Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Cygnett warrants this product against defects in
workmanship and material for a period of two (2) years
from its original purchase date. You must present
your receipt as proof of date of purchase for warranty
validation. Please read the following information carefully
and retain this for any warranty claim.
Terms & Conditions
• This product is for household use only. If the product
is used in a commercial environment, the warranty
period will be automatically reduced to three (3)
months.
• Cygnett warrants that, with normal use or service, the
product will be free from faulty parts, manufacture or
workmanship.
• The warranty does not apply where damage is caused
by other factors, e.g. mishandling, abuse, accident or
failure to follow operating instructions.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject
to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the
limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment generations, uses
and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will
not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful
interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment o and on, the user is encouraged to try to connect
the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit dierent from that
to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help

Examine devices and make sure the battery compartment
is correctly secured, e.g. that the screw or other mechanical
fastener is tightened. Do not use if compartment is not
secure. Dispose of used button batteries immediately
and safely. Flat batteries can still be dangerous
