FEATURES
Two-column high quality Carbon filter/Nanotrap filter
The carbon filter removes chloramine, chlorine, taste and ordor, particulate
class1, asbestos, cyst, lead, MTBE, toxaphene and VOC. The Nanotrap filter
eliminates bacteria and viruses in unfiltered water for highest quality water.

Electricity not required
Mechanical lter replacement indicator module is used which does not require
electrical power source.
Choose your type of installation
This product is designed to be installed in both ways; diverter valve type
(above counter) or faucet type (below counter).
Filter replacement
Replace the lter using hand tool placed on the cap. One hand tool can be used
for both lters.
Filter replacement indicator
The lter replacement indicator informs customers of lter replacement time.
Pressure regulator
Pressure regulator is used for safety of the product at high pressure water inlet.
Guaranteed water quality
The water filtration system tested and certified by WQA against NSF/ANSI
Standard 42, 53 and 372.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Caution: If not observed, minor physical injury or property damage may occur as

• Use or place the unit on a level area and do not apply force to the unit.
• Periodical lter replacement is prerequisite for getting clean water.
• Do not use ltered water for the water exchange of an aquarium or a shbowl.
• The ltration system installation shall comply with state and local laws and regulations. Do
not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate
disinfection before or after the system.
• The minimum allowable inlet water pressure is 30 psi and maximum allowable pressure is 120 psi.
If the daytime pressure is over 80 psi, the nighttime pressure may exceed the maximum pressure.
• If the P-210N has not been used for more than one day, you will need to ush 0.5 gallons
(2 liters) to 0.8 gallons (3 liters) of water through the system before using the water.
• Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of Unknown quality without adequate
disinfection before or after the system.
• The ltration device installation shall comply with applicable state and local regulations.

The P-210N conforms to NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 for the reduction of Aesthetic Chlorine, Aesthetic
Chloramine, Particulate Class I, Asbestos, Chlordane, Cyst, Mercury, Lead, MTBE, PCBs, Toxaphene,
Turbidity and VOCs as veried and substantiated by test data.

Nanotrap lter High Quality Carbon lter
The 2-step water ltration system (P-210N)

INSTALLATION
1. Turn o the water to attach the diverter valve.
2. Unscrew the aerator to remove from the end of the faucet.
3. There are three options for attaching the diverter to the faucet.
a) Position the diverter onto the faucet and hand tighten the textured-collar adapter counterclockwise until it
secures.
b) If that does not t, attach the appropriate textured adapter with internal threads and washer to the end of
your faucet.
c) If the threads on your faucet are internal, attach the appropriate adapter with external threads to the end of
your faucet.

Keep the product at least 10 inches away from magnetic materials. If not, the lter replacement
indicator may not operate properly.
Use an adapter which ts your faucet among 3 enclosed ones. If all of 3 enclosed
adapter does not t your faucet, purchase an extra appropriate one.

1. Place the main ltration system in a secure location where the tube
can reach.
2. If the tube is too long, x it with plastic strapping ties.
- Cut o the leftover tubing.
3. Insert each tube into the proper IN/OUT slots located on the lower
part of the main ltration system.
4. Insert the proper locking clip on each tubing (refer to p. 3).
Water will ow out once all the air has been removed. Initially, the water will contain carbon
powder from the lter. Make sure to continue draining the water for at least 25 minutes
before using it.
Use the product after lter ushing. Refer to the ‘How to ush lter before use’ at p. 10.
- IN/OUT indications are marked at the bottom
of the product (IN : 3/8 inch, OUT : 1/4 inch).

Failure to insert the tubing thoroughly into the connector may result water leakage.
Diagram shown is for reference purposes only. Read installation and operation manual prior
to installing the unit.
Keep the product at least 10 inches away from magnetic materials. If not, the lter
replacement indicator may not operate properly.
If hole is required to be drilled in pipe, to protect yourself from serious injury or fatal shock,
use a battery powered hand drill only to make the hole. Do not use an electric drill.

1. Faucet installation
a) Place some masking tape over the area to be drilled to prevent scratches if drill bit slips.
b) Mark hole with center punch. Use a small drill bit for a rst hole, then use a suitable drill bit
(Drill a diameter about 1/2˝ (12.5 mm) hole).

2. Mounting the faucet
Assemble the faucet, faucet ttings, and the 1/4˝
tubing(blue) through the hole in the order shown in
the diagram.
3. Installing the water supply tting
a) First, turn o cold water supply line. Then, open the faucets to drain water from the sink cold
water pipe.
b) Tape the water supply tting with the teon tape and connect to the cold water pipe.

The water supply tting must be connected to the cold water line.
Assemble the parts in the correct order.
Failure to do so can cause a water leakage.
Use the appropriate tools to fasten the locking
and compression nuts securely. They are based

4. Installing the tubing
a) Cut the 3/8˝ tubing (orange) to an appropriate length.
b) Connect one end of the prepared 3/8˝ tubing (orange) to the water inlet.
c) Cut the 1/4˝ tubing (blue) to an appropriate length.
d) Connect the 1/4˝ tubing to the faucet and the product.
e) Insert the proper locking clip on each IN/OUT slots (refer to p. 3).
5. Open the water supply tting switch to supply main
water.
6. Turn on the faucet’s switch to drain the air and water
from the lter.
Refer to p. 11 for ushing.
Tips
Install a regulator valve (3/8˝) where the water pressure is not over 120 psi. If not, product
damage or water leakage may occur.
Connecting the wrong end of the tubing can lead to parts being damaged.
Water will ow out once all the air has been removed.
Initially, the water will contain carbon powder from
the lter. Make sure to continue draining the water for
at least 25 minutes before using it.

