W hen operated continuously,, the air hose getshot, especially
near the colnpressor. Ifyou 111aintaincontact by grasping you
lnay suffer minor burns or discomfort.
Ontank mounted units, the plumbing between the pump and
tank gets hot.
Itis normal forthe motor andpressure switch to spark. Aspark
can ignite flammable vapors from gasoline or solvents,
causing a fire or explosion.
Compressed air can propel dust, dirt or looseparticles it comes
in contact with. These propelled particles may cause serious
injury or damage.
Too much air pressure applied to air tools oraccessories can
cause damage or risk of bursting.
Never touch the air compressor head during or immediately
afteroperation.
Ontank m°unted units' av°id pr°l°nged c°ntact withthe pump
to tank plumbing.
The air compressor must only be used in well ventilated
areas free of gasoline or solvent vapors.
Do not operate the compressor while you are carrying it,or in
the spray area.
Never point any nozzle orsprayer toward a person or any part

Always wear safety goggles or glasses when using the air
compressor.
Always turn the air compressor off before attaching or
removing accessories.
Check the manufacturer's pressure rating for air tools and
accessories. Regulator outlet pressure must never exceed the
maximum pressure rating.

Your air compressor ispowered by electricity. Like any other
electrically powered device, if it is not used properly it may
cause electrical shock.
It is normal for compressed air to contain toxic or irritating
vapors. Such vapors are harmful if inhaled.
Certain materials you are spraying (like paint, weed killer, sand
or insecticide) can be harmful if you inhale them.
The solvents 1,1,1 -Trichloroethane and Methylene Chloride
can chemically react with aluminum used inpaint spray guns,
paint pumps, etc., and cause an explosion. These solvents can
also react with galvanized components and cause corrosion
and weakening of parts. This does not affect ),our air
compressor - but it may affect the equipment being used.
Always unplug the air compressor prior to maintenance or
repair.
Never use the air compressor in the rain.
Alway splug the cord into anelectrical outlet with the specified
voltage and adequate fuse protection.
Never directly inhale the compressed air produced bythis unit.
Read labels and safety data for all materials you spray. Follow
all safety precautions.
Read and follow the safety instructions provided on the label
or safety data sheet for the material you are spraying. Use a
respirator mask ifthere is a chance of inhaling anything you
arespraying. Read all instructions.., be sure thatthe respirator
mask is suitable for your application.
Read the label or data sheet supplied with the material you
intend to spray. If it contains the solvents listed do not use
accessories that contain aluminum or galvanized parts. You
must either change the material you intend to spray, oruse only
stainless steel spray equipment.

GLOSSARY
SCFM or CFM: Standard Cubic Feet per Minute; a unit of
measurement of air delivery.
PSIG or PSI: Pounds per square inch gauge.
U.L. Listed: Products that are listed by Underwriters Labora-
tories, Inc. (UL) have been evaluated byUL and meet applicable
UL Standards of Safety.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR
COMPACT COMPRESSORS
Congratulations! You have purchased a one cylinder, compact,
permanently lubricated compressor. The absence of a tank and
the ultra light weight gives you added mobility as well as ease
in storage, while it allows you to utilize many air tools, includ-
ing inflators, blow guns, spray guns, air brushes, caulking guns
and etchers. Permanently lubricated (oilless) design means you
never have to add oil which also guarantees that you will spray
entirely oilfree air.
A 1/4" x 15' air hose with integral pressure adjusting valve is
supplied with your compressor, as well as an air chuck. Acces-
sories for use with your new compressor are available through
the current Sears Power and Hand Tools Catalog or at full line
Sears stores. Your compressor will operate many accessories.
Check the pressure and flow rating recommended by the acces-
sory manufacturer. Make sure it is compatible with the air
delivery of your compressor.
GENERAL iNFORMATiON FOR
COMPACT COMPRESSORS THAT INCLUDE
AN ACCUMULATOR TANK
The compressor outfit you have chosen is unique in that it
combines the portability of a compact with many of the capa-
bilities of a much larger tank outfit. With your new compressor
outfit you can operate many of the power tools that until now
required a much larger and more costly compressor outfit,
without sacrificing portability or operating features normally
found only on compact compressors. The pump is a state-of-the-
art, lightweight, permanently lubricated design powered by a
motor. The permanent lube design means younever have to add
oil which also guarantees that you will spray entirely oilfree air.
A 1/4" x 15' air hose with integral pressure adjusting valve is
supplied with your compressor, aswell as an air chuck. Acces-
sories for use with your new compressor are available through

DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION
Air Compressor Pump: To compress air, the piston moves up
and down in the cylinder. On the downstroke, air is drawn in
through the air intake muffler (valves). The exhaust valve
remains closed. Onthe upstroke ofthepiston, air is compressed.
The intake valves close and compressed air is forced out
through the exhaust valve and then through the air hose.
Adjustable Pressure Valve: The pressure valve controls the
amountof pressure going fromthe aircompressorto the acces-
sory. The pressure adjusting valve c9i2,,be used to set approxi-
matepressurebetween 10and 125P.S.I.(125 P.S.I. isthe highest
pressure this compressor will deliver).
Accumulator Tank (not included on some models): Your
accumulator tank is equipped with a relief (pop-off) valve to
prevent an over pressure condition in the tank. This 2 gallon
tank is not designed to store air, but rather to provide the
additional volume of compressed air necessary to operate a
wide variety of air tools. When starting your compressor, attach
the tool to the hose, set the pressure adjusting valve at the
required pressure, wait a few moments until the tank fills with
air. You will know the tank is filled when you hear air bleeding
through the pressure adjusting valve. Depending on the type
and size of tool being used, you will occasionally need to wait
for the tank to refill before continuing. When you are finsihed
or changing tools, turn the compressor switch off and set the
pressure adjusting valve to 10 PSI and wait for the tank to
discharge completely.

Grasp the handle and lift the air compressor out of the carton. Remove the styrofoam and/or cardboard and discard.

INSTALLATION AND BREAK-IN PROCEDURES
Location of the Air Compressor
Your compressor comes to you completely assembled and
ready for use. Operate the air compressor in a dry, clean, cool
and well ventilated area. The air compressor pump and case are
designed to allow for proper cooling. Clean or blow off dust 2.
or dirt that collects onthe air compressor. A clean air compres-
sor runs cooler and provides longer service. The ventilation
openings on your air compressor are necessary to maintain
proper operating temperature. Do not place rags or other 3.
containers on or near these openings.
Extension Cords
Use extra air hose instead of an extension cord to avoid voltage
drop and power loss to the motor.
If an extension cord must be used, be sure it is:
o a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-blade grounding plug,
and a 3-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the
compressor
° in good condition
• no longer than 50 feet
• 14 gauge (AWG) or larger. (Wire size increases as gauge
number decreases.) 12 AWG, 10 AWG and 8 AWG may
also be used. DO NOT USE 16 OR 18 AWG.
Grounding Instructions

IMPROPER GROUNDING CAN RESULT IN ELEC-
TRICAL SHOCK. IN THE EVENT OF A SHORT
CIRCUIT, GROUNDING REDUCES THE RISK
OF SHOCK BY PROVIDING AN ESCAPE WIRE
FOR THE ELECTRIC CURRENT. THIS AIR
COMPRESSOR MUST BE PROPERLY
GROUNDED. READ THE FOLLOWING:
The air compressor is designed for 120 volt operation only
and is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with
an appropriate grounding plug. The plug must be used
with an outlet that has been installed and grounded in
accordance with all local codes and ordinances
(see Figure below). The outlet must have the same
configuraiton as the plug. DO NOT USE AN ADAPTER.
Do not modify the plug that has been provided. If it does
not fit the available outlet, the correct outlet should be
installed by a qualified electrician.
Inspect the plug and cord before each use. Do not use if
there are signs of damage.
RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK. IF REPAIRING
OR REPLACING CORD OR PLUG, THE
GROUNDING WIRE MUST BE KEPT SEPA-
RATEFROMTHECURRENT-CARRYINGWIRES.
NEVER CONNECT THE GROUNDING WIRE TO
A FLAT BLADE PLUG TERMINAL. (THE
GROUNDING WIRE HAS INSULATION WITH
AN OUTER SURFACE THAT IS GREEN - WITH
OR WITHOUT YELLOW STRIPES.)
If these grounding instructions are not completely understood,
or ifin doubt as to whether the compressor is properly grounded,
have the installation checked by a qualified electrician.

Air Hose
The air hose attached to your comporessor has an integral
pressure adjusting valve at the working end of the hose. Should
service or replacement be required, make sure that the pressure
adjusting valve is present in the air hose line.
DO NOT REPLACE THE HOSE WITH STAN-
DARD HOSE THAT IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH
THE PRESSURE ADJUSTING VALVE. THE
APPROPRIATE HOSE ASSEMBLY FOR YOUR
COMPRESSOR IS AVAILABLE AT SEARS.
Do not allow hose to become kinked or
pinched at any time. This is important to
avoid damage to your compressor and to
maintain pressure adjusting valve control.

