6. Li the Halo with the Li just enough to add a small amount of tension between the cabinets and
the Halo.
7. Kneel down and remove the quick release pins separating the Bottom VR112 cabinet from the

8. With the bottom cabinet unpinned from the cart, now the three units can be lied out of the cart
and the cart rolled out of the way.
Procedure for Placing a Stack of VR112 Cabinets
onto the VR Cart
NOTE: All cabinets being loaded onto the VR Cart must be set to 0 degrees angle between cabinets.
1. While lowering the array of VR112 cabinets, roll the VR Cart into position underneath the array
with the proper orientation of the brackets to hold the cabinet correctly. Remove the quick release pins
from the Front Cabinet Hang Strap Slots and the Pivot Bar Hole of the bottom cabinet. en, continue
to slowly lower the array and maneuvering the cart so that the bottom of the VR112 cabinet engages the
brackets on the cart, but not quite sitting on the cart’s base. e cabinet should be about 1” or slightly
more above the cart base. See g. 21

2. Line up the hole on the Le Strap Stacking Bracket with the hole on the Le Front Cabinet Hang
Strap Slot. You might have to maneuver the cart to accomplish this. at includes slightly liing it. Once
the holes line up, insert the quick release pin into the hang strap hole of the ear thru the hole in the Strap
Stacking Bracket. Repeat for the right side of the cabinet and cart. See Fig. 22 and 22a

3. Line up the Pivot bar hole on the Angle Slider Bracket on the back of the bottom cabinet to the
bushing hole on the Rear Pivot Bar Bracket on the cart. You might have to maneuver the cart to accom-
plish this. at includes slightly liing it. Once the holes line up, insert the quick release pin into the Pivot
Bar Hole thru the bushing on the Rear Pivot Bar Bracket on the cart. See Fig. 23

16
4. If there is only 3 cabinets on the array on which these 3 cabinets are from, disconnect them from the
VR Halo. If they are from an array of 4 or more cabinets, disconnect them from the fourth cabinet in the
array. Li the VR Halo or the remaining cabinets up and away from the loaded cart. e 3 cabinet stack is
now ready to move around using the cart.
Cautions:
We recommend to stack only three cabinets to a Cart. While a taller stack would seem to be
accommodated, if more than three cabinets are stacked onto a Cart, then it could become
unstable and tip over.
When parking the VR Cart temporarily, or during transport in a truck, lock the front cast-
ers.
When transporting the VR Cart, in addition to locking the front casters, the handle slots
can be used for tie-down straps as needed.
