CTEK GRID CENTRAL - CGC500™
The CTEK GRID CENTRAL 500 - CGC500™ is the high capacity version of CTEK’s grid central for
NanoGrid™ load balancing and monitoring of electrical vehicle charging networks. The CGC500™
can monitor and manage up to 500 charging station EV connectors. It can monitor other loads at the
installation site for load balancing of the entire power network. CGC500™ comes in three different
versions depending on the chosen current sensor:
• CGC500™ for 100 A and a maximum conductor diameter of 15.7 mm (Part no. 40-382)
Supplied with split core current transformers with cable length of 1.8 m.
• CGC500™ for 400 A and a maximum conductor diameter of 36 mm (Part no. 40-383)
Supplied with split core current transformers with cable length of 1.5 m.
• CGC500™ for 4000 A and a maximum conductor diameter of 179 mm (Part no. 40-384).
Supplied with Rogowski coils with cable length of 2 m.
The CGC500™ communicates with the charging stations using a LAN connection.
Overview
CGC500™ consists of the following components:
One enclosure with keys and with the following components mounted inside:
• Energy meter
• Current transformers or Rogowski coils (depending on the current rating)
• Industrial PC
• Power supply 24 V
• Fuse 10A
• Terminal blocks for 230VAC
• Triangular key for door
All the components are mounted on a DIN rail.

Installation
Safety
• Only an accredited electrician is allowed to perform the installation described in this document.
• Read and obey the instructions in this document before installation and operation of the product.
• Installation must fulfil local safety regulations and ensure the IP classification if the box is modified.
• Make sure that the cables in the CGC500™ are not loose due to vibrations during transport. If any
cables are loose, reconnect the wires and tighten the screws.
• Use safety shoes during installation.

Other necessary equipment
The following parts are also needed to install the entire grid controlling network. These are purchased sep-
arately.
• CHARGESTORM CONNECTED® (or other CTEK charging stations compatible with the CGC500™)
• Ethernet switch
• Ethernet cables
• Screw joints for cable feeds
• Screws for wall mounting
General information before installation
To install the network cables
CGC500™ and every charging station must be connected to the same switch using Ethernet cables. For
instance, if there are eight charging stations in the installation, nine Ethernet cables will be required. If Inter-
net access is required, the switch must be connected to the appropriate access point.
Note: The Ethernet cables must not be longer than approx. 90 m. If longer cables are needed, repeaters
must be used to strengthen the signal. The Ethernet cables must be Cat5 or Cat6 cables with an RJ45
connector at each end.

To monitor other loads in the load balancing network
1. When other loads in the premises need to be monitored by the load monitor, the current transformer
cables must be installed from the energy meter in the CGC500™ to the relevant metering point.
2. Install one current transformer per phase, i.e. three current transformers: L1, L2 and L3. Below is an
example of connection in a 3-phase system.
Note: Current is measured via the current transformers. Make sure that the current transformer is installed
in the correct direction, so the value is not inverted. The current and voltage must be measured on the same
phase. A neutral conductor must be available.
To check before installation
1. Plan the installation regarding all subsystems; charging stations, the CGC500™, Ethernet switch, cur-
rent transformers and cables.
2. Make sure that the placement o all equipment is suitable for normal operations and maintenance.
3. Make sure that the wall is suitable for mounting the enclosure of the CGC500™. CGC500™ should be
installed close to the measurement point (incoming feeder cables or next to the main fuse). Also make
sure that the wall can support the weight of the enclosure with components. The weight is approx. 9
kg.
4. If Internet access is via 3G/4G, make sure that there is adequate coverage at the relevant location
for the equipment. Do not install an antenna inside the CGC500™ enclosure as this may block the
reception.
To install the EV charging station
1. Connect the Ethernet and power cables to the EV Charging stations. All Ethernet cables must be con-
nected to the same local area network, LAN.
2. Connect the power phases to the EV charging stations. Note the phase rotation. This must be known
when the load balance is configured in the software configuration.
To configure the EV charging station
Configure each individual EV charging station from the built in Web GUI accessed via the mini USB interface
to activate NanoGrid™. Refer to “CCU NanoGrid Configuration Manual, Pd_CM_004”.
Verify that the each EV charging station’s firmware version is R3.6.1 or higher. Remember to reboot after
changing the configuration.
To install the CGC500™
1. Locate the mounting holes and mount the enclosure with suitable screws for the wall.
2. Insert the incoming cables (electrical, Ethernet and transformer cables) into the enclosure at the top
or at the bottom. Separate communication cables and power cables from each other.

To verify the installation
When the CGC500™ is configured and enabled enter: Nanogrid - > Grid UI in the WebUI.
1. Verify that all active charging stations are connected to the CGC500™ with a green mark in the “On-
line” column.
2. Connect an electric vehicle to a charging station. Verify that the electric vehicle gets allocated current
and that “State” is updated to “ActiveCharging”.

