Utilizar los controles o ajustes o aplicar procedimientos de un modo distinto
al especicado en este documento puede generar una exposición peligrosa a
radiación.
• Evite instalar la unidad en los lugares siguientes:
1. Lugares expuestos a luz solar directa o próximos a aparatos que generen calor
como calentadores eléctricos u otros equipos que emitan mucho calor.
2. Lugares sometidos a vibraciones constantes.

ADVERTENCIAS:
- Extraiga las pilas si están gastadas o si no se utilizarán durante un largo período de
tiempo.
- El uso incorrecto de las pilas puede causar una fuga del electrolito y corroer el
compartimento o bien las pilas podrían estallar. Por consiguiente:
- No mezcle pilas de diferentes tipos, por ejemplo, alcalinas con zinc-carbono.
- Cuando tenga que poner pilas nuevas, cambie todas las pilas al mismo tiempo.

DENOMINACIÓN DE LOS CONTROLES
FUENTE DE ALIMENTACIÓN
Esta unidad puede funcionar con corriente alterna (AC) o continua (DC).
FUNCIONAMIENTO CON CORRIENTE ALTERNA
Conecte el extremo del cable AC en la toma AC de la unidad e inserte el enchufe en
una toma de corriente AC. Las pilas se desconectarán automáticamente.
FUNCIONAMIENTO CON CORRIENTE CONTINUA
Abra la TAPA DEL COMPARTIMENTO DE LAS PILAS. Introduzca 6 pilas UM-2/C (no
incluidas) en el compartimento de acuerdo con la polaridad indicada.
PRECAUCIÓN
Retire las pilas si están gastadas o si no se utilizarán durante un largo período de
tiempo.
Las pilas contienen sustancias químicas, por lo que deben eliminarse
correctamente.
FUNCIONES BÁSICAS
ENCENDIDO DE LA UNIDAD
Ajuste el interruptor de FUNCIONES en CD/MP3/USB/AUX o RADIO.
NOTA: En modo CD/MP3/USB/AUX, si la unidad no ejecuta ninguna función principal
durante 15 minutos, pasará automáticamente al modo de espera.
Nota sobre ESD – El producto puede o no reajustarse y recuperar el funcionamiento
tras una descarga eléctrica, tan solo debe desconectarlo y volverlo a conectar.
AJUSTE DEL VOLUMEN
Gire el CONTROL DEL VOLUMEN en el sentido de las agujas del reloj o en sentido
contrario para subir o bajar el volumen.

FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA RADIO
1. Coloque el interruptor de FUNCIONES en posición RADIO, el indicador de
ENCENDIDO se iluminará.
2. Deslice el interruptor de FRECUENCIA para seleccionar la frecuencia que desee:
AM/FM ST.
3. Para sintonizar la emisora, haga girar el SINTONIZADOR.
4. Gire el CONTROL DEL VOLUMEN para ajustar un volumen confortable.
5. Extienda al máximo la ANTENA TELESCÓPICA si escucha emisoras FM. Con
cuidado, mueva la unidad para lograr la mejor recepción cuando escuche
emisoras AM o bien coloque la unidad en un espacio abierto.
Nota: El indicador FM ESTÉREO permanecerá encendido cuando reciba
programas FM estéreo.
6. Para apagara la radio, coloque el interruptor de FUNCIONES en OFF.
FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL CD/MP3
Reproducción de discos
Este sistema permite reproducir todos los discos digitales CD/MP3/WMA de audio,
discos digitales CD registrables (CD-R) de audio nalizados y discos digitales CD
reescribibles (CD-RW) de audio nalizados.
CARGAR UN DISCO
1. Coloque el interruptor de FUNCIONES en posición CD/MP3/USB.
2. Abra el compartimento de CD. En la pantalla se mostrará “OP”.
3. Coloque un CD de audio en la bandeja con la etiqueta mirando hacia arriba.
4. Cierre el compartimento de CD, en la pantalla se mostrará el número total de
pistas.
5. Para extraer el CD, abra el compartimento, coja el CD por los bordes y extráigalo
con cuidado
Nota:
• Para garantizar el buen funcionamiento del sistema, espere a que la unidad nalice
la lectura del disco antes de proceder.
• Si no se ha cargado ningún disco en el compartimento o si el disco está al revés, en
la pantalla se mostrará “n0d”.
REPRODUCIR UN DISCO
1. Pulse el botón REPR./PAUSA/ESPERA en la unidad o en el mando a distancia para
iniciar la reproducción. La reproducción se inicia desde la pista 1, “” aparecerá
en la pantalla.
2. To interrumpir la reproducción, pulse el botón REPR./PAUSA/ESPERA, “” y el
número de pista parpadearán en la pantalla.
3. Para reiniciar la reproducción, vuelva a pulsar REPR./PAUSA/ESPERA.
4. Para detener la reproducción, pulse el botón STOP/USB, el número total de pistas
aparecerá en la pantalla.