Before plugging in the air compressor, set the adjustable
pressure valve to "10" PSI. Make sure the "ON/OFF" switch
is in the "OFF" position.
Connect the air tool or accessory to the air hose. Tighten
securely.
Plug the power cord into the grounded outlet.
Start the compressor by setting the "ON/OFF" switch to the
"ON" position.
5, Check the manufacturer's maximum pressure rating for the
air tool, accessory or vehicle tire being used. The air
compressor outlet pressure must never exceed the maxi-
mum pressure rating.
.Slowly increase the pressure setting of the adjustable
pressure valve. You should be able to hear and feel air
pressure being relieved by the adjustable pressure valve. If
pressure is not being relieved, turn the air compressor off
immediately. The pressure valve must be replaced.
TOO MUCH AIR PRESSURE COULD CAUSE AN
AIR TOOL OR VEHICLE TIRE TO RUPTURE OR
EXPLODE. CAREFULLY FOLLOW STEPS 5
AND 6 EACH TIME YOU USE YOUR COMPRES-
SOR.
Compressed air from the outfit may contain
water condensation. Do not sprayunfiltered air
at an item that could be damaged. Some air
operated tools or devices may require filtered
air. Read the instructions for the air tool or
device,
STORAGE
When you have finished ushtg the air compressor:
1o Set the "ON/OFF" switch to "OFF" and unplug the cord.
2. Relieve all pressure from the air compressor head and air
hose by turning the adjustable pressure valve to 10 P.S.I.
3. Protect the electrical cord and air hose from damage by
winding them loosely around the air compressor.
4. Store the air compressor in aclean and dry location.

ACCESSORIES
Your new compressor can operate many air operated tools and accessories, Below are some examples of equipment available
and a brief description of what can be done with your compact compressor and this equipment:
INFLATION EQUIPMENT: Using an air chuck, you can
inflate tires by setting the adjustable pressure valve at the
pressure marked on the tire. By using an adapter available in
an inflator kit, you can inflate air mattresses, rafts, toys, bicycle
tires, pools, balls and much more.
SPRAY GUNS: There are severaltypes of spray guns available
forusewith your compact compressor. You canpainttoys, lawn
furniture, fences and do a variety of other small painting jobs.
Where you might have used a spray can of paint before, a spray
gun will give you more control, less mess, less waste and a better
finish.
BLOW GUN: Another handy item is the blow gun. It can be
used to blow dust and dirt from many types of equipment. For
example, your air conditioner, vents on your car, refrigerator,
your furnace and filters, work benches, table saws and clogged
fuel lines. (All electrical equipment must be unplugged before
cleaning.)
AIR BRUSHES: There are also several air brushes available
for use with your compressor. With these you can pinstripe,
outline, do stenciling, detailing on t-shirts, decoys, ceramics,
print banners and signs and many other types of detailed
painting. Artists and hobbyists can find many uses for air
brushes.
CAULKING GUN: This is a handy tool for many common
household jobs. The caulking gun is excellent for caulking and
glazing aroundwindows, bathtubs, window casements and wall
tile. It is also a handy tool for applying adhesives, such as for
dry wall application.
POWER WASHER: The power washer works well for your
many outside cleaning jobs. It will reach high places and help
clean your home and siding as well as clean your driveway and
car. It can degrease car engines and tools. By adding foliage
spray, you can spray your bushes and plants for insects.
ETCHER/CLEANER: Used with your compact compressor
you can decoratively etch wood or glass with the etcher/cleaner.
It can also be used to remove paint or rust from small engines
and/or rnetal tools.
DRAIN CLEANER: This item can be used to clean most
household drains. Itkeeps your hands out ofthe mess and comes
with a splashback shield to protect you.
POWERTOOLS (CompactswithAccumulator Tanlcs): Your
outfit is ideally suited for use with any power tool designed to
be operated in short bursts (i.e., impact wrenches, nailers/
staplers, drills, nut drivers, etc.). This capability, combined with
the portability of your outfit, make itideal for many automotive
and home improvement projects.
OTHER ACCESSORIES: There are a variety of accessories
available to make using your compressor much easier. Quick
disconnects are available for ease of changing accessories.
Several types of air filters and regulators can be purchased to
make your cmnpressor more efficient.
These are just a few of the many uses and types of equipment you can use. There are other tools and accessories available that
can be considered for use with this compressor, Check the specifications on all tools and equipment before purchasing and using.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
VOLTAGE SOURCES, MOVING PARTS OR COMPRESSED AIR SOURCES ARE EXPOSED WHEN
REPAIRING THE COMPRESSOR. PERSONAL INJURY CAN OCCUR. UNPLUG THE COMPRESSOR
BEFOREATTEMPTING ANY REPAIRS.