CTEK warranty statement
Limited warranty
CTEK issues a limited warranty to the original pur-
chaser of the product. Depending on the product,
the limited warranty period will vary. The limited
warranty is not transferable. The warranty applies
to manufacturing faults and material defects. The
warranty is void if the product has been handled
carelessly or repaired by anyone other than CTEK or
its authorized representatives. CTEK makes no war-
ranty other than this limited warranty and is not lia-
ble for any other costs other than those mentioned
above, i.e. no consequential damages. Moreover,
CTEK is not obligated to any other warranty other
than this warranty.
Circumstances that will void the
limited warranty
If the seal of the product is broken, purposely dam-
aged, or in any way modified or altered; including
cables, electronics, mechanics or other parts of the
product; products that have been repaired by any-
one other than CTEK or its authorized representa-
tives; products that have been subject to the use
of supplies and accessories other than those ap-
proved in writing or supplied by CTEK; improper use
or non-compliance with installation, commissioning,
operation or maintenance instructions (i.e. not ac-
cording to the operation and installation manual);
unauthorized modifications, changes or attempted
repairs; vandalism, destruction through external in-
fluence and/or persons/animals; failure to observe
applicable safety standards and regulations; faults
caused by fire, water, snow, moisture, or other liquids
except as specified for normal use; products where
the serial number is defaced, altered or removed;
any utilization of a product that is inconsistent with
either the design of the product or the way CTEK in-
tended the product to be used; any installation and/
or modifications that prevent normal service of the
product; normal wear and tear and cosmetic dam-
age such as, but not limited to, corrosion, scratch-
es, dents, rust, stains, non-functional parts such
as, but not limited to, plastics and finishes; damage,
fault, failure and/or imperfection caused by abuse,
tampering, illegal use, negligence, prolonged use or
operation; or faults in any other way caused by the
customer/retailer/user.
Additional information
CTEK makes no other warranty than as set out here-
in and CTEK shall in no event be liable for any indirect
or consequential damages. The faulty product shall
be returned with the receipt to the retailer/place of
purchase together with a fault description. Goods
returned to CTEK will be at CTEK’s discretion and
only valid with an approved Return Material Authori-
sation (RMA) Reference Number issued by CTEK
to the purchaser. Products sent directly to CTEK
without an RMA will be returned to the sender at the
sender’s cost. The warranty period for a product is
stated in the applicable product user manual sup-
plied with the product. The warranty is only valid if
the warranty period has not expired. If the warranty
claim of a faulty product is not approved by CTEK,
the product will be returned only if the sender ex-
plicitly so requests. The customer/retailer/place of
purchase will pay the freight. Faulty products will be
repaired, or replaced with an exchangeable product,
and returned at CTEK’s cost. If the warranty period
has expired, the product will be returned without
further investigation at the cost of the customer/
retailer/place of purchase. Faulty products will be
scrapped by CTEK if deemed not repairable. CTEK re-
serves the right to vary, modify or change the terms
and conditions herein due to change(s) in availability
of services, products and/or spare parts, or for the
purpose of complying with applicable policies, rules,
regulations and law, without notice.
National usage restrictions
Some countries, states or provinces have other
electrical codes and standards than stated in this
manual. The installation and usage of the product
shall follow local regulations. The product is intend-
ed for use by general public. The product is intended
for locations with both restricted access and non-re-
stricted access.

CTEK GRID CENTRAL – CGC500™
Das CTEK GRID CENTRAL 500 – CGC500™ ist die Hochleistungsversion von CTEK’s Grid Central für
den Lastausgleich und das Überwachen von Ladenetzwerken mit NanoGrid™ für Elektrofahrzeuge. Das
CGC500™ kontrolliert und verwaltet bis zu 500 Ladestationsanschlüsse. Um den Lastausgleich für das
gesamte Stromnetzwerk zu ermöglichen, können am Standort auch andere Lasten überwacht werden.
Das CGC500™ ist in drei Versionen erhältlich, die sich in der Größe des Stromsensors unterscheiden:
• CGC500™ für 100 A und einen maximalen Leiterdurchmesser von 15,7 mm (Teilenummer 40-382)
Ausgestattet mit Kabelumbauwandlern mit einer Kabellänge von 1,8 m

Übersicht

Installationsverfahren
Sicherheit
• Die im vorliegenden Dokument beschriebenen Installationsarbeiten dürfen nur von zugelassenen
Elektrotechnikern durchgeführt werden.
• Vor dem Installieren und Betreiben des Produkts die Anweisungen des vorliegenden Dokuments lesen
und befolgen.
• Die Installation muss den anwendbaren Sicherheitsbestimmungen entsprechen. Es muss sicher-
gestellt sein, dass Modifikationen der Box der IP-Schutzklasse entsprechen.
• Sicherstellen, dass die Kabel im CGC500™ nicht durch Vibration beim Transport gelöst wurden.
Gelöste Kabel wieder anschließen und die Schrauben anziehen.
• Während des Installierens Sicherheitsschuhe tragen.
Werkzeuge
Für das Installieren empfohlene Werkzeuge:
• Schraubendreher
• Abisolierzange
• Wasserwaage
• Bohrmaschine
• LAN-Kabel
Weitere erforderliche Ausrüstung
Für die komplette Netzsteuerung sind zudem folgende separat erhältliche Elemente erforderlich:
• CHARGESTORM CONNECTED® (oder eine andere mit dem CGC500™ kompatible Ladestation von CTEK)
• LAN-Switch
• LAN-Kabel
• Schraubverbindungen für Kabeleinführungen
• Schrauben für die Wandmontage
Vor dem Installieren zu beachtende Informationen
Installieren der Netzwerkkabel
CGC500™ und alle Ladestationen müssen über Ethernet-Kabel mit demselben Switch verbunden sein. So
werden beispielsweise für eine Installation mit acht Ladestationen neun Ethernet-Kabel benötigt. Wenn
ein Internetzugang erforderlich ist, muss der Switch mit dem entsprechenden Zugangspunkt verbunden
werden.
Hinweis: Die LAN-Kabel dürfen nicht länger als etwa 90 m sein. Bei größeren Strecken müssen zwischen den
einzelnen Kabeln Repeater zur Signalverstärkung verwendet werden. Die LAN-Kabel müssen dem Standard
Cat5 oder Cat6 entsprechen und an beiden Enden mit einem Anschluss des Typs RJ-45 versehen sein.