1. Ensure that all connection are tight.
2. Turn on the faucet and pull the diverter valve pin to start the ow of
water through the unit. Dispense the water for 25 minutes to drain
16.5 gallons of water and carbon particles.
3. After dispensing for 25 minutes, press the ‘PUSH’ button on the
bottom of the product for 5 seconds to purge all air from the unit.
Repeat this air purgation 3 times.
4. Place the product in place and check all connections to conrm
that there are no leaks.
5. Before using the product, detach and
remove the aerator (screen) from lter
water spout.
Clean it under running water then
attach back to the diverter again.
PUSH
Do not overtighten.
Place the product on towel.
Hold the bottom of the product when turn it over.
Invert the bottom when
cleaning it.
Remove the towel after ushing.
Use a stick to press the PUSH button when it is hard to push.
It might be hard to press the button when the main water
pressure is high.
If you press the PUSH button without 25-minute-flushing, the
lter performance may be degraded or leakage may occur.

1. The diverter valve controls the ow of
water according to the position of the

– Unltered tap water extraction
2. Turn the cold water and pull out the diverter valve pin to start the
ow of water through the unit.
3. The pin is reverted automatically when the faucet is o.
Also, the dispensing of water stops.

How to ush lter before use (Faucet type)
It will take a short time for water to saturate the lter and water ow from
the diverter. Flush the lter for 25 minutes [approximately 16.5 U.S. gallons
(62.5 liters)] to remove air pockets and carbon particles.

bottom of the product for 5 seconds to purge all air from the unit.
4. Place the product in place and check all connections to conrm
that there are no leaks.
1. Put the extraction pipe in the desired position and place the cup
under the extraction faucet to collect the water.
2. If you want to extract the required amount of water, turn the faucet
lever to the left.
To extract water continuously, turn the faucet lever to the left.
To stop extraction, turn the faucet lever to the right.
Repeat this air purgation 3 times.
Filter performance may be degraded, if you do not press
the ‘PUSH’ button.
Use a stick to press the PUSH button when it is hard to
push. It might be hard to press the button when the
main water pressure is high.

FILTER REPLACEMENT
Filter replacement cycle
If the filter is not regularly replaced, it may degrade the water quality from the product. The filter
replacement cycle depending on the main water quality can be shortened rater than the expected
replacement cycle.
∗ Install high turbidity water filter if your local area’s water turbidity is high.
- The period for the filter replacement is based on 10 L usage in a day (4 persons based).

Filter replacement method
1. Replace the both lters when the indicator reaches 1,000 gallons at the blue zone.
a) Turn o the faucet and check whether the pin is reverted (Diverter valve type).
a’) Turn o the faucet (Faucet type).
b) Remove the top cover by pulling it out in upward direction.
c) Remove the lter handle by pulling it out in upward direction.
d) Fix the handle on each lter cap and turn counter-clockwise to remove them.
e) Check the upper and lower sides of lter. Then replace the lter elements.
f) Close each lter cap and tighten with handle by turning clockwise direction.
g) Insert the handle to lock the lter caps.
- Put the handle in place after use.
h) Place the top cover onto base.
Close the main water supply.
Grab the product with one hand, then remove the lter cap with the other hand.
The water ows out when opening the lter cap. So place the product on towel.
Do not wipe out grease on the product. If the grease remains on your hands after installation
or lter replacement, wash your hands with soap and water.

※Mount the new filter
To reset the lter replacement indicator
Press the reset button on the indicator using a sharp object such as a
pen. Check whether the filter replacement indicator has been reset.
Use the product after lter ushing (Refer to p. 10).
Remove foreign materials and water inside the product before lter
replacement.
Use a stick type of cleaning equipments to remove foreign materials inside
the lter case.
When replacing the lter, foreign substances may be inside the housing.
Wash out them with neutral detergent and soft brush or cloth before lter
replacement.

Check whether the
stopper and hand tool are
in right place. If not, the
leakage may occur.

Make sure to close the each lter cap rmly. Otherwise, it may cause the
malfunction of product.

• Did you push the tubing all the way
into the connectors? Tubing needs to be pushed completely onto
the connectors. Tighten the nuts as well.
• Did you tighten the nuts rmly?
• Check whether the connections at
faucet and/or adapter are loose.
Tighten all connections between faucet and
diverter.
• Are you using old faucet?
Turn o the main water valve, then check the
leakage. Change the faucet when leakage
occurs.
• Check whether the internal seal is
damaged.
Contact customer support to order new
diverter valve.
No water comes out of
the product.
• Check whether the lter is clogged.
• Is main water’s turbidity too high?
Install high turbidity water lter onto the
product. Purchase it at local stores.
Water ows
simultaneously from

Flush the lter for 5 minutes. If the water
still smells or tastes bad, Contact customer
support.
Water is not clear. • Check whether the lter is damaged. Replace the lter. Contact customer support
for further information.
The water ltration device may operate abnormally due to minor causes not because of the
product malfunction but because of the fact that the user is not familiar with the product
use. In such a case, problems can be solved easily even without the help from the customer
support by checking the following items. If you cannot solve the problem after checking the
following items, please call the customer support.
