Introduction
Guidance for indication
Thanks for purchasing our product. This product is an Air Compression Therapy System
to improve the blood circulation of the human body. Patient can also purchase or use it
personally after receiving doctor’s indications definitely.
This product is comprised of intermittent pneumatic controller, cuffs with 6 air chambers,
and connectable hose. The operating principle is that the air from the controller will be
delivered to the cuff with 6 air chambers and the air pressurizes sequentially the chambers
from 1st to 6rd.
This user’s manual contains the information how to use, keep and repair this product.
Please, be well informed of this manual to use this product correctly and to prevent the
malfunction for the best effect.
Please keep this manual with this system always and please carefully read it before using
the system properly.
Do not disjoint the device.
Death or serious wound can be occured if users do not
follow the instruction.

Electrical Safety
This device is for domestic use only.
Please use a suitable AC cord for each
country. (Fire accidents and electric
shocks possible)
Pull out plug when not using or providing
against lighting, thunder.
Do not plug in or out with wet hands

Do not touch signal input, signal output
or other connectors, and the patient
simultaneously.
Stop using the compressor when it makes
any kinds of abnormal smells. In this case,
top the compressor, and plug it out, and
then call customer service of a seller.

hands when you plug in or out

Do not use these cuffs together with
accessories,watch etc. (Physical damages,
cuff breakage possible)
Do not keep cuffs near to heating materials

Do not use other tools, except our
machines, to blow air into cuffs.
Do not use cuffs on undressed body.
Use the cuffs with wearing thin under
wears. (Cuff's endurance can be
weakened due to sweat

Do not fold or bend the wire by force and
put any heavy object on the wire.
(It may cause the fire accident)
Do not stain cuffs by oil, benzene,
alcohol, gasoline etc.

Safety for body
Forbid children to use the device.
Serious injuries can be occurred
when the air blows into cuffs.
Prohibit to use the device in case of
artificial-heart etc.
Prohibit using the device to the patients
having any artificial material inserted like
artificial-joint, metal-inserting, silicon,
etc in their body. (it can be the cause
of inflammation can or other
side effects)
Use the device after consulting to a doctor’s
definitely before using the device or do not
use it in case of heart disease, hypertension,
malignant tumor, acute inflamed skin
disease, high pyrexia, hyposthenia
or a patient having
any diseases now.
Do not use the device in a drunken state.
Do not use air hose to nose, mouth
or ears.(Any injuries possible)
Use the cuffs with wearing thin cloths.
Zip up perfectly the cuff as the
unzipped zipper can damage
the skin during using.
Use the device after consulting to a doctor’
definitely before using the device or do not
use it in case of lymph edema, vein diseases
vein, heart diseases, vascular cancer,
a patient under cancer therapy,
variant, gangrene, recent
artificial skin graft, or deep
vein thrombosis.
Stop using the device when you feel any
abnormal condition during using, and
consult to doctor.
Use the device according to a doctor’s
prescription definitely or do not use the
device to a patient with any surgical
operation, especially, internal organs,
nerve or brain surgery or a patient
within 1 year after surgery.

Product Description 1) MK300L
(1) Introduction
This product is an Air Compression Therapy System to improve the blood circulation of the human
body. There are three different pressurizing modes which the user can select so that it will be very
effective to use this product up to patient's state or condition. This product has 2 channels which
can use maximum 4 cuffs at the same time. When all four cuffs are connected, each channel works
simultaneously and each cuff works sequential mode. If three cuffs are connected to the air socket;
the rest socket won’t discharge the air on the machine. This is DS Maref’s own technique and we have
patent for it.
Also there is a safety switch for emergency to make stop working during operation. This principle is
to make stop operation by controlling "start/stop" control parts software if user presses the switch
during operation. This switch is connected on each channel (two of them). For example, if user
presses the CH1’s safety switch during operation, the CH1’s operation is shopped but CH2 is working
normally.
The air chamber of cuff is comprised of 6 chambers and it pressurizes sequentially from 1st chamber
to 6th chamber to make blood into the foot circulating from bottom to up.
The pressure setting is that the sensor checks the pressure every time so it will not be
pressurized the cuff with the higher pressure than the pressure which the user set up. The time to
reach the setting pressure can be different a little according to user's body size but pressure applying
to body is kept regularly by the built-in air sensor.

How to connect hose to the controller
Product standard and specications
After connecting a connectable hose plug to air socket of the controller, connect
the other remained plug of the hose to air socket of cuff.
There's a hole next to the air socket which user can connect the safety switch.
Press the safety switch button, stop the operation.
Individual operation (CH1/CH2)
In order to operate CH1, the user can touch“ ”on CH1, then,
“ ”will turn to blue. To stop operating, the user can touch it again,
then, it will turn to red.
In order to operate CH2, the user can touch“ ”on CH2, then,
“ ”will turn to blue. To stop operating, the user can touch it again,
then, it will turn to red.