Überwachen anderer Lasten im Lastausgleichsnetzwerk
1. Wenn am Standort andere Lasten vom Lastüberwachungssystem überwacht werden sollen, müssen
Transformatorkabel zwischen dem Energiezähler im CGC500™ und den entsprechenden Zählpunkten
installiert werden.
2. Einen Stromwandler pro Phase installieren, also drei Stromwandler: L1, L2 und L3. Nachfolgend ist ein
Beispiel einer Verbindung in einem Dreiphasensystem dargestellt.
Hinweis: Der Strom wird nur über die Stromwandler gemessen. Sicherstellen, dass der Stromwandler in
der geforderten Richtung installiert ist. Andernfalls wird der Wert invertiert. Der Strom und die Spannung
müssen phasengleich gemessen werden. Es muss ein Neutralleiter gegeben sein.

Vor dem Installieren zu überprüfende Punkte
1. Im Installationsplan müssen alle Untersysteme berücksichtigt sein: Ladestationen, CGC500™,
LAN-Switch, Stromwandler und Kabel.
2. Sicherstellen, dass Lage und Ausrichtung aller Systemelemente dem Normalbetrieb und der Wartung
angemessen sind.
3. Sicherstellen, dass die Wand für das Anbringen des Gehäuses des CGC500™ geeignet ist. Das
CGC500™ muss in der Nähe des Zählpunktes (Eingangskabel oder neben der Hauptsicherung)
installiert werden. Weiterhin sicherstellen, dass die Wand das Gewicht von Gehäuse und Inhalt
aufnehmen kann. Das Gewicht beträgt etwa 9 kg.
4. Bei Internetzugang über 3G/4G sicherstellen, dass die Mobilfunkabdeckung des Ausrüstungsstandorts
angemessenist.DieAntennenicht im Gehäuse des CGC500™ installieren. Dies kann den Empfang unterbinden.
Installieren der Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge
1. Die LAN-Kabel und die Stromkabel an die Ladestationen anschließen. Alle LAN-Kabel müssen an
dasselbe lokale Netzwerk (LAN) angeschlossen werden.
2. Die Leistungsphasen an die Ladestationen anschließen. Die Phasendrehung vermerken. Diese muss
für das Konfigurieren des Lastausgleichs in der Software bekannt sein.
Konfigurieren der Ladestation
Um NanoGrid™ zu aktivieren, über die Schnittstelle des Typs Mini-USB auf die integrierte Web-GUI zugreifen
und die einzelnen Ladestationen konfigurieren. Siehe dazu das Konfigurationshandbuch CCU NanoGrid,
Pd_CM_004.
Sicherstellen, dass die Firmware jeder Ladestation mindestens in der Version R3.6.1 vorliegt. Nach
Bearbeiten der Konfiguration das System neu starten.
Installieren des CGC500™
1. Das Gehäuse mittels der Befestigungslöcher und geeigneten Schrauben an der Wand anbringen.
2. Die Eingangskabel (Strom, LAN und Transformator) von unten oder oben in das Gehäuse einführen.
Die Kabel für Kommunikation und die Kabel für Strom getrennt verlegen.

Überprüfen der Installation
Nach Konfigurieren und Aktivieren des CGC500™ in der Web-GUI folgenden Pfad aufrufen: Nanogrid ->
Grid UI
1. Sicherstellen, dass in der Spalte Online alle aktiven an das CGC500™ angeschlossenen Ladestationen
grün gekennzeichnet sind.
2. Ein Elektrofahrzeug an eine der Ladestationen anschließen. Sicherstellen, dass dem Elektrofahrzeug
Strom zugewiesen wird und dass der Status auf ActiveCharging aktualisiert wird.
Gewährleistungserklärung
von CTEK
Eingeschränkte Garantie
CTEKbietet dem ursprünglichen Käufer des Produkts
eine eingeschränkte Garantie. Der Garantiezeitraum
richtet sich nach dem Produkt. Die eingeschränkte
Garantie ist nicht übertragbar. Diese Garantie
deckt Verarbeitungs- und Materialfehler ab. Diese
Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt unsachgemäß
gehandhabt wurde oder wenn Reparaturen nicht
von CTEK oder einem bevollmächtigten Vertreter
vorgenommen wurden. CTEK bietet keine Garantie
außerhalb dieser eingeschränkten Garantie und
ist nicht verantwortlich für andere als die oben
genannten Kosten, das heißt insbesondere nicht für
auftretende Folgeschäden. Darüber hinaus ist CTEK
zu keinen weiteren Garantieleistungen als den in der
Garantieerklärung aufgeführten verpflichtet.
Produktsachverhalte, die zum
Erlöschen der eingeschränkten
Garantie führen
Produkte mit gebrochenem Siegel. Vorsätzlich
beschädigteoderinbeliebigerWeisemodifizierteoder
veränderte Produkte (einschließlich Verkabelung,
Elektronik, Mechanik und weiterer Produktbauteile).
Von anderen Instanzen als von CTEK selbst oder
seinen Bevollmächtigten reparierte Produkte.
Mit nicht von CTEK schriftlich genehmigten
oder von CTEK zur Verfügung gestellten
Zusatzgeräten oder Zubehör verwendete
Produkte. Entgegen den Anweisungen zu
Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb
verwendete Produkte (das heißt, nicht gemäß
der Betriebs- und Installationsanleitung).
Produkte, die modifiziert, verändert oder an
denen Reparaturversuche vorgenommen wurden.
Vandalismus, Zerstörung durch äußere Einflüsse
und/oder Personen/Tiere ausgesetzte Produkte.
Infolge der Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitshinweise
und Warnungen beschädigte Produkte. Durch
Feuer, Wasser, Schnee, Feuchtigkeit oder
andere Flüssigkeiten (ausgenommen die für
die gewöhnliche Verwendung zugelassenen)
beschädigte Produkte. Produkte mit unkenntlicher,
veränderter oder entfernter Seriennummer.
Entgegen der Produktkonstruktion von CTEK und
dem von CTEK vorgegebenen Verwendungszweck
verwendete Produkte. In Installationen und/
oder mit Modifikationen verwendete Produkte,
mit denen der Regelbetrieb des Produkts
verhindert wird. Produkte mit normalen
Abnutzungs- und Verschleißerscheinungen sowie
lediglich kosmetischen Schäden. Zu letzteren
zählen (in nicht erschöpfender Aufzählung)
Korrosion, Kratzer, Dellen, Rost, Verfärbungen
sowie (ebenfalls in nicht erschöpfender
Aufzählung) Schäden an Teilen ohne primäre
Betriebsfunktion wie Kunststoffe und Lackierungen.
Produkte mit Schäden, Defekten, Ausfall und
Mängeln, die durch Missbrauch, Manipulation,
illegale Verwendung, Fahrlässigkeit, übermäßige
Nutzung oder Betrieb verursacht wurden.
Produkte mit jedweden anderen Mängeln, die durch
Kunden/Händler/Benutzer verursacht wurden.

