COZY LEGS Instructions Part # CL-R
MOUNTING: Cozy Legs can be mounted in two ways, depending on what is most
convenient.
Free-Standing: If you will be using Cozy Legs free-standing in any area, simply turn the
movable base of the stands perpendicular to the U-shaped bracket holding the panel. Then,
move each stand a bit further apart from the other for better stability. If you wish to
tighten the screw, use a Phillips-head screwdriver.
Flush-mounted: If you will be mounting Cozy Legs to a wall or to the modesty panel of your
desk, then use the included interlocking style adhesive strips as follows: Simply remove and
discard the two stands (by gently pulling them off of the Cozy Legs panel (the panel has
been pre-inserted into the two stands for easy shipping). Using the alcohol wipes, clean surfaces of both Cozy Legs and desk panel
where adhesive locking pads will be affixed. (Note: all locking loops are the same — not male/female) Remove adhesive backing from
two pads and stick them on the Cozy Legs (½” from the top edge of Cozy Legs with the long side of the pads parallel with the top edge.)
Without removing the adhesive backing from the two pads that will mount to the desk panel, press them to the two pads already
mounted on the Cozy Legs. Remove the adhesive backing and firmly secure assembly to desk panel.
CAUTION: Mount vertically. Do not use directly on floor or in horizontal position.
CLEANING: Unplug unit and wipe with a damp cloth.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES FOR COZY LEGS
HI-LO SWITCH AND POWER CONNECTION Plug Cozy Legs into the HI-LO
switch “piggy-back” plug and then plug the assembly into a 120 VAC
outlet. The HI position yields 150 watts output. The LO position yields
75 watts output. The center position turns the product OFF. Peel the
backing from the adhesive pad on the back of the HI-LO switch and
mount it in a convenient location. Part #HI-LO.
IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE USE
This appliance has a polarized plug. To reduce risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
WARRANTY (ALL MODELS): This product is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the shipping date. At the option of
Cozy Products, we will either replace or repair the defective unit.
WARNING (ALL MODELS): Take care to determine prior to use whether this device is suitable, adequate or safe for the use intended. Since individual applications are
subject to great variation, the manufacturer makes no representation or warranty as to suitability or fitness of these devices for any specific application. While product
includes an over temperature regulator, misuse may cause failure, damaging the product, mounting surface or work area. Use in a dry area; avoid exposure to moisture.
Mount free from materials that hinder the transfer of heat. Do not drape or cover product with any material. Always allow heat to escape. Protect from puncture. Turn
off when not in use. Use caution as you would with any hot product, especially if you have any issues with loss of feeling in the areas affected by the heat.

MONTAGE : Cozy Legs peut être monté de deux façons, selon ce qui convient le mieux.
Si vous montez Cozy Legs à un mur ou au cache-jambes de votre bureau, alors utilisez les bandes
adhésives inclus. Enlevez et jetez simplement les deux socles en les retirant doucement du
panneau Cozy Legs (le panneau a été pré inséré dans les deux socles pour faciliter l'expédition).
Si vous comptez l'utiliser dans tout autre endroit, tournez les bases mobiles des socles pour
qu'elles soient perpendiculaires aux supports en forme de U qui retiennent le panneau. Puis,
éloignez chaque socle l'un de l'autre pour une meilleure stabilité. Si vous voulez serrer la vis,
utilisez un tournevis Phillips.
PRUDENCE : Monter verticalement. Ne pas utiliser directement sur le plancher ou en position horizontale.
NETTOYAGE : Débranchez l'unité et essuyez avec un linge humide.
SÉCURITÉ : Le COZY LEGS est évalué par ETL selon la norme UL 499 & CSA C.22.2 pour zéro dégagement (détails ci-
dessous).
Vous devriez quand même prendre certaines précautions lorsque vous vous servez de tout appareil de chauffage de tout type.
Éteindre lorsque non utilisé.
Éteindre lorsque l'espace est inoccupé.
IMPORTANT : LIRE AVANT D'UTILISER
Cet appareil a une fiche polarisée. Afin de réduire le risque de choc électrique, cette fiche ne s'insère dans une prise polarisée que d'une
seule façon. Si la fiche ne s'insère pas complètement dans la prise, inversez la fiche. Si la fiche ne s'adapte toujours pas à la prise, faites
appel à un électricien qualifié. Ne modifiez pas la fiche d'aucune façon.
Branchez toujours l'appareil directement dans une prise murale. Comme avec tous les appareils de chauffage, évitez d'utiliser des
rallonges.
GARANTIE (TOUS LES MODÈLES) : Ce produit est garanti contre toutes défectuosités dans le matériel et la main d'oeuvre pour une
période de six mois à partir de la date d'expédition. À la discrétion de Cozy Products, nous remplacerons ou réparerons l'unité
défectueuse.

sécuritaire pour l'usage prévu. Puisque les applications peuvent varier considérablement les unes des autres, le fabricant ne fait aucune
déclaration ni n'accorde aucune garantie quant à l'adéquation de ces appareils à une application donnée. Bien que ce produit inclut un
régulateur de surchauffe et est certifié zéro dégagement, une mauvaise utilisation peut causer une panne, peut endommager le produit,
la surface de montage ou la zone de travail. Utilisez dans un endroit sec; évitez l'exposition à l'humidité. Montez sans matériaux qui
entravent le transfert de chaleur. N'enveloppez ni ne couvrez le produit avec aucun matériel. Laissez toujours l'air s'échapper. Protégez
contre les perforations. Éteignez lorsque non utilisé. Soyez prudent comme avec tout produit chauffant, spécialement si vous avez des
problèmes avec une perte de sensation dans les endroits affectés par la chaleur.