(1) Introduction
This product is an Air Compression Therapy System to improve the blood circulation of the
human body. There are three pressurizing modes, reverse modes and optional care functions
which the user can select so that it will be very effective to use this product up to patient's state
or condition.
The air chamber of cuff is comprised of 6 chambers and it pressurizes sequentially from 1st
chamber to 6th chamber to make blood into the circulating from bottom to up The pressure
setting is that the sensor checks the pressure every time so it will not be pressurized the cuff
with the higher pressure than the pressure which the user set up.
The time to reach the setting pressure can be different a little according to user's body size but
pressure applying to body is kept regularly by the built-in air sensor.

Touch the MODE button until you can select your wanted mode from A mode, B mode, C mode. If you
touch “
”of MODE, MODE indicator LED is displayed to the selected mode in order of A mode > B
mode > C mode > A mode
If " " button of REVERSE is touched, after LED of " " is displayed, the selected mode is changed to
REVERSE mode automatically. Press“ ”button of REVERSE to change one mode of from A mode,
B mode, C mode to Reverse mode as the pictures.
The selected air chamber(s) inflate(s) and deflates by one chamber sequentially
up to thigh from foot.
It repeats that A mode is operated reversely after two normal operations of A mode.

by 1 level unit.

Speed level range is 1 ~ 6 level
If you touch the number matched each chamber position, blue light is displayed on LED

How to use the device
How to use cu
(1) Notices for the rst users
For a user during initial period, we recommend you to use this device from the lowest pressure
intensity, and increase the pressure intensity gradually with checking the body conditions
under a doctor's advice for more safe and effective use. Please make yourself as a comfortable
posture for best effects.
(2) Use and setting
1) Set the controller on a desk or flat place horizontally and connect the AC cord (plug) the
controller after checking local voltage.
2) Insert the plug of a connectable hose into a socket of the controller perfectly.
3) Connect a hose to a cuff.
4) Apply the selected cuff to a patient. We recommend for a patient to sear thin cloths to
protect skin and sweater during operation. (Please zip up perfectly. If unzipped cuff can
damage the skin or cuff during operation)
5) Set the controllers of MODE, TIME, PRESSURE, SPEED (MK400L) and REVERSE (MK400L).
Or press the START/STOP button without any setting for the previous setting use or factory
recommended setting use.
6) Press START/STOP button to start operating.

Connect one cuff and one connectable

Apply two selected cuffs from leg cuff, arm cuff, waist cuff to a
patient.
Connect two cuffs and two connectable hoses.
Insert two hose plugs into two air sockets of a machine.
Put the hose plug into socket of a cuff and a controller
perfectly to prevent air leaking during operation.
※Caution : In the case of two arm cuffs use, as arm cuff is
applied near to a heart, please keep a protector near a patient
or under a doctor’s indications.
Apply three kinds of cuffs from leg cuff, arm
cuff, waist cuff to a patient.
Connect three cuffs and three connectable hoses
Insert three hose plugs into three air sockets of a machine.
Put the hose plug into socket of a cuff and a controller
perfectly to prevent air leaking during operation.
※NOTICE! In the case of waist cuff use, please check
whether inflation process from upper abdomen to hip or
not.
Apply four kinds of cuffs from leg cuff, arm cuff, waist cuff
to a patient
Connect four cuffs and four connectable hoses.
Insert four hose plugs into four air sockets of a machine.
Put the hose plug into socket of a cuff and a controller
perfectly to prevent air leaking during operation.
※NOTICE! In the case of two arm cuffs use simultaneously,
it can be dangerous for high blood pressure.

1. Severe arteriosclerosis or other ischemic vascular diseases.
2. Known or suspected acute deep vein thrombosis.
3. Severe congestive cardiac failure.
4. Any local condition in which garments would interfere, for example:
• Gangrene • Untreated, infected leg wounds
• Recent skin graft • Dermatitis
※ In case of not following the instructions, the user may suffer from injury or
property damage.
※Stop the operation of a control and follow one's doctor's indications for the
below symptoms.
1) When feeling difficulty of breathing or giddiness
2) When a part of body is felt any so strong compression
3) When feeling so serious pain during using a device
4) When body is paralyzed temporally or felt any itchy

※As this device is a medical devices for the purpose of the assist therapy, use MK300L,
MK400L personally with easy way under their doctor's indication and guidance. What a patient
feels weaker the compression of this system as time is goes is due to accustom oneself to
the compression. So, do not use it for long time and use it definitely according to a doctor’s
indications.
