Before You Start
General Warnings:
The product must be installed and used under the supervision of an adult.
Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
Remove all packaging, separate and count all parts and hardware.
Please ensure that all parts are correctly installed, incorrect installation can lead to
a danger.
We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near the area in
which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once
assembled.
Ensure a secure surface during installation, and place the product always on a flat,
steady and stable surface.
Please use this product with caution. The use of this product requires superb skills
to avoid accidents to the user or others due to a fall or collision.
Please wear suitable protective equipment during use, e.g. protective helmet,
gloves, knee pads, elbow pads etc.

● WEAR SUITABLE SHOES AND CLOSE FITTING CLOTHING. NO JEWELRY,
SCARVES OR OTHER LOOSE CLOTHING.
● MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND INSPECT AND
TEST THE LINE BEFORE EACH USE.
● IF WORN OR DAMAGED PARTS ARE FOUND, CONTACT US FOR
REPLACEMENT PARTS – DO NOT SUBSTITUTE WITH OTHER PARTS OR
INJURY MAY RESULT.
● REMAIN SEATED FOR THE ENTIRE RIDE, WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE STOPPED
COMPLETELY BEFORE LETTING GO OF THE TROLLEY OR DISMOUNTING
SEAT.

● KEEP PEOPLE AND ANIMALS AT LEAST 25FT (7.62 M) AWAY FROM THE
ZIPLINE COURSE WHEN IN USE.
● NEVER USE THE LINE WHEN IT IS WET OR IF THERE IS RAIN OR
LIGHTNING IN THE AREA.
● DO NOT PLACE FINGERS OR HAIR INSIDE OF TROLLEY OR SERIOUS
INJURY MAY RESULT.

CABLE WEIGHT TEST
MARK CABLE AT EACH CABLE CLAMP AND FIST GRIP.
AFTER USING TEST WEIGHT TO TEST ZIP LINE, INSPECT MARKS FOR
INDICATION OF CLAMP SLIPPAGE.
ATTACH A TEST WEIGHT, EQUAL TO WEIGHT OF HEAVIEST PARTICIPANT,
UP TO 400 LBS (180 KG). TO TROLLEY MOUNTED ON CABLE. (!! WARNING
!!NEVER USE A PERSON AS A TEST WEIGHT WHEN PERFORMING THE
WEIGHT TEST.)
Bounce test weight up and down. Observe anchors at either end of cable for
excessive movement.
Allow test weight to settle at the lowest point of the cable.
Cable sag is measured from the lowest point on the cable to the attachment
height of the cable on the ending anchor.
Inspection
Detach test weight and inspect termination hardware and anchors for proper
configuration and strength.
Check for slippage of cable through cable clamps and fist grips to verify they
are adequately tightened.

1.How high should l install my zipline?
As a general rule ,we recommend installing the finish point of the course 6ft
to 8ft off the ground,and 2ft taller than the tallest rider.
When picking the start point of the course, it needs to be higher than the
finish point to create a safe angle to ride down.
We recommend giving the course an 8-10% slope. To calculate this, take the
length of your course and multiply it by 0.8 or 0.1.Then take that number,
and add it to the height of your course’s finish point. This number is your
recommended starting height.
Warning! Assembly by an adult. Not suitable for
children under 36 months. Long cord. Strangulation
hazard.
HOW TO INSTALL ZIP LINE?

2.After determining the height, stick the tree protector on the tree.
After that, the wire line is passed through the hole and tightened up, and
hung on the tree protector. (Note: please hang the wire line at the starting
point of the track.)
3.Pass the other end of the wire rope through the brake spring.
4.Put the ratchet wheel on the tree protector at the end of the track
and tighten up.
5.Straighten the wire rope and find a spot on it. Make sure that this
point exceeds about half of the edge of the total length of the ratchet
wheel and the webbing line.

Do not use buildings or playground structures (unless specifically built for zip
lines), live power/telephone poles, dead trees or stumps, trees with rot,
disease, structural cracks, excessive lean, exposed roots, or
trees in boggy, wet, sandy, loose soil. This is only a partial list.
You must use your good judgment in determining what is not
an appropriate anchor point. If in doubt, contact us by Email.

6.Put the webbing line set on in the just fixed wire rope ring.Then
use the ratchet to tighten the webbing belt.
Note that before tightening the ratchet, make sure that the wire rope has
been straightened as far as possible.
7.Open the handle pulley and place it at the starting point of the
track.
Hang the round seat and adjustable strap on the handle pulley with the
locking buckle.
The wire rope is wound into a ring at the just
marked point, and the wound ring is fixed with a
U-shaped buckle.

8.Adjust the round seat to the length you need.
You can adjust it to the most suitable length through the buckle on the top
or the knot on the bottom.
9.Put the safety belt on your body and tighten it.
Then connect the safety belt to the adjustable strap with another buckle. (At
the same time, please check that the adjustable belt and handle pulley have
been reliably connected.)
Note: When you finish installing the zip line kit, it is recommended that you
have them tested.
Take care to reduce the probabilities of injury.
