If any of the following situations occur while using the controller, refer to the
following Q&A list for help:
Situation 1: controller cannot be used. Why?
●
Is the controller power on?
Make sure the controller power is on. If so, make sure the batteries are
correctly positioned in the controller.
● Is the controller in standby mode?
If the controller has not been used for 90 seconds, it will enter standby
mode. Just move the controller to re-activate it.
●
Is the receiver plugged in?
Make sure the receiver is plugged-in correctly and the LED is always on.
●
Is there any interference with the position of the receiver?
Remove any obstacles in front of the receiver and make sure you can
clearly see the front of the receiver.
● Is the distance between the controller and the receiver too
close or too far?
Keep a distance between the controller and the receiver of
1~5 meters.
Situation 2: Even after motions, there is no response from controller, why?
●
Is it the mode correct?
Follow the game instructions to ensure you are using the correct mode.
Situation 3: receiver LED is not on
●
Is the power on?
Make sure the computer power and the controller power are both on.
●
Is the distance too far?
If the controller is too far away, the receiver cannot sense it.
Maintain a distance between the controller and the receiver of 1~5 meters.
●
Has the synchronization of the controller failed?
Refer to section 5-2 for synchronization information.
Situation 4: controller cursor control is not stable
● Does the LED continue to flash?
If it does, that means that the controller is too far away. The
receiver will not be able to sense it; so maintain a distance between the controller
and the receiver of 1~5 meters.
If it does not, remove the battery cover and press the reset button to allow the
controller to return to the default setting.
