Solution(s)
1. Fill water to the Max Water Level
Marker.
2. Unplug the Power Adapter plug
and reset carefully.
1. Make sure the water level does not
exceed the Max Water Level Marker.
1. The Air Inlet may be blocked. Check
to make sure there is nothing
blocking the inlet and that the
device is placed on a hard surface.
2. Check the fan condition. If it is
abnormal, please call dōTERRA.
1. Please follow the instructions on
cleaning and maintenance.
2. Blockage to the Air Inlet may
inuence the misting performance.
1. Adjust the Top Cover / Inner Lid to
sit secure over the silicone ring.
1. Replacing or adjusting the Top Cover
/ Inner Lid may resolve the problem.
2. Adjust the room temperature
or humidity.