wurden, unterliegen dem Ermessen von CTEK und
sind nur zulässig, wenn CTEK dem Käufer eine
gültige RMA-Referenznummer (Return Material

RMA direkt an CTEK geschickt wurden, werden an
den Absender auf dessen Kosten zurückgeschickt.
Der Garantiezeitraum des jeweiligen Produkts kann
dem mitgelieferten Benutzerhandbuch entnommen
werden. Die Garantie kann nur in Anspruch
genommen werden, wenn der Garantiezeitraum
noch nicht abgelaufen ist. Wird dem
Garantieanspruch auf ein mangelhaftes Produkt
von CTEK nicht stattgegeben, so wird das Produkt

Erwerbsort wird die Frachtkosten übernehmen.
Mangelhafte Produkte werden repariert oder
durch entsprechende Austauschprodukte ersetzt
und auf Kosten von CTEK zurückgeschickt. Sollte
der Garantiezeitraum bereits abgelaufen sein, so
wird das Produkt ohne weitere Überprüfung und
auf Kosten des Kunden/Händlers/Erwerbsorts
zurückgeschickt. Mangelhafte Produkte werden
entsorgt, wenn CTEK das Produkt als nicht mehr
reparierbar einstuft. CTEK behält sich das Recht vor,
die hier genannten Geschäftsbedingungen jederzeit
zu ändern oder zu modifizieren, wenn sich die
Verfügbarkeit von Services oder Produkten und/oder
Ersatzteilen ändert oder wenn sich Gesetze, Regeln,

Εγκατάσταση
Ασφάλεια
• Η εγκατάσταση που περιγράφεται στο παρόν έγγραφο πρέπει να γίνεται μόνο από διαπιστευμένους
ηλεκτρολόγους.
• Διαβάστε και ακολουθήστε τις οδηγίες που περιλαμβάνονται στο παρόν έγγραφο πριν προχωρήσετε στην
εγκατάσταση και τη λειτουργία του προϊόντος.
• Η εγκατάσταση θα πρέπει να τηρεί τους τοπικούς κανονισμούς ασφάλειας και να διασφαλίζει την κατάταξη
IP, σε περίπτωση τροποποίησης του πλαισίου.
• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι τα καλώδια του CGC500™ δεν έχουν χαλαρώσει εξαιτίας των κραδασμών που υπέστησαν
κατά τη μεταφορά του προϊόντος. Αν έχουν χαλαρώσει τα καλώδια, συνδέστε τα ξανά και σφίξτε τις βίδες.
• Θα πρέπει να φοράτε παπούτσια ασφαλείας κατά την εγκατάσταση.

Για την εγκατάσταση ολόκληρου του δικτύου ελέγχου πλέγματος απαιτούνται επίσης τα παρακάτω εξαρτήματα.

