedurch-
zuführen(7.Ersatzteilzeichnung).
- Nadelrolle<45>/<72>indenHydr.-Zylinder<44>/<71>montieren.
- O-Ring<53>/<80>undStützring<54>/<81>aufdenHydr-Rotor<51>/
<78>montieren.
- Vorrichtung <E> über lange Schaftseite auf Hydr.-Rotor aufstecken
(8. Montagehinweise, Bild 2).
- Druckfedern und Lamellen, über den Schlitz der Vorrichtung <E>,
durch Niederdrücken und Verdrehen des Hydr.-Rotors in dessen
Nuteneinlegen(Bild3).
- Steuerlamelle<50>/<77>(mitlangemStiftende)zuNutinVorrichtung
ausrichten.(Bild4).
- DievormontiertenTeileindenHydr.-Zylinder<44>/<71>soeinschie-
ben,daßNutaufNadelrolle<45>/<72>trifft.<E>entfernen(Bild5-6).
- Steuerscheibe<52>/<79>montierenundüberNadelrollepositionie-
ren.

6.4 BEFÜLLEN MIT ÖL-BEFÜLLEINRICHTUNG <A>
NachderBefüllungwirddieImpulseinheitmitdemvorgege-
benenDrehmomentverschlossen.
- Gewindestift<58>/<85>undKugel<57>/<84>entfernen.
- Lagerring<55>/<82>umca.180°lösen(MaßnahmefürReserveöl).
- Impulseinheit mittels Anschlußstück <A2> an die Schnellkupplung
anschließen.
- Absperrorganschließen.
6.4.1 Versorgungsdruckca.5baranschließen.
6.4.2 Absperrorgan langsam ganz öffnen, bis das Manometer einen
Unterdruckvon<1mbar (-1 bar)anzeigt.
6.4.3 Ca.2Minutenwarten,bissichdieZahlderVakuumblasendeutlich
verringerthat.
6.4.4 Absperrorganlangsamschließen.DasManometerzeigtwieder
Atmosphärendruckan,fehlendesOelwirdindieImpuls-Einheit
gedrückt.
6.4.5 Wenn notwendig, den Vorgang 6.4.2 bis 6.4.4 wiederholen bis
BlasenbildunggegenNullläuft.
6.4.6 Impuls-Einheit abkuppeln, Adapter herausdrehen und ein paar
TropfenOelmitInjektionsspritze<B>nachfüllen.

- Lagerring<55>/<82>mitVorrichtung<C>aufdasgeforderteDrehmo-
ment anziehen (8. Montagehinweise, Bild 7)
6.5 MONTAGE DES MOTORS
BeiderMontageistsorgfältigdaraufzuachten,daßdieTeile
inderReihenfolge,wieinderErsatzteilzeichnungangege-
ben,zusammengebautwerden.
- MontagevonO-Ring<23>undLuftverteiler<24>.
- Zum Abstecken des Kerbstiftes, in die Bohrung des Pistolen-
gehäuses <1>, muß die radiale Hilfsbohrung des Luftverteilers <24>
mittigzurUmschaltnutausgerichtetsein.
- Rillenkugellager<25>mitRotordeckel<26>aufRotor<30>mitVor-
richtung <D> aufpressen (8. Montagehinweise, Bild 8 + 9) und in
Pistolengehäuseeinbauen.
- Umschaltknopf<12>mitSenkschraube<13>montieren.
- Rotorzylinder<28>mitPaßfedern<27>inPistolengehäuseeinschie-
ben.
- Lamellen<29>indieRotorschlitzestecken.
- Kugellager<32>inRotordeckel<31>montierenundmitSicherungs-
ring<33>fixieren.InPistolengehäuseeinlegen.
- Hülse<34>montieren.

Bei Montage von Sieb <6>/<9> darauf achten, daß
Sicherungsring<7>/<10>planamSiebanliegt.
6.6 DEMONTAGE DES EINSCHALTVENTILS
- Kunststoffknopf<22>mit2Schraubenzieherabheben.
- Buchse <21> mit Stiftschlüssel (Stiftabstand 11mm, Durchmesser
2 mm) gegen Uhrzeigersinn lösen.
- GelösteVentileinheitsenkrechtnachuntenherausziehen.
- Teilekomplettherausnehmen.

- regularly replace the oil level of the pulse unit <36>/<63> every 500
operatinghoursoratleastevery12months,thesetofseals<96>must
bereplaced.

6.2 DISMOUNTING THE PULSE UNIT
Allowedonlyiffillingwithoilfillingunit<A>canbeguaran-
teed. The pulse unit must have cooled down to room
temperature.
- Withquick-disconnectattachmentfirstremovethecirclips,washers,

6.4 REMPLISSAGE D'HUILE AU MOYEN DU DISPOSITIF <A>
Après le remplissage, l'unité d'impulsion doit être serrée
aveclecoupleprévu.
- Desserrerlavissanstête<58>/<85>et la bille<57>/<84>.
- Desserrerlabaguefiletée<55>/<82>env.180°(Nécessairepourhuile
deréserve).
- Joindre l'unité d'impulsion au raccordement rapide au moyen de
l'adaptateur.
- Fermerledispositifdevérouillage.
6.4.1 Raccorderlapressiond'alimentationd'environ5bars.
6.4.2 Ouvrirlasoupaped'arrêtlentementjusqu'àcequelemanomètre
indiqueunedépression <1mbar(-1bar).
6.4.3 Attendre environ 2 min. jusqu'à ce que les bulles d'air soient
presqueéchappées.
6.4.4 Fermer la soupape d'arrêt lentement. Le manomètre indique à
nouveau la pression atmosphérique et l'huile manquante est
presséedansl'unitéd'impulsion.
6.4.5 Répéterleprocessus6.4.2jusqu'à6.4.4jsuqu'àcequetoutesles
bullesd'airsoientexpulsées,sibesoin.
6.4.6 Découpler l'unité d'impulsion, dévisser l'adaptateur et remplir
quelquesgouttesd'huileavecunepetitepompe<B>.
- Monterlabilleetvisser la vis sans tête.
- Serrer la bague filetée <55>/<82> au couple demandé à l'aide du
dispositif <C> (fig. 7).

- Sujete la empuñadura <1> de la herramienta en el tornillo con
proteccionesplásticasenlamordaza.

- Desaprietelacarcasa<62>/<89>girandoensentidodelasagujasdel
relojconunallavedecinta.
- Separelacarcasaylaunidaddeimpulso.
- Retireeltornillodelcontadorhundido<13>yelbotóndereverso<12>.
- Golpee la empuñadura de la carcasa de la pistola en la superficie
blanda,yretirelaspiezasdelmotor.

- Desatornillaranilloroscado<55>/<82>180°(Medidaparaelaceitede
reserva).
- Conectarla unidad deimpulso al desconectadorrápido utilizando el
adaptador<A2>.
- Cerrarlaválvuladeshut-off.