Si se aplica presidn excesiva alas herramientas o accesorios
neumfiticos se les puede dafiar o correr el riesgo de que
revienten.
Nunca tocar el cabezal del compresor de aire durante o
inmediatamente despuds de operar.
En las unidades montadas en el tanque, evitar el contacto
prolongado con la tuber[a entre la bombay el tanque.
Siempre operar elcompresor de aire en fireasbien ventiladas,
libres de gasolina o vapores de otros solventes.
No operar el compresor mientras lo estAcargando o en el
fireade pulverizacidn.
Nunca apuntar la boquilla ni rociador hacia una persona ni a
cualquier parte del cuerpo.
Siempre usar gafas o anteojos de seguridad cuando use un
compresor de aire.
Siempre apagar el compresor antes de instalarle o quitarle
accesorios.
Verificar la capacidad de presi6n indicada por el fabricante
de las herramientas o accesorios. Los
reguladores de salida de presidn nunca deben exceder la
capacidad mfixima.

E1 compresor de aire es accionado mediante electricidad.
Como cualquier otro dispositivo el6ctrico, si no se usa
adecuadamente puede causar choque el6ctrico.
Es normal que un compresor de aire contenga vapores
t6xicos o irritantes. Esos vapores son dafiinos si se inhalan.
Ciertos productos que usted aplique con el compresor de
aire (como pintura, herbicidas, arena o insecticida) pueden
ser dafiinos si los inhala.
Los solventes 1, 1, 1 - Tetracloroetanos y Cloruro de
Metileno pueden reaccionar qufmicamente con el aluminio
de las pistolas de pintar, bombas de pintura etc., y puede
causar una explosi6n. Estos solventes tambi6n pueden
reaccionar con los componentes galvanizados y pueden
corroer y debilitar las partes, l_sto no afecta al compresor
de aire, pero puede afectar el equipo que se usa.
Siempre desconectar el compresor de aire antes de hacerle
mantenimiento o reparaciones.
Nunca usar el compresor de aire en el exterior cuando est6
lloviendo.
Siempre enchufar el cord6n en un tomacorriente con el
voltaje especificado yprotecci6n adecuada con
fusible.
Nunca inhalar directamente el aire producido por esta
unidad.
Leer las etiquetas y datos de seguridad de los productos
que se van a rociar. Acatar todas las
precauciones de seguridad.
Leer y seguir las instrucciones de seguridad provistas en la
etiqueta u hoja de seguridad del material que se va a
pulverizar. Usar una mfiscara si es que existe laposibilidad
de inhalar cualquier cosa que se est6 pulverizando. Leer
todas las instrucciones...asegurarse que la mfiscara sea la
apropiada para la aplicaci6n.
Leer laetiqueta u hoja de seguridad provista con el material
que intenta pulverizar. En caso de contener los solventes
indicados, no usar accesorios que tengan piezas de aluminio
o galvanizadas. Se debe cambiar de material a pulverizar,
o usar equipo de pulverizaci6n de aeero inoxidable.

SOBRE COMPRESORES COMPACTOS
iFelicitaciones! Usted ha comprado un compresor compacto
de un s61o cilindro de lubricaci6n permanente. La falta de un
tanque y el peso ultra liviano le brinda mayor movilidad, as_
como facilidad de almacenaje, a lavez que lepermite usar varias
herramientas neumiticas, incluyendo infladores, pistolas
sopladoras, pistolas pulverizadoras, pistolas limpiadoras,
pistolas aplicadoras de masilla y canteadores. Lubricacidn
permanente (sin aceite) significa que nunca hay que agregar
aceite lo cual tambidn garantiza que el aire rociado estarfi
completamente libre de aceite.
Con el compresor de aire se provee una manguera neumitica de
1/4" x 15' con una vilvula integral de regulacidn de presi6n asi
como un mandril neumitico. Accesorios para su nuevo
compresor estfin disponibles mediante el catilogo actual de
ventas de Sears o en tiendas Sears de linea completa. E1
compresor operari varios accesorios. Verificar la presi6n y
flujo de aire recomendados por el fabricante de los accesorios.