Γενικές πληροφορίες πριν από την εγκατάσταση
Για να τοποθετήσετε τα καλώδια δικτύου
Το CGC500™ και κάθε σταθμός φόρτισης θα πρέπει να συνδέονται στον ίδιο διακόπτη μέσω καλωδίων Ether-
net. Για παράδειγμα, εάν υπάρχουν οκτώ σταθμοί φόρτισης στην εγκατάσταση, θα απαιτηθούν εννέα καλώδια
Ethernet. Εάν απαιτείται πρόσβαση στο Internet, ο διακόπτης θα πρέπει να συνδεθεί στο κατάλληλο σημείο
πρόσβασης.
Σημείωση: Τα καλώδια Ethernet δεν θα πρέπει να ξεπερνάνε περίπου τα 90 μέτρα σε μήκος. Αν χρειάζεστε
μεγαλύτερα καλώδια, θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιήσετε επαναλήπτες για να ενισχύσετε το σήμα. Τα καλώδια Ether-
net θα πρέπει να είναι καλώδια Cat5 ή Cat6 με σύνδεσμο RJ45 σε κάθε άκρο.
CTEK GRID CENTRAL - CGC500™
Το CTEK GRID CENTRAL 500 - CGC500™ είναι η εκδοχή υψηλής απόδοσης του CTEK grid central για τη
NanoGrid™ εξισορρόπηση φορτίου και παρακολούθηση δικτύων φόρτισης ηλεκτρικών οχημάτων. Το CGC500™
μπορεί να παρακολουθεί και να διαχειρίζεται έως 500 συνδέσμους EV σταθμών φόρτισης. Μπορεί επίσης να
παρακολουθεί και άλλα φορτία της τοποθεσίας εγκατάστασης στη λειτουργία εξισορρόπησης φορτίου ολόκληρου
του δικτύου ενέργειας. Το CGC500™ διατίθεται σε τρεις διαφορετικές εκδόσεις, ανάλογα με τον επιλεγμένο
αισθητήρα ρεύματος:
• CGC500™ για 100 A και μέγιστη διάμετρο αγωγού 15,7 mm (Αρ. εξαρτήματος 40-382).
Παρέχεται με μετασχηματιστές ρεύματος διαιρούμενου πυρήνα με μήκος καλωδίου 1,8 m
• CGC500™ για 400 A και μέγιστη διάμετρο αγωγού 36 mm (Αρ. εξαρτήματος 40-383)
Παρέχεται με μετασχηματιστές ρεύματος διαιρούμενου πυρήνα με μήκος καλωδίου 1,5 m
• CGC500™ για 4000 A και μέγιστη διάμετρο αγωγού 179 mm (Αρ. εξαρτήματος 40-384).
Παρέχεται με πηνία Rogowski με μήκος καλωδίου 2 m
Το CGC500™ επικοινωνεί με τους σταθμούς φόρτισης μέσω σύνδεσης LAN.
Επισκόπηση
Το CGC500™ αποτελείται από τα ακόλουθα εξαρτήματα:
Ένα περίβλημα με κλειδιά, με τα παρακάτω εξαρτήματα τοποθετημένα στο εσωτερικό του:
• Μετρητής ενέργειας
• Μετασχηματιστές ρεύματος ή πηνία Rogowski (ανάλογα με την ονομαστική τιμή της έντασης ρεύματος)
• Βιομηχανικός υπολογιστής
• Παροχή ρεύματος 24 V
• Ασφάλεια 10A
• Μπλοκ ακροδεκτών για 230 VAC
• Τριγωνικό κλειδί για τη θύρα
Όλα τα εξαρτήματα τοποθετούνται σε μια ράγα DIN.

Για να κάνετε τους απαιτούμενους ελέγχους πριν από την εγκατάσταση
1. Σχεδιάστε την εγκατάσταση σχετικά με όλα τα υποσυστήματα, τους σταθμούς φόρτισης, το CGC500™,
τον μεταγωγέα Ethernet, τους μετασχηματιστές ρεύματος και τα καλώδια.
2. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η τοποθέτηση όλου του εξοπλισμού είναι κατάλληλη για κανονική λειτουργία και συντήρηση.
3. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο τοίχος είναι κατάλληλος για τη στερέωση του περιβλήματος του CGC500™. Το CGC500™
πρέπει να τοποθετηθεί κοντά στο σημείο μέτρησης (εισερχόμενα καλώδια τροφοδοσίας ή δίπλα στην
κεντρική ασφάλεια). Βεβαιωθείτε επίσης ότι ο τοίχος μπορεί να στηρίξει το βάρος του περιβλήματος με τα
εξαρτήματα. Το βάρος είναι κατά προσέγγιση 9 κιλά.
4. Αν η σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο γίνεται μέσω δικτύου 3G/4G, βεβαιωθείτε ότι υπάρχει επαρκές σήμα στη
συγκεκριμένη τοποθεσία για τον εξοπλισμό. Μην εγκαταστήσετε κεραία στο εσωτερικό του περιβλήματος
CGC500™, καθώς μπορεί να αποκλείσει τη λήψη.
Για να τοποθετήσετε τον σταθμό φόρτισης EV
1. Συνδέστε τα καλώδια Ethernet και τροφοδοσίας στους Σταθμούς φόρτισης EV. Όλα τα καλώδια Ethernet
θα πρέπει να συνδεθούν στο ίδιο δίκτυο τοπικής περιοχής, LAN.
2. Συνδέστε τις φάσεις τροφοδοσίας στους σταθμούς φόρτισης EV. Λάβετε υπόψη την εναλλαγή φάσεων.
Αυτή θα πρέπει να είναι γνωστή κατά τη διαμόρφωση της εξισορρόπησης φορτίου στη ρύθμιση παραμέτρων
του λογισμικού.
Για να διαμορφώσετε τον σταθμό φόρτισης EV
Διαμορφώστε κάθε σταθμό φόρτισης EV ξεχωριστά μέσω του ενσωματωμένου Web GUI, στο οποίο έχετε
πρόσβαση από τη διασύνδεση mini USB, έτσι ώστε να ενεργοποιηθεί το NanoGrid™. Ανατρέξτε στο «Εγχειρίδιο
διαμόρφωσης CCU NanoGrid, Pd_CM_004».
Επιβεβαιώστε ότι η έκδοση του υλικολογισμικού κάθε σταθμού φόρτισης EV είναι η R3.6.1 ή νεότερη.
Μην ξεχάσετε να κάνετε επανεκκίνηση αφού αλλάξετε τις ρυθμίσεις διαμόρφωσης.
Για την εγκατάσταση του CGC500™
1. Εντοπίστε τις οπές τοποθέτησης και στερεώστε το περίβλημα με τις κατάλληλες βίδες για τον τοίχο.
2. Τοποθετήστε τα εισερχόμενα καλώδια (καλώδια ρεύματος, Ethernet και μετασχηματιστή) μέσα στο περίβλημα
στο πάνω ή στο κάτω μέρος. Διαχωρίστε τα καλώδια επικοινωνίας από τα καλώδια τροφοδοσίας.

