1 Lyric Basic Use
Dear Customer,
Congratulaons, you are now the owner of some of the most advanced hi- engineering in the world.
Please take a moment to read through our setup recommendaons and quick start instrucons so that you can begin to enjoy high

Lyric front panel controls
Playback controls
• Touch to select play or
pause.
• Touch or to select the
next or previous track.
• Touch to stop play.
• Touch to eject a CD.
Volume controls
• Touch + to increase the volume.
• Touch - to decrease the volume.
Display area
Power control
• Touch the CYRUS logo to
switch on or set to standby.
Changing menu opons
• Touch or to move up or
down the menu opons.
Disc loading for a CD
Front connecon port:
• Headphone socket.
• Front USB connecon for an iPod.
Menu navigaon controls
• Touch MENU to return to the Main
Menu home screen.
• Touch or to change menu pages.
• Touch OK to select a menu item.
• Touch to step back a menu page.

Wireless Network
Network Aached Storage (NAS)

The cable used to connect the
network hardware together.
What are the benets of a wired
connecon?
1. Higher network speed allowing
uncompressed le streaming to
be achieved with ease.
2. The eliminaon of data drop-
outs.
1. Plug your network switch into
your internet router using an
Ethernet cable.
2. Connect your NAS drive into a
port on your network switch.
3. Plug the Lyric into another
port on your network switch.
1. On the unit, touch
Menu>Setup>Network>Wireless
2. Select your network and enter
your password using the remote
control keys.
You will now be able to browse all
of your networked music.
For convenience, your streaming network can be completely wireless. If you’re keen to get the best acousc performance from
your Lyric, we recommend you use wires to connect the dierent elements of your streaming network together.

Playing via BluetoothTM
1. Select Bluetooth input
On remote, press twice
2. Switch on Bluetooth device and scan
3. Select Cyrus device and pair with Lyric on
Bluetooth device
Playing via TuneIn Radio
1. Select TuneIn radio input
On remote, press
Playing via FM or DAB radio
1. Select DAB/FM input
On remote, press twice
Choose DAB or FM from the menu

Playing a CD
1. Insert a CD
2. Select CD input
On remote, press
3. Press Play
Playing via USB
1. Insert USB in either front or rear port
2. Select input
On remote, select Menu > Source > Aux
Press CH+ and CH- to scroll through auxiliary inputs

1. Select Audio Streamer input
On remote, press
