UNDERNEATH BASE SHOWN
HOW TO ASSEMBLE DOLLY:
1. Remove, unwrap and layout all the parts from the box.
2. Assemble Items “A” & “B” (per Figure 1):
a. Remove two (2) screws as noted.
b. Slide “B” in between the two plates on Item “A”.
c. Line up the holes and screw together with the two screws
removed in step “a”.
(Put these two items aside after assembly.)
3. Assemble the casters to Item “C” (the green post):
a. Insert caster stem into the tube on Item “C”.
b. Screw together using the (8) M6 hex washer head
thread forming screws.
4. Assemble Item “D” to Item “E” (per Figure 2):
a. Pull apart the braces Item “E” to form an “X”.
b. Take Item “D” base and turn it over to show the underneath.
c. Place the braces on the gussets on the bottom of the base.
d. Line up the hole to the plug nut in each corner and screw
together using the (4) phillips head screws & lockwashers provided.

How to assemble dolly (cont.):
5. Assemble Item “C” with casters to Item “D”:
Note: Casters with brakes must be mounted on the same side.
a. Pull the corner of the base to the edge of your working table.
b. Hold Item “C” post with the casters up.
c. Place the post into the corner lining up the (4) holes.
d. Screw the post to the base using the M4 hex head screws,
lockwashers and hex nuts.
6. Assemble Item “F” to Item “D”(using the four holes in a diamond shape):
a. Find the four threaded holes on Item “F”, divider assy.
(This is the bottom; the Cres-Cor label faces up).
b. Place the side with the holes on top of the base.
c. Screw together with the (4) winged thumb screws provided
from the bottom underneath the base.
7. Slide the two adapters (Items “A” & “B” from step 2) and the two
gray plastic angles Item “G” down into the four center channels in the dolly
(see Figure 3).
Note: The two adapters are adjustable to fit to your plate size. Refer to FL-0585
On “How to” adjust the adapters.
