Depressurize the system,slowly unscrewing the 4 caps

Proceed with replacement of damaged transducer

TO RECOGNIZED THE DAMAGED TRANSDUCER FOLLOW THE ALARM LIST
TO MAKE RESET FOLLOW THE RELATING CHAPTER

Put the arm at 0° (horizontal)
Remove the cover and find the sensor inside
Remove the sensor without dropping screw or tools inside the arm
WARNING:MAKE THE MAINTENANCE WITH THE ENGINE AND PTO OFF
INSTALL THE NEW SENSOR IN THE SAME POSITION OF PREVIOUS
TO MAKE THE RESET FOLLOW THE RELATIN CHAPTER

EN1 –EN2
Remove the two screws on the turret but don’t remove
The two screws on the encoder to avoid having to restore the pre-charge
Screws to remove
After tightening the screws the encoder will again be in the correct position,this system
was created to eliminate mechanical coupling problems between encoder and ball
bearing
WARNING:MAKE THE MAINTENANCE WITH
ENGINE AND PTO OFF
TO MAKE THE RESET FOLLOW THE RELATING CHAPTER

ACTUATOR
OPEN THE ELECTRIC BOX ON THE BASKET,DISCONNECT THE ACTUATOR
AND REMOVE THE SCREWS ON THE BASKET SUPPORT TO REMOVE
THE ACTUATOR
AFTER THE CHANGE ADJUST THE POTENTIOMETER(CORRECT
VALUE:MIDDLE OF THE ELECTRIC RANGE.
BE CAREFUL NOT TO MISS THE CALIBRATION DURING RELOCATION
MAKE THE RESET
TO MAKE THE RESET FOLLOW THE RELATIN CHAPTER

Are the microswitch for the min.stability

Are the microswitch e stabilizer on ground position
1ADJUST THE MIN. STABILITY MICROSWITCH AFTER REPLACING:
INCORRECT ADJUSTING MAY CAUSE MALFUNCTION OR BREAK
2 THE MICROSWITCH FOR THE STABILIZER IN GROUN POSITION ARE NOT PRESSED
WHEN THE STABILIZER TOUCH THE GROUND
3 THE MICROSWITCH FOR THE REST POSITION OF STABILIZER ARE PRESSED WHEN THE
STABILIZER IS CUT OFF FROM THE GROUND

After performing the reset are fundamental importance that they are saved for not to lose
at engine shut-off or pto disconnection.
Do not have to reset all the sensors in case of replacement of a single sensor
1 reset single sensor
2 save parameters
And wait untill the end of saving ,don’t shut-off engine or pto
-reboot the system-
After replacement of a single or more sensor
Is necessary testing the areas of work