Για την παρακολούθηση άλλων φορτίων στο δίκτυο εξισορρόπησης
φορτίου
1. Αν η συσκευή παρακολούθησης φορτίου θα πρέπει να παρακολουθεί και άλλα φορτία στις εγκαταστάσεις,
θα πρέπει να τοποθετήσετε καλώδια μετασχηματιστή ρεύματος μεταξύ του μετρητή ενέργειας του CGC500™
και του σχετικού σημείου μέτρησης.
2. Τοποθετήστε έναν μετασχηματιστή ρεύματος ανά φάση, δηλ. τρεις μετασχηματιστές ρεύματος: L1, L2 και
L3. Παρακάτω ακολουθεί ένα παράδειγμα σύνδεσης σε τριφασικό σύστημα.
Σημείωση: Η μέτρηση του ρεύματος γίνεται μέσω των μετασχηματιστών ρεύματος. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι το
μετασχηματιστής ρεύματος είναι τοποθετημένος στη σωστή κατεύθυνση, προκειμένου να μην αντιστρέφεται η
τιμή. Η μέτρηση του ρεύματος και της τάσης πρέπει να γίνεται στην ίδια φάση. Θα πρέπει να υπάρχει διαθέσιμος
ένας ουδέτερος αγωγός.

ελαττώματα υλικών. Η εγγύηση καθίσταται άκυρη, σε
περίπτωση πλημμελούς χειρισμού του προϊόντος ή
επισκευής αυτού από οποιονδήποτε τρίτο εκτός της
CTEK και των εξουσιοδοτημένων αντιπροσώπων
της. Η CTEK δεν παρέχει καμία άλλη εγγύηση πέραν
της παρούσας περιορισμένης εγγύησης και δεν φέρει
ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε άλλη δαπάνη πέραν αυτών
που αναφέρονται πιο πάνω, ήτοι των μη αποθετικών
ζημιών. Επιπλέον, η CTEK δεν φέρει ευθύνες βάσει

Συνθήκες που καθιστούν άκυρη την
περιορισμένη εγγύηση
Εάν η σφραγίδα του προϊόντος έχει ανοιχτεί, όπως
μεταξύ άλλων αν έχει καταστραφεί η στεγανοποίησή
του, αν έχει καταστραφεί σκόπιμα ή αν έχει
υποστεί οποιαδήποτε τροποποίηση ή μεταβολή,
συμπεριλαμβανομένων των καλωδίων, των
ηλεκτρονικών, των μηχανικών και των λοιπών
στοιχείων του. Προϊόντα που έχουν επισκευαστεί
από οποιονδήποτε τρίτο εκτός της CTEK και των
εξουσιοδοτημένων αντιπροσώπων της. Προϊόντα που
έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί με άλλα αναλώσιμα και αξεσουάρ
από αυτά που έχει εγκρίνει γραπτώς ή προμηθεύσει η
CTEK. Ακατάλληλη χρήση ή μη τήρηση των οδηγιών
εγκατάστασης, ρύθμισης, λειτουργίας και συντήρησης
(ήτοι μη τήρηση του εγχειριδίου λειτουργίας και
εγκατάστασης). Μη εξουσιοδοτημένες τροποποιήσεις,
αλλαγές ή προσπάθειες επισκευής. Βανδαλισμός,
καταστροφή από εξωτερικά αίτια ή/και τρίτα άτομα/
ζώα. Αδυναμία τήρησης των σχετικών προτύπων και
κανονισμών ασφαλείας. Βλάβες που οφείλονται σε
πυρκαγιά, χιόνι, υγρασία ή άλλα υγρά, πέραν αυτών
που προσδιορίζονται για τη συνήθη χρήση. Προϊόντα
από τα οποία έχει αφαιρεθεί ο σειριακός αριθμός
ή των οποίων ο σειριακός αριθμός έχει αλλοιωθεί.
Οποιαδήποτε χρήση του προϊόντος που δεν συνάδει
με τη σχεδίασή του ή την ενδεικνυόμενη χρήση που
προβλέπει η CTEK. Οποιαδήποτε εγκατάσταση ή/
και τροποποίηση που εμποδίζει τη σωστή συντήρηση
του προϊόντος. Φυσιολογική φθορά και κοσμητικές
φθορές όπως, ενδεικτικά, διάβρωση, γρατζουνιές,
βαθουλώματα, σκουριά, λεκέδες, μη λειτουργικά
εξαρτήματα όπως, ενδεικτικά, πλαστικά και φινιρίσματα.
Βλάβες, φθορές, προβλήματα ή/και ατέλειες που
οφείλονται σε κακή χρήση, παρεμβάσεις, παράνομη
χρήση, αμέλεια, παρατεταμένη χρήση ή λειτουργία.
Βλάβες που έχουν προκληθεί με οποιονδήποτε άλλον
τρόπο από τον πελάτη, τον πωλητή ή τον χρήστη.
Πρόσθετες πληροφορίες
Η CTEK δεν παρέχει καμία άλλη εγγύηση πέραν αυτής
που παρέχεται στο παρόν και δεν φέρει σε καμία
περίπτωση ευθύνη για έμμεσες ή αποθετικές ζημίες. Το
ελαττωματικό προϊόν πρέπει να επιστραφεί, μαζί με την
απόδειξη αγοράς του, στο κατάστημα πώλησης/σημείο
αγοράς μαζί με μια περιγραφή του προβλήματος. Τα
προϊόντα που επιστρέφονται στη CTEK θα υπόκεινται
στη διακριτική ευχέρειά της και η επιστροφή τους θα
θεωρείται έγκυρη μόνο εφόσον η CTEK έχει εκδώσει
εγκεκριμένο αριθμό εξουσιοδότησης επιστροφής
προϊόντος (RMA) προς τον αγοραστή. Τα προϊόντα
που αποστέλλονται απευθείας στη CTEK χωρίς RMA
θα επιστρέφονται στον αποστολέα με δικά του έξοδα.
Η διάρκεια ισχύος της εγγύησης ενός προϊόντος
αναφέρεται στο εγχειρίδιο χρήσης που συνοδεύει το
προϊόν. Η εγγύηση ισχύει μόνο εφόσον δεν έχει λήξει η
διάρκεια ισχύος της. Αν η CTEK δεν εγκρίνει το αίτημα
του πελάτη για κάλυψη ελαττωματικού προϊόντος από
την εγγύηση, το προϊόν θα επιστρέφεται μόνο εφόσον
το ζητήσει ρητά ο αποστολέας. Τα έξοδα αποστολής
θα επιβαρύνουν τον πελάτη, τον πωλητή ή το σημείο
αγοράς αντίστοιχα. Τα ελαττωματικά προϊόντα θα
επισκευάζονται ή θα αντικαθίστανται από αντίστοιχα
προϊόντα και θα επιστρέφονται με έξοδα της CTEK. Αν
έχει λήξει η περίοδος ισχύος της εγγύησης, το προϊόν
θα επιστρέφεται χωρίς περαιτέρω διερεύνηση και με
έξοδα του πελάτη, του καταστήματος πώλησης ή του
σημείου αγοράς αντίστοιχα. Τα ελαττωματικά προϊόντα
θα καταστρέφονται από τη CTEK, εφόσον κριθεί ότι δεν
επιδέχονται επισκευής. Η CTEK διατηρεί το δικαίωμα
να τροποποιήσει, να μεταβάλει ή να αλλάξει τους όρους
και τις προϋποθέσεις που περιλαμβάνονται στο παρόν
λόγω μεταβολών στη διαθεσιμότητα των υπηρεσιών,
των προϊόντων ή/και των ανταλλακτικών, ή για λόγους
συμμόρφωσης με τις ισχύουσες πολιτικές και τους
ισχύοντες κανόνες, κανονισμούς και νόμους, χωρίς
προηγούμενη ειδοποίηση.

