Intended use of the product
The Electrophoresis Power Supply EPS 301 is a high quality, high precision power
supply for electrophoresis applications that require a maximum of 300 V, 400 mA and
80 W. EPS 301 is primarily designed for the following techniques:
1. Submarine DNA electrophoresis
2. Electroblotting
3. Immuno electrophoresis
4. Mini polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis
Electrophoresis separations can be controlled by voltage or current. The EPS 301 auto-
matically switches over the controlling parameter according to programmed limits
and conductivity variations in the system. Two electrophoresis units can be connected
to the EPS 301 and run with the same programmed method at one time.
The Electrophoresis Power Supply EPS 301 is intended for research use only, and shall
not be used in any clinical procedures, or for diagnostic purposes.
