•Ensure that there is clearance of at least 100mm (4 Inches) minimum

as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc.
•No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on
the Karaoke Machine.
•DO NOT position the Karaoke Machine close to sources of heat such as
radiators, heaters, other electronic equipment, etc.
•The Karaoke Machine shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and
that no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the
apparatus.
•DO NOT immerse this appliance or its supply in water or any other
liquids.
•DO NOT leave the appliance unattended during use.
•DO NOT leave the appliance unattended whilst connected to the mains

Karaoke Machine is not in use, the mains supply must be accessible at
all times.
•Close supervision is required when using this appliance near children.

lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision

Description of Parts –Accessories Included
Connecting the External Mains Adaptor (36)
1.Insert the Small DC Power Plug (35) of the External Mains Adaptor (36) into the
DC IN Power Jack (32) on the rear of the unit.
2.Insert the Mains Adaptor (37) into the nearest mains socket.
Connecting a Television Using the HDMI Cable
1. Insert one end of the HDMI Cable (33 –not included) into the HDMI Audio &
Video Out Socket (31) on the rear of the unit as below:
2. Connect the other end of the HDMI Cable (33 –not included) to the Televisions
HDMI input socket.
3. Switch on the TV and select the appropriate HDMI input channel that the HDMI
lead is plugged into.
Whilst using a TV with the Karaoke Machine, adjust the audio BALANCE
control (20) on the front of the machine as desired. If the TV is not being used,
ensure the balance control should be central.

Operating Instructions
Using the Internal Monitor Screen
Press the Monitor on/off button (5) to switch the internal Monitor (1) on and off.
Playing a CD/Karaoke CD
1.Ensure the Mains Adaptor (37) is connected as described above.
2.Press the POWER/MODE button (4) the LED Power Indicator (3) will illuminate
to show the unit is powered up.
3.Lift up the CD Compartment (2) door, the Monitor (1) will show “OPEN”then
insert a CD by pressing it over the spindle with the label side uppermost.
4.“CD READING” will be shown on the Monitor (1) whilst searching the disc after
which the total number of tracks will be shown.
If no disc is in the machine “NO DISC” will appear on the Monitor (1).
CD’s that can be used with your Karaoke Machine:
Use only with standard CD’s (Audio only) or MP3+G/CD+G Karaoke CD’s There are
two types of Karaoke CD:
Type 1: CD+G (CD + Graphics) is the standard format for most karaoke discs,
these will play the audio backing track and display the words on the screen.
Type 2: MP3+G is the newest format for karaoke music utilizing the MP3’s small
file size. It will also play the audio backing track and display the words on the
screen as a CD-G disc.
1.Press the PAIR/PLAY/PAUSE button (19) to start playback, press the button
again to pause playback. Whilst playing a Karaoke disc, the lyrics will appear on
the Monitor (1).
2.Press SKIP (15) & SKIP (16) to choose the song that you want to play.
3.Adjust the volume to the desired level using the MASTER VOL control (21).
4.Connect the Microphone(s) (36) to the MIC Jack sockets (24) and (25) and slide
the ON/OFF switch on the Microphone to the ON position.
5.Rotate the MIC VOL control (11) clockwise to increase or anticlockwise to
decrease the microphone volume level as desired.
The MIC VOL control (11) will affect both microphones.
6.Press the ECHO + (7) & ECHO –(8) to add an echo effect to the Microphone
(36), the echo depth can be adjusted from 00 to 08, the ECHO level will be
shown on the Monitor (1).
The ECHO effect will be on both microphones.

7.Press the A.V.C On/Off button (6) to lower any lead vocal on the disc and
therefore will be easier to sing over the track whilst using the Microphone
(36). This function is only applicable to the songs recorded with separated
vocals.
A.V.C stands for Automatic Volume Control, also the A.V.C will affect both
Microphones.
8.Press the STOP button (17) to stop and exit playback mode.
Repeat Mode
•During playback, press the REPEAT/PROG button (14) once to repeat play the
current song and the MONITOR (1) will show at the top of the screen.
•Press the REPEAT/PROG button (14) again to repeat play the selected folder
and the MONITOR (1) will show at the top of the screen.
•Press the REPEAT/PROG button (14) again to repeat play all the songs on the
disc and the MONITOR (1) will show at the top of the screen.
•Press it again to cancel the repeat function and the MONITOR (1) will show
at the top of the screen.
To switch the unit off, press and hold the POWER/MODE button (4) the LED
Power Indicator (3) will go out to show the unit is now powered down.
Playing songs from a USB Memory Stick
1.Insert a USB memory stick (not supplied) containing the Karaoke tracks into
the USB Port (23) on the front of the unit.
2.Repeatedly press the POWER/MODE button (4) to select the USB mode; “USB
READING” will be shown on the Monitor (1) whilst searching the USB drive
after which the total number of tracks will be shown.
3.Press the PAIR/PLAY/PAUSE button (19) to start playback; Press SKIP
(15) & SKIP (16) to choose the song that you want to play.
4.Adjust the volume to the desired level using the MASTER VOL control (21).
5.Connect the Microphone(s) (36) to the MIC sockets (24) and (25) and slide the
ON/OFF switch on the microphone to the ON position.
6.Rotate the MIC VOL control (11) clockwise to increase or anticlockwise to
decrease the microphone volume level as desired, NB the MIC VOL control
will affect both microphones.
7.Press the ECHO + (7) & ECHO –(8) to add an echo effect to the Microphone(s)
(36), the echo depth can be adjusted 00 to 08, the ECHO level will be shown
on the Monitor (1).