SOBRE COMPRESORES COMPACTOS
QUE INCLUYEN TANQUE DE ACUMULACION
El unidad compresora que ha escogido es finicaporque combina
la portabilidad de un compresor compacto con muchas de las
opciones de una unidad mayor con tanque. Con el nuevo
compresor, se pueden operar muchas de las herramientas
neumiticas que hasta ahora requedan deuna unidad compresora
mils grande y mils costosa, sin sacrificar la portabilidad o las
caracteristicas de operacidn que normalmente s61o se
encuentran en compresores compactos. La bomba es de un
disefio liviano, de lubricacidn permanente, de alta tecnologia,
propulsada por un motor de 3/4 HP. E1 disefio de lubricacidn
permanente significa que nunca hay que agregar aceite 1ocual
tambi6n garantiza que el aire rociado estari completamente libre
de aceite.

DESCRIPCION DE LA OPERACION
Bomba del Compresor de Aire: Para comprimir aire, el pist6n
se mueve de arriba a abajo en el cilindro. En la carrera hacia
abajo, el aire ingresa por las vfilvulas de admisi6n. La v_lvula
de satida permanece cerrada. Cuando el pist6n corre hacia
arriba, el aire se comprime. Las v_lvulas de admisi6n se cierran
y el aire comprimido es forzado a Salir por la vfilvula de salida y
pot la manguera neumfitica.
V_ilvula de Presi6n Regulable: La vfilvula de presi6n controla
la presi6n que va del compresor de aire al accesorio. La vfilvula
de regulaci6n de presi6n puede usarse para aproximadamente
fijar la presi6n entre 10y125 PSI. (125 PSI es la mils alta presi6n
que este compresor suministrarfi).
Tanque de Acumulaci6n (no se incluye en algunos modelos):
Su tanque estfi equipado con una v_ilvula de alivio (que salta)
para evitar una condici6n de sobrepresi6n en el tanque. Este
tanque de 2 galones no ha sido disefiado para almacenar aire,
sino para proveer de un volumen adicional de aire comprimido
necesario para operar una amplia variedad de herramientas
neumfiticas. A1 arrancar el compresor, fijar la herramienta a la
manguera, fijar la vfilvula de regulaci6n de presi6n a la presi6n
requerida, esperar un momento a que el tanque se llene de aire.
Usted sabrfi que el tanque estfi lleno cuando escuche el aire
escapar de la vidvula de regulaci6n de presi6n. Dependiendo
del tipo y tamafio de la herramienta que se usa, ocasionalmente
tendril que esperar que el tanque se vuelva a llenar antes de
continuar. A1 terminar o cambiar de herramienta, apagar el
compresor de aire y fijar la vfilvula de regulaci6n de presidn a 10
PSI y esperar a que el tanque se descargue por completo.

Agarrar el asa y sacar el compresor de aire de lacaja. Quitar la espuma y/o cart6n y descartar.

Ubicaci6n del Compresor de Aire
Su compresor de aire viene completamente ensamblado y listo
para usar. Operar el compresor de aire enun firea limpia, seca y
bien ventilada. La bomba y el casco del compresor de aire
estfin disefiados para permitir un enfriamiento apropiado.
Limpiar o soplar la tierra y el polvo que se acumula en el
compresor de aire. Un compresor de aire limpio funciona a mils
bajas temperaturas ytiene una vida _til milslarga. Las aberturas
de ventilacidn en el compresor de aire son necesarias para
mantener una temperatura de operacidn apropiada. No colocar
alfombras u otros contenedores encima o cerca de esta
aberturas.
Cordones de Extensi6n
Paraevitar la caida de voltaje, pdrdida de potencia del motor,
usar una manguera mils larga en vez de corddn de extensidn.
Si se hace necesario usar un cord6n de extensi6n:
Utilizar sdlo cordones de extensi6n de 3alambres, enchufe
con espiga para conexidn a tierra, y un tomacorriente que
acepte el enchufe del compresor
que est_ en buenas condiciones
que no tenga mis de 50 pies de largo
CaLibre 14 (AWG) omils grueso. (El grosor del cable es
mayor cuanto menor sea su nfimero.) Tambidn pueden
usarse cordones de calibre 12 AWG, 10 AWG y 8 AWG.
NO USAR CORDONES DE CALIBRE 16NI 18 AWG.
Instrucciones Para Conectar a Tierra
LA CONEXION INADECUADA A TIERRA
PUEDE RESULTAR EN CHOQUE ELECTRICO.
EN CASO DE CORTOCIRCUITO, LA
CONEXION A TIERRA REDUCE ELRIESGO DE
CHOQUE ELI_CTRICO FACILITANDO EL
ESCAPE DE LA CORRIENTE. ESTE
COMPRESOR DE AIRE DEBE CONECTARSE
A TIERRA APROPIADAMENTE. LEER LO
SlGUIENTE:
E1compresor de aire esti disefiado para operar finicamente
con 120 voltios y esti equipado con un cord6n provisto
de un alambre de conexi6n a tierra con un enchufe
apropiado para conexi6n a tierra. E1 enchufe debe
conectarse en un tomacorriente que haya sido instalado y