SELECCIONAR UNA PISTA/FRAGMENTO
Seleccionar una pista
• Pulse varias veces el botón SALTO/BUSCAR SIGUIENTE/ANTERIOR cuando la
reproducción está parada o en curso hasta que la pista deseada aparezca en
pantalla.
• Pulse el botón REPR./PAUSA/ESPERA para iniciar la reproducción.
Buscar un fragmento determinado durante la reproducción (búsqueda de pista
a alta velocidad)
Pulse y mantenga pulsado el botón SALTO/BUSCAR SIGUIENTE/ANTERIOR para
escanear a alta velocidad la pista en reproducción hasta el fragmento deseado,
suelte el botón. La reproducción se iniciará desde ese punto.
Seleccionar una canción cuyo número de pista es superior a 10 (solo para discos
de MP3)
Para seleccionar una canción/pista cuyo número sea superior a 10, pulse el botón
CARP.+/+10 varias veces para avanzar/retroceder 10 pistas, luego pulse SALTO/
BUSCAR SIGUIENTE/ANTERIOR para seleccionar la pista deseada. Por ejemplo, para
seleccionar la pista 17, pulse CARP.+/+10 y luego SALTO/BUSCAR SIGUIENTE seis
veces seguidas.
Seleccionar una carpeta (solo para discos MP3)
(si el disco MP3 contiene más de una carpeta)
Para saltar hasta la carpeta deseada durante la reproducción, pulse y mantenga
pulsado el botón CARP.+/+10 o CARP.-/-10 unos 2 segundos para saltar a la carpeta
siguiente/anterior.
PROGRAMACIÓN DE PISTAS
Se pueden programar pistas de discos cuando la reproducción está parada. La
memoria permite guardar un máximo de 20 pistas en CD/99 pistas en MP3 en
cualquier orden.
1. En modo parado, pulse el botón PROG./MODO-P, PROG parpadeará y se activará
el indicador P01.
2. Pulse el botón SALTO/BUSCAR SIGUIENTE/ANTERIOR para seleccionar la primera
pista que desee programar.
3. Pulse el botón PROG./MODO-P para acceder. En la pantalla ahora se muestra
P02.
4. Repita los puntos 2 y 3 para guardar otras pistas hasta que nalice la
programación.
5. Pulse el botón REPR./PAUSA/ESPERA para iniciar la reproducción desde la primera
pista programada.
6. Pulse el botón STOP/USB para detener la reproducción de la programación.