9.Press the STOP button (17) to stop and exit playback mode.
To switch the unit off, press and hold the POWER/MODE button (4) the LED
Power Indicator (3) will go out to show the unit is now powered down.
USB Record Function
The USB Record function allows a USB Memory Stick (not supplied) to record your
Karaoke performances.
1.Insert a USB memory stick into the USB Port (23) on the front of the unit
ensuring that it is either blank or has enough memory space.
2.Whilst another source is playing i.e. a Karaoke CD, press the REC button (13), the
REC Indicator (12) will illuminate to show that the USB Memory Stick is now
recording the CD and the Microphone(s) (36).
3.Press the STOP button (17) to stop and exit recording mode.
4.To playback recordings, repeatedly press the POWER/MODE button (4) to select
the USB mode.
5.Select the desired track Press SKIP (15) & SKIP (16) to choose the song that
you want to play.
6.Press the PAIR/PLAY/PAUSE button (19) to start playing back your
recording.
7.Adjust the volume to the desire level using the MASTER VOL control (21).
The recording function is available in Bluetooth, AUX, and CD mode. Whilst
playing CDs, it can only record the songs with CD, CD-R, CD-RW, and CD+G format
but not the MP3 format.
Using the Bluetooth Mode
1.Repeatedly press the POWER/MODE button (4) to select the Bluetooth mode;
“BLUETOOTH” will be shown on the Monitor (1).
2.Enable the Bluetooth mode on your Phone, Tablet or other Bluetooth enabled
device and set it to search.
3.Select ‘AVS1302’ from the search results found by your device. Once the device
has paired with the Karaoke Machine a chime will be heard and the Bluetooth
Indicator (18) will light up continuously.
4.Press the PAIR/PLAY/PAUSE button (19) to start and stop the connected
device playing.
5.Adjust the volume to the desire level using the MASTER VOL control (21).
6.Alternatively use your devices controls in the usual manner.
Use the PAIR/PLAY/PAUSE button (19) to pair or unpair a Bluetooth
connected device.

Using the Auxiliary Input Mode
The Auxiliary Input allows a direct wired connection of an external audio signal
source.
1.Insert a suitable 3.5mm jack lead (not supplied) into the 3.5mm AUX IN Jack
Socket (22) on the front of the unit.
2.Repeatedly press the POWER/MODE button (4) to select the AUX mode; “AUX”
will be shown on the Monitor (1).
3.Adjust the volume to the desire level using the MASTER VOL control (21).
4.Use your devices controls in the usual manner.
Using the Programming Function
1.While in the STOP mode (i.e. a CD or USB stick in the machine but not playing),
press the REPEAT/PROG button (14); ”PROG SET 01” will then show on the
Monitor (1) indicating the first track is ready to program.
2.Select the first track by using the SKIP (15) & SKIP (16) buttons.
3.Press the REPEAT/PROG button (14) again to confirm the entry.
4.Repeat to set up to 20 tracks into memory. When done, press the
PAIR/PLAY/PAUSE button (19) to start the selected tracks playback.
Notes on the Programming Function
•Press the STOP button (17) TWICE or switch off at the POWER/MODE button
(4) to stop and clear the program tracks.
•If more than 20 tracks are attempted to be programmed, “FULL” will appear in
the Monitor (1).
•The programming function is available only in CD and USB mode.
LED Decorative Lights (26 & 9)
Press the LIGHT MODE button (10) to select one of the three light modes on the
front of the unit as follows:
•Light Mode 1: The unit will synchronize to the music being played and Karaoke
vocals.
•Light Mode 2: The unit will light up with random colours and patterns.
•Light Mode 3: The light effect will be turned off.
Care and Use of your Karaoke Machine
•Always disconnect the Karaoke Machine from the mains power supply before
cleaning.
•Clean outside of the Karaoke Machine with a clean, soft dry cloth. Never clean
with harsh or abrasive cleaners.
•Do not clean with furniture wax or polish sprays.
•Do not submerge the Karaoke Machine or its Power Supply in water or any other
liquids.