conectado a tierra de acuerdo con todos los c6digos y
ordenanzas locales (ver Figura siguiente). E1tomacorriente
debe tener la misma configuracidn que el enchufe. NO
USAR ADAPTADORES.
No modificar el enchufe provisto. Si no encaja en el
tomacorriente, un electricista calificado debe instalar un
tomacorriente adecuado.
Inspeccionar el cord6n y el enchufe antes de usarlo. No
usarlo si muestra sefias de estar dafiado.
RIESGO DE CHOQUE ELECTRICO. SI SE VA

Si no se entienden completamente estas instrucciones, o si se
tienen dudas en cuanto a que el compresor estd conectado a
tierra apropiadamente, hacer revisar la instalacidn por un
electricista calificado.

Manguera Neum_tica
La manguera neumfitica provista con el compresor tiene
integrada una vfilvula de regulacidn de presidn en el extremo
que usa para trabajar. En caso que requiera mantenimiento o
remplazo, asegurarse que la vfilvula de regulacidn de presi6n
est_ presente en la linea de la manguera neum_itica.
Nunca permitir que la manguera se quiebre o
doble, Esto es importante para evitarle dafios
al compresor y mantener el control de lavdlvula
de regulaci6n de presi6n,
NO REEMPLAZAR LA MANGUERA POR UNA

Antes de conectar el compresor, fijar la vfilvula de regulacidn
de presidn en "10 PSI". Asegurarse que la palanquita"ON/
OFF" (prendido/apagado) est_ en la posicidn de "OFF".
Conectar la herramienta o accesorio a la manguera
neum_tica. Ajustar con fuerza.
Conectar el enchufe altomacorriente con conexidn a tierra.
Arrancar el compresor poniendo la palanquita de "ON/
OFF" en la posici6n de "ON".
5, Verificar las especificaciones mfiximas de presi6n para la
herramienta neumfitica, accesorio o neumfitico de vehiculo
que se estd usando. La salida del compresor de aire nunca
debe exceder la presi6n mfixima especificada.
.Incrementar lentamente la presi6n en ta vfilvula de
regulacidn. Se debe poder oir y sentir el aire escapando de
la vfilvula de regulacidn de presidn. Si la presidn no se
estuviese alivianado, apagar de inmediato el compresor de
aire. La vfilvula de presidn debe reemplazarse.
EL EXCESO DE PRESION DE AIRE PUEDE
HACER QUE UNA HERRAMIENTA NEUMATICA
O NEUMATICO SE ROMPA O REVIENTE.
SEGUIR CUIDADOSAMENTE LOS PASOS 5 Y
6 CADA VEZ QUE SE USE EL COMPRESOR.
El aire comprimido proveniente del equipo
puede tener condensaci6n de agua. No rociar
en materiales que puedan dafiarse con aire sin
filtrar. Algunas herramientas y dispositivos
neumdticos pueden requerir aire filtrado. Leer
las instrucciones del dispositivo o herramienta
neumdfica.
ALMACENAJE
A1 terminar de usar el compresor de aire:
Mover la palanquita de "ON/OFF" a la posici6n de "OFF"
y desconectar el cord6n.
Aliviar la presidn del cabezal del compresor de aire y de la
manguera neumfitica girando la v_ilvula de regulacidn de
presi6n a 10 PSI.
3. Proteger el corddn el_ctrico y manguera neumfitica de
dafios, enrollarlos alrededor del compresor deaire en forma
suelta.
4. Guardar el compresor de aire en un lugar seco y limpio.