Borrar la memoria (Programa)
Para eliminar el programa, tiene dos opciones:
1. Pulse el botón STOP/USB cuando el disco está parado, o
2. Abra el compartimento de CD y se borrará el programa.
REPETICIONES
Puede reproducir una o todas las pistas del disco repetidamente.
Repetir una sola pista
1. Pulse una vez el botón PROG./MODO-P durante la reproducción,“ ”parpadeará
en la pantalla. La pista activa se reproducirá repetidamente hasta que se pulse el
botón STOP/USB.
2. Para cancelar esta reproducción repetida, pulse PROG./MODO-P hasta que “ ”
desaparezca de la pantalla.
Repetir todas las pistas
1. Pulse el botón PROG./MODO-P hasta que “ ”se muestre jo en la pantalla,
todas las pistas del disco se reproducirán repetidamente hasta que se pulse el
botón STOP/USB.
2. Para cancelar esta reproducción repetida, pulse PROG./MODO-P hasta que “ ”
desaparezca de la pantalla.
Repetir la carpeta (solo para discos MP3 que contengan más de una carpeta)
1. Pulse el botón PROG./MODO-P hasta que “ FOLDER” se muestre jo en la
pantalla, la carpeta activa se repetirá repetidamente hasta que se pulse el botón
STOP/USB.
2. Pulse una vez el botón PROG./MODO-P para cancelar.
REPRODUCCIÓN ALEATORIA
Durante la reproducción, pulse PROG./MODO-P hasta que “ RDM ” se muestre jo en
la pantalla; la reproducción aleatoria se iniciará automáticamente a partir de la pista
siguiente (o pulse el botón de avanzar) hasta que se hayan reproducido todas las pistas
y entonces la unidad se detendrá. Pulse una vez PROG./MODO-P para cancelar.
REPRODUCCIÓN EXPLORATORIA (solo para CD)
Durante la reproducción, pulse PROG./MODO-P hasta que “INTRO” se muestre jo en
la pantalla; la unidad empezará a reproducir los 10 primeros segundos de música de
todas las pistas y luego se detendrá. Pulse una vez PROG./MODO-P para cancelar.
FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL USB
1. Coloque el interruptor de FUNCIONES en posición CD/MP3/USB, y pulse y
mantenga pulsado el botón STOP/USB durante unos 2 segundos para acceder
al modo USB.

2. Conecte el USB al puerto USB. En la pantalla LCD se mostrará el número total de
pistas guardadas en el USB. La unidad iniciará la reproducción desde la pista 1
una vez nalizada la lectura.
3. Pulse el botón REPR./PAUSA/ESPERA para hacer una pausa y reiniciar la
reproducción.
4. Pulse el botón STOP/USB para detener la reproducción. En la pantalla se mostrará
el número total de USB y STOP.
5. Puede realizar las operaciones de repetir reproducción (repetir 1-repetir carpeta-
repetir todo)/reproducción de programa/avanzar y retroceder según se ha
expuesto en el apartado “FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL CD/MP3”.
PRECAUCIÓN:
- No utilice cables alargadores USB para conectar el dispositivo USB a n de evitar
cualquier conicto.
FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL MODO AUXILIAR
Esta unidad incluye un conector AUX-IN especial que permite conectar otras fuentes
de audio y amplicarlas.
1. Coloque el interruptor de FUNCIONES en posición CD/MP3/USB/AUX IN.
2. Conecte el cable de audio al conector AUX-IN y el otro extremo, al conector de salida
de audio de la fuente externa de audio. La unidad cambiará automáticamente al
modo AUX.
3. Ajuste el volumen de la unidad principal al nivel deseado.
Pulse el botón de reproducción de la fuente externa de audio (p.ej. reproductor de
MP3) para iniciar la reproducción.
MANTENIMIENTO DE CD
1. Utilice siempre CD que incluyan la marca siguiente:
2. Notas sobre la manipulación de discos
•Extraiga el disco de la caja y cárguelo en la unidad.
• No toque la supercie reectante de grabación.
• No adhiera papeles ni escriba sobre la supercie de grabación.
•No doble el disco.
3. Almacenamiento
•Guarde el disco en su caja.
•NO exponga los discos a luz solar directa ni a temperaturas elevadas, a niveles
altos de humedad o a lugares polvorientos.
4. Limpieza de un disco
•Si el disco está sucio, elimine el polvo, la suciedad y las huellas con un paño
suave.
•Limpie el disco del centro a los extremos.

•No utilice nunca benceno, disolventes, limpiadores de discos ni aerosoles
antiestáticos.
•Cierre siempre la tapa del compartimento de CD para proteger la lente del polvo.
•No toque la lente.

