1Display Window : Displays information such
as cooking time, temperature, quantity,
menu and mode icons.
2Popcorn Button : Press and set time to pop
either 3.0 or 3.5 ounces of popcorn.
3Steam Clean Button : With a glass of water
inside the oven, press to steam clean the
oven.
4Deodorization Button : Press to begin
function to remove unpleasant odors after
cooking.
5MENU Dial : Turn to select cooking menus
and functions.
6CONTROL Dial: Turn to enter cooking time,
quantity, weight, and temperature.
7Selection Button : Press to confirm selection.
8Start/+30 Sec Button
: Press for Express
Cook, 30 seconds at maximum microwave
power. Continue pressing to add 30
seconds up to 5 minutes.
Press to start cooking after selection is
confirmed.
9Stop/Cancel Button : Press to stop
operation or clear settings.
QUICKREFERENCE:ICONS
Operating Mode Icons are lit during operation to indicate selected cooking or cleaning mode.
Operating Control Icons blink to indicate which control must be used to continue.

This is a commercial grade oven with rack holders on each side of the inside of the oven. With
the long side parallel to the door slide the metal tray into one of the rack positions. Be sure the
tray slides into the same position on each side of the oven so it is level.
METAL TRAY: Place food or cookware on tray and
slide into either lower, middle or upper shelf.
GRILL RACK: Place food or cookware on rack.
Always place on the metal tray.
See the Owners Manual to change the factory presets.
When Voice Guide is activated, the menu items will be announced as listed below. They will be
displayed as the corresponding menu item numbers.
For detailed cooking information, see the Owners Manual.
IMPORTANT: Placethemetaltrayinoneofthethreeshelfpositions when cooking. DoNOT
placeanything directlyonthebottomoftheoven during operation.
VOICEGUIDE is a feature which verbally directs you through each step of operation.
When muted, rely on the icons on the display screen as visual guides.