CTEK GRID CENTRAL - CGC500™
Le CTEK GRID CENTRAL 500 - CGC500™ est la version haute capacité du grid central de CTEK pour
l'équilibrage de charge et la surveillance NanoGrid™ destinées aux réseaux de charge des véhicules élec-
triques. Le CGC500™ peut surveiller et gérer jusqu'à 500connecteurs EV de stations de charge. Il peut
également surveiller d'autres recharges sur le site d'installation tout en maintenant une charge équilibrée
sur l'intégralité du réseau d'alimentation. Le CGC500™ est disponible en troisversions diérentes, selon
le capteur de tension sélectionné:
• Le CGC500™ pour 100A avec un diamètre de conducteur maximum de 15,7mm (Part no.40-382)
Fourni avec des transformateurs de courant à noyau fractionné avec une longueur de câble de 1,8 m
• Le CGC500™ pour 400A avec un diamètre de conducteur maximum de 36mm (Part no.40-383)
Fourni avec des transformateurs de courant à noyau fractionné avec une longueur de câble de 1,5 m

Pour surveiller d'autres charges au sein du réseau d'équilibrage de
charge
1. Lorsque le contrôleur de charge doit surveiller d'autres charges dans les locaux, les câbles du trans-
formateur de courant doivent être installés entre le compteur d'énergie du CGC500™ et le point de
mesure correspondant.
2. Installez un transformateur de courant par phase, soit trois transformateurs de courant: L1, L2 et L3.
Vous trouverez ci-dessous un exemple de raccordement dans un système triphasé.
Remarque: Le courant est mesuré par le biais de transformateurs de courant. Assurez-vous que le transfor-
mateur de courant est installé dans la bonne direction, afin que la valeur ne soit pas inversée. Le courant et
la tension doivent être mesurés sur la même phase. Un conducteur neutre doit être disponible.

• Seul un électricien agréé est autorisé à eectuer l'installation décrite dans ce document.
• Lisez et suivez les instructions de ce document avant d'installer et d'utiliser ce produit.
• L'installation doit être conforme aux règles de sécurité locales et assurer la classification IP au cas où
le boîtier serait modifié.
• Veillez à ce que les câbles du CGC500™ ne soient pas débranchés à cause des vibrations dues au
transport. Si un câble est défait, rebranchez les fils et serrez les vis.
• Utilisez des chaussures de sécurité pendant l'installation.

Informations générales avant installation
Pour installer les câbles réseau
Le CGC500™ et chaque borne de charge doivent être connectés au même commutateur à l’aide de câbles
Ethernet. Par exemple, s’il y a huit bornes de charge dans l’installation, il faudra neuf câbles Ethernet. Si un
accès à Internet est nécessaire, le commutateur doit être connecté au point d’accès approprié.
Remarque : Les câbles Ethernet ne doivent pas dépasser une longueur d'environ 90m. Si l'installation
requiert des câbles plus longs, utilisez des répétiteurs pour renforcer le signal. Les câbles Ethernet doivent
être des câbles Cat5 ou Cat6 avec un connecteur RJ45 à chaque extrémité.