POWER SOURCE
This unit is designed to be operated on AC/DC.
AC OPERATION
Plug the tail of AC power cord into AC socket on unit and the plug into household AC
outlet. The batteries will be automatically disconnected.
DC OPERATION
Open the BATTERY COMPARTMENT DOOR. Install 6 pcs UM-2/C size batteries (not
included) into compartment. Please follow correct polarities as indicated.
CAUTION
Remove batteries if they are at or not being used for a long period of time.
Batteries contain chemical substances, so they should be disposed of properly.
BASIC FUNCTION
SWITCHING ON THE UNIT
Set the FUNCTION switch to CD/MP3/USB/AUX or RADIO.
NOTE: In CD/MP3/USB/AUX mode, when the unit is not providing the main function
for 15 minutes, the unit will automatically switch into standby mode.
ESD hints – The product maybe reset or not reset to operation of control due to
electrostatic discharge, just switch o and reconnect again.
ADJUSTING VOLUME
Rotate the VOLUME CONTROL clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease
volume.

RADIO OPERATION
1. Slide the FUNCTION switch to RADIO position, the POWER indicator will
illuminate.
2. Slide the BAND switch to select the desired wave band: AM/FM ST.
3. Tune to required station by rotating the TUNING KNOB.
4. Rotate the VOLUME CONTROL to comfortable volume level.
5. Extend the TELESCOPIC ANTENNA to its full length if you are listening to FM
broadcasting. Gently move the unit back and forth to get the best reception
when you are listening to AM program, or place the unit in an open place.
Note: The FM STEREO indicator will be on if you are receiving FM stereo
program.
6. Turn o the radio by switching the FUNCTION switch to “OFF” position
CD/MP3 OPERATION
Discs for playback
This system can playback all digital audio CD/MP3/WMA discs, nalized digital audio
CD-Recordable (CD-R) discs and nalized digital audio CD-Rewritable (CD-RW)
discs.
LOADING A DISC
1. Set the FUNCTION switch to CD/MP3/USB position.
2. Open the CD door, “OP” will be shown on the display.
3. Place an audio CD into the tray with the label side facing up.
4. Close the CD door, the total number of tracks will appear in the display.
5. To remove the CD, open the CD compartment lid, grasp the CD by its edges, and
carefully take it out.
Note:
• To ensure good system performance; wait until the disc tray completely reads the
disc before proceeding.
• If no disc is loaded into the compartment, or the disc is placed upside down, the
display will show “n0d”.
PLAYING A DISC
1. Press the PLAY/PAUSE/STANDBY button on unit or on remote control to start
playback. The playback starts from track 1, “” will appear on the display.
2. To interrupt playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE/STANDBY button, “” and the track
number will ash on the display.
3. To resume playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE/STANDBY button again.
4. To stop playback, press the STOP/USB button, the total number of tracks would
appear in the display.

SELECTING A DESIRED TRACK/PASSAGE
To select a desired track
• Press the CD SKIP/SEARCH NEXT/BACK button repeatedly in stop mode or during
play until the desired track appears on the display.
• Press the PLAY/PAUSE/STANDBY button to start play.
To search for a particular passage during playback (track scanning at high
speed)
Press and hold the CD SKIP/SEARCH NEXT/BACK button to scan the current playing
track at high speed until desired point passage, and then release the button.
Playback will start again from this point.
To select a song which track number exceeds 10 (for MP3 disc only)
To select a song/track which number exceeds 10, Pess the FOLD.+/+10 button each
time to skip forward/backward 10 tracks, then press the CD SKIP SEARCH NEXT/BACK
button to select desired track.
For example: to select the 17th track, press FOLD.+/+10 button, and then the CD
SKIP SEARCH NEXT button six times immediately.
To Select A Desired Folder (for MP3 disc only)
(if the MP3 disc contains more than one folder)
To skip to the desired folder during playback, press and hold the FOLD.+/+10 or
FOLD.-/-10 button for about 2 seconds to skip to next/previous folder.
PROGRAM TRACKS
Programming tracks of disc are possible when playback is stopped. Up to CD 20
tracks /MP3 99 tracks can be stored in the memory in any order.
1. In stop mode, press the PROG./P-MODE button, the PROG will ash and the P01
indicator will be on.
2. Press the CD SKIP/SEARCH NEXT/BACK button to select the rst desired track to
be programmed.
3. Press the PROG./P-MODE button to enter. The display changes to show P02.
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 to store other desired tracks until all tracks are programmed.
5. Press the PLAY/PAUSE/STANDBY button to start playback from the rst
programmed track.
6. Press the STOP/USB button to stop program playback.
To Erase the Memory (Program)
To clear the program, you have two options:
1. Press the STOP/USB button when the disc is stopped, or
2. Open the CD compartment lid, program will be erased.

