Always ollow basic sa ety precautions when using electrical products, especially when

WARNING: TO AVOID THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE
PRODUCT IS UNPLUGGED FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET BEFORE RELOCATING,
SERVICING, OR CLEANING IT.
CAUTION: TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK, MATCH WIDE BLADE OF PLUG TO WIDE
OUTLET SLOT AND FULLY INSERT.

1. This product is intended or indoor, non-commercial, household use or temporarily
heating residential rooms. Do not use the product or any other purpose.
2. Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the product
rom the electrical outlet when it is not in use.
3. Keep the product out o the reach o children and pets. This product is not intended
or use by children.
4. Place the product on a lat, steady, stable, heat-resistant sur ace.
5. This product has hot parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or
lammable liquids are used or stored, as there may be a risk o ire or explosion.
6. Use the product in a well-ventilated area. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid
burns, do not let bare skin touch a hot sur ace. Use handle when moving this heater.
Keep combustible materials, such as urniture, pillows, bedding, paper, clothes, and
curtains at least 3 eet (0.9 meters) rom all sides o the heater.
7. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended
by the manu acturer may cause ire, electric shock, or personal injury.
8. Do not insert or allow oreign objects to enter any opening on the heater as this may
cause an electric shock, ire, or product damage.
9. Do not use this product to dry or heat clothing, shoes, pipes, or any other item.
10. This heater is not intended or use in damp/wet locations.
11. Never locate heater where it may all into a bathtub or other water container.
12. Do not move the product when it is heated. Allow the product to thoroughly cool
be ore handling it.
13. Plug the product into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
14. Do not allow the Power Cord to hang (e.g., over the edge o a table or counter) or
place/run the Power Cord under rugs, carpeting, or in high-tra ic areas where it may
be tripped over or pulled.
15. To disconnect the product, turn the controls to the o position, then remove the plug
rom the electrical outlet. Never pull on the Power Cord when disconnecting rom
power outlet.
16. Do not put any stress on the Power Cord where it connects to the product, as the
Power Cord could ray and break.
17. Do not plug or unplug the product rom the electrical outlet with wet hands.
18. Keep the Power Cord and product away rom heated sur aces.
19. Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, a ter the heater
mal unctions, or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the product
to a service acility or examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.
To prevent a possible ire, do not block heat in any manner. In order to avoid
overheating, do not cover the heater. Never cover the top or bottom heat vents.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Read and understand all instructions. Failure to ollow all instructions
listed below may result in electric shock, ire or serious personal injury. The warnings,
cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible
conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the user that
common sense and caution are a actor which cannot be built into this product, but must
be supplied by the user.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
•To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high-
wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
•Avoid the use o an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and
cause a risk o ire.
SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS!
CAUTION: A short Power Supply Cord is provided to reduce the risk o personal
injury resulting rom becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Extension
cords are available rom local hardware stores and may be used i care is exercised in
their use. I an extension cord is required, special care and caution is necessary. Also
the extension cord must be (1) marked with an electrical rating o 125 V and at least 13
A., 1625 W., and (2) the cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or accidently tripped over.
ELECTRIC POWER
I the electric circuit is overloaded by other appliances, your heater and/or appliances
may not operate properly. The heater should be operated on a separate electrical circuit
rom other operating appliances.
POLARIZED PLUG
This heater has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
As a sa ety eature to reduce the risk o electrical shock, this plug is
intended to it in a polarized outlet only one way. I the plug does
not it ully in the outlet, reverse the plug. I it still does not it,
contact a quali ied electrician. Do not attempt to de eat this sa ety
eature.
SAFETY WARNING
Although this appliance is easy to operate, or your sa ety, the below warnings must be
ollowed:
1. Do not place the appliance near a heat source.
2. Never leave the appliance unattended while connected to the electrical outlet.
3. To avoid any accidental burns, never place hand on top vent or side when the
appliance is in operation.
4. Use the appliance on a stable sur ace away rom water.
5. Do not unplug rom the socket by pulling on the supply cord.
6. The appliance must be unplugged:

OPERATION
AND USE
NOTE: It is normal or the heater to emit some odor when it is turned on
or the irst time or a ter having not been used or a long period o time.
This will disappear when the heater has been on a short while.

2. Plug the Power Cord into a
standard 120 VAC electrical

3. Turn the Heat Select Knob to
either the low heat or the
high heat position.
4. Allow the heater to warm up
until the room temperature
reaches your desired com ort
level.
5. The Indicator Light shows
that the heater is plugged
into a power source.
CAUTION: DO NOT touch grill cover while hot!
SAFETY PROTECTION SYSTEMS
This unit has protection sa eguards that shut o the unit when
components become excessively hot or i it tips over.
TIP OVER SWITCH
This heater has a built-in sa ety eature to automatically turn o the
device when it is tipped over. I the device alls over this unction serves
as protection against a dangerous situation.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The heater has an internal, over-heating sa ety device which
automatically switches the heater o i an over-heat situation is detected.
I this should occur, unplug the appliance and wait until the unit cools o .
Once the unit has ully cooled, you can switch it on again.

MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
Alway be ure that the heater i witched OFF, unplugged and
completely cooled before cleaning or attempting to tore the item.
Do not immer e heater in water or allow water to drip into the
interior of the heater, a thi could create an electric hock
hazard.
CARE AND CLEANING
Allow the product to completely cool be ore handling, cleaning or storing.
1. Ensure the Heat Selector Knob is in the o position and the Power
Cord is unplugged rom the electrical outlet be ore cleaning the
product.
2. Clean the outside o the heater by wiping with a damp cloth and
bu with a dry cloth.
3. DO NOT use any detergents or abrasives and do not allow any
water to enter the heater.
4. Clean the ilter by removing the back net cover and then the ilter.
Rinse the ilter in warm water and allow it to dry. Once completely
dry, reinstall the ilter and replace the back net cover.
5. The an motor has been lubricated at the actory and requires no
additional lubrication or the li e o the product.
Plea e Note: Regardless o the type o heating system setup, always
install and maintain at least one smoke detector in good working
condition on each loor o your home. Periodically check and/or replace
the battery in your smoke detector with a resh battery.
STORING
Allow the appliance to cool completely be ore storing. Store the appliance
in a dry location. Do not place any heavy items on top o appliance
during storage as this may result in possible damage o appliance. Store
the cord in a clean, dry location away rom metal objects. Always check
the plug be ore use to assure metal items have not become attached.