3. Redémarrez le contrôleur.
À vérifier avant l'installation
1. Planifiez l'installation en fonction de tous les sous-systèmes, à savoir : les bornes de charge, le
CGC500™, le commutateur Ethernet, les transformateurs de courant et les câbles.
2. Assurez-vous que tous les équipements soient placés de manière adaptée à un fonctionnement et
àun entretien normaux.
3. Assurez-vous que le mur soit adapté au montage du boîtier du CGC500™. Le CGC500™ doit être ins-
tallé à proximité du point de mesure (câbles d'alimentation entrants ou proximité avec le fusible prin-
cipal). Assurez-vous que le mur puisse supporter le poids du boîtier et de ses composants. Le poids
total est environ de 9kg.
4. Si l'accès à Internet se fait via la 3G/4G, assurez-vous que la couverture est susante à l'endroit
concerné pour l'équipement. N'installez pas d'antenne à l'intérieur du boîtier du CGC500™ car cela
peut bloquer la réception.
Pour installer la borne de charge EV
1. Branchez les câbles Ethernet et d'alimentation aux bornes de charge EV. Tous les câbles Ethernet
doivent être branchés au même réseau local, ou LAN.
2. Branchez les phases d'alimentation aux bornes de charge EV. Prenez note de la rotation de phase.
Vous devez avoir cela à l'esprit lors de la configuration de l'équilibrage de charge dans le logiciel.
Pour configurer la borne de charge EV
Configurez chaque borne de charge EV à partir de l'interface Web intégrée, accessible depuis l'interface
mini USB pour activer NanoGrid™. Consultez le «Manuel de configuration CCU NanoGrid, Pd_CM_004».
Vérifiez que la version du firmware de chaque borne de charge EV est R3.6.1 ou une version ultérieure. Après
avoir modifié la configuration, n'oubliez pas de redémarrer.
Pour installer le CGC500™
1. Repérez les trous de montage, puis montez le boîtier au mur grâce aux vis adaptées.
2. Insérez les câbles entrants (câbles électriques, Ethernet et transformateur) dans le boîtier, par le haut
ou par le bas. Séparez les câbles de communication des câbles d’alimentation.

Si le sceau du produit est brisé, délibérément en-
dommagé ou modifié de quelque façon que ce soit;
y compris les câbles, le matériel électronique et
mécanique ou d'autres parties du produit; les pro-
duits qui ont été réparés par une personne autre que
CTEK ou ses représentants autorisés; les produits
qui ont été soumis à l'utilisation de fournitures et
accessoires autres que ceux approuvés par écrit
ou fournis par CTEK; une utilisation inappropriée ou
non conforme aux instructions de montage, d'utili-
sation, de service ou de maintenance (c.-à-d. non
conforme au manuel d'utilisation et d'installation
des modifications, changements ou tentatives de
réparation non autorisés ; vandalisme, destruction
par influence extérieure et/ou personnes/animaux;
non-respect des normes et règlements de sécuri-
té applicables ; défauts causés par le feu, l'eau, la
neige, l'humidité ou autres liquides, sauf dans les
conditions normales d'utilisation indiquées; les pro-
duits dont le numéro de série est abîmé, altéré ou
retiré ; toute utilisation d'un produit non conforme
àla conception du produit ou à la façon dont CTEK
aprévu l'utilisation du produit; toute installation et/

défauts, défaillances et/ou imperfections causés
par un abus, une manipulation, une utilisation illé-
gale, une négligence, une utilisation ou exploitation
prolongée ou tout autre défaut causé par le client/
revendeur/utilisateur.
Informations supplémentaires
CTEK n'ore aucune autre garantie que les présentes
et CTEK ne peut en aucun cas être tenu responsable
de tout dommage indirect ou consécutif. Le produit
défectueux doit être retourné avec le reçu au détail-
lant/lieu d'achat accompagné d'une description du
défaut. Les produits retournés à CTEK seront à la
discrétion de CTEK et ne seront valides qu'avec un
numéro de référence d'autorisation de retour de ma-
tériel (RMA) approuvé et délivré par CTEK à l'acheteur.
Les produits envoyés directement à CTEK sans RMA
seront retournés à l'expéditeur aux frais de ce dernier.
La période de garantie d'un produit est indiquée dans
le manuel d'utilisation du produit livré avec le produit.
La garantie n'est valable que si la période de garantie
n'a pas expiré. Si la réclamation de garantie d'un pro-
duit défectueux n'est pas approuvée par CTEK, le pro-
duit ne sera retourné que si l'expéditeur le demande
explicitement. Le client/concessionnaire/lieu d'achat
paiera les frais de transport. Les produits défectueux
seront réparés ou remplacés par un produit échan-
geable et retournés aux frais de CTEK. Si la période de
garantie a expiré, le produit sera retourné sans autre
investigation aux frais du client/concessionnaire/lieu
d'achat. Les produits défectueux seront mis au rebut
par CTEK s'ils ne sont pas réparables. CTEK se réserve
le droit de modifier les termes et conditions des pré-
sentes en raison de changements dans la disponibi-
lité des services, produits et/ou pièces de rechange
ou dans le but de se conformer aux politiques, règles,
règlements et lois applicables, sans notification
préalable.