REPEAT
You can play one track or all tracks on the disc repeatedly.
To Repeat a Single Track
1. Press PROG./P-MODE button once in play mode, “ ” will ash on the display.
The current track will be played over and over again till you press the STOP/USB
button.
2. To cancel repeat play, press PROG./P-MODE button control until “ ” disappears
from the display.
To repeat all the Tracks
1. Press PROG./P-MODE button until the “ ” shows steady on the display, all tracks
on the disc will be played over and over again till you press the STOP/USB button.
2. To cancel repeat play, press the PROG./P-MODE button control until “ ”
disappears from the display.
To repeat the folder (only for MP3 disc which contains more than one folder)
1. Press the PROG./P-MODE button until “ FOLDER” show steady on the display,
the current folder will be repeated over and over again till you press the STOP/
USB button.
2. Press the PROG./P-MODE button once to cancel.
RANDOM PLAY
Press the PROG./P-MODE button in play mode till the “ RDM ” shows steady on the
display, the random play will start from next track automatically(or press CD skip
forward button), until all tracks are played over and then stop. Press the PROG./P-
MODE button once to cancel.
INTROSCAN PLAY (for CD disc only)
Press the PROG./P-MODE button in play mode till the “INTRO” shows steady on the
display, the unit will start to play the rst 10 seconds of music of each track, until
all tracks are played over and then stop. Press the PROG./P-MODE button once to
cancel.
USB OPERATION
1. Set the FUNCTION button to “CD/MP3/USB” position, press and hold the STOP/
USB button for about 2 seconds to enter the USB mode.
2. Connect the USB to the USB INPUT. The LCD will show the total number of tracks
stored in the USB. The unit will start playback from track 1 after reading nished.
3. Press PLAY/PAUSE/STANDBY button to pause and resume playback.
4. Press the STOP/USB button to stop playing. The display will show total number
of USB and STOP.
5. Proceed repeat play (repeat 1- repeat folder - repeat all)/program play/skip next
and back operation as described in above “CD/MP3 OPERATION”.

CAUTION:
- Do not use any USB extension cable for connecting the USB device to avoid any
conict.
AUX-IN OPERATION
This unit has provided special AUX-IN jack, through this jack other audio sources can
be connected to this unit and be amplied.
1. Set the FUNCTION switch to CD/MP3/USB/AUX IN position.
2. Connect the audio cable into the AUX-IN jack and the other end connect to the
AUDIO OUT jack of the external audio source. The unit will change to AUX mode
automatically.
3. Adjust the volume of the main unit to your desired level.
Press PLAY of the external audio source (eg.MP3 player) to start playback.
COMPACT DISC MAINTENANCE
1. Always use a compact disc bearing the mark as shown.
2. Notes on handling discs
•Removing the disc from its storage case and loading it.
•Do not touch the reective recorded surface.
•Do not stick paper or write anything on the surface.
• Do not bend the disc.
3. Storage
•Store the disc in its case.
•DO not expose discs to direct sunlight or high temperatures, high humidity or
dusty places.
4. Cleaning a disc
•Should the disc become soiled, wipe o dust, dirt and ngerprints with a soft
cloth.
•The disc should be cleaned from the center to the edge.
•Never use benzene, thinners, record cleaner uid or anti-static spray.
•Be sure to close the CD door, so the lens is not contaminated by dust.
•Do not touch the lens.
