GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Read and understand these instructions fully before installing, assembling or using these ladders.
2. Assembly and installation of these types of ladders can be inherently dangerous. Take all precautions necessary during
assembly.
3. Always use a separate ladder or scaffold to finish assembly in high places.
4. Never climb a ladder that is not completely assembled.
5. Do not assemble, install or use a ladder with missing or damaged parts.
6. Use proper lifting mechanics when assembling a ladder.
7. Watch for and avoid overhead electrical hazards and obstructions.
Failure to heed these warnings may result in serious injury or death to installation personnel, ladder users, or
bystanders.
Step 1
Lay the Ladder on it’s back and use a hoist to lift the stile (A).
Step 2
Once the stile (A) is lifted to the point where the base panel
(B) can freely swing through the stile (B) mounting holes then
bolt the base panel to the stile using the (2) ½-13 x 3” HHCS
(D) and ½-13 Hex Nuts (E).
Step 3
Bolt on the left and right side braces (if provided) using the ½-
13 X 1 ¼” HHCS (Detail G) and 1/2-13 Hex Nuts (Detail E) to
the back panel. Tighten the bolts that connect the stile to the
back and the bolts that connect the base to the back panel.
