1 Product Overview
1.1 Overview
This product is a high-performance outdoor intelligent terminal management device, mainly used
to receive transmission of front camera video and pictures, set the video management, data
management, real-time storage, picture display and network switching functions into one.
The products are widely used in various road safety monitoring system and channel monitoring
system to a variety of ways of device storage, storage platforms and PC client storage.
This product can work independently, but also can work with a variety of front-end networking
device, including network cameras, analog cameras, network video servers and etc, with
professional video monitoring software to form an enhanced surveillance network.
1.2 Features
1. Picture Combination
Combine several violation picture into one, the method of combination is flexible which provides
valid proof for violation penalty.
Overlay plate, lane, time and location on picture.
2. User Management
Configure more user groups and users.
Online user search.
3. Log Management
Store up to 1024 records.
4. Storage Function
According to user config and strategy, store corresponding front-end device video and picture to
centralized ITC management device via network.
User can save picture to PC via WEB.
Storage of picture and video on FTP.
5. Search History and Download
Search for picture type, channel plate and other criteria.
Multi-user download search result.
6. Record Function
Record any channel on the device and save the record on PC.

2.3 HDD Note
When you use the device for the first time, you shall confirm HDD information.
We recommend you to choose 2T/HDD, and the device support a max of 4*2T capacity.
Total HDD capacity: Formula is total HDD capacity (M)= channel number * required time (hour) *

Note:
ITC terminal management device adopts H.264 compression technology, which has big dynamic
range, and HDD capacity calculation is based on stream estimation of file generated by each
channel per hour.

3 System Networking
In the networking system of the product, central server and monitoring spot (location of front-end
camera) need to be connected to Ethernet at the same time, while there is no need of video line
between center and monitoring spot.

ITC management device is used to store HD encoded video and picture send by HD camera, to
save all passed vehicle data, and upload to central server for management.
Note:
Thie model of device can connect to 4-ch analog camera and store video.

4 Local Operation
You can view channel video and picture via monitor locally.
The device supports connection to monitor via VGA port, connection to mouse via USB port,
when successfully connect and boot up the device, the monitor shows local interface, default is
video interface.

4.1 View Video
If you view a single channel video, you can click one channel, the channel color changes from
to as you can view video.
The following is an example of 4-window. See Figure 4- 2.

Click History Picture, you can view picture history. Local display supports up to 1000 pictures and
over 1000 pictures system will auto overwrite old pictures.

5 WEB Client
5.1 Intro
The device supports WEB page access and device management on PC client.
WEB client provides preview, search, setup and alarm modules.
5.2 System Login
5.2.1 Network Connection
Step 1. Confirm device is correctly connected into the Internet.
Step 2. Set IP address, subnet mask and gateway of computer and the device.
If there is no router, please allocate IP addresses in the same segment.
If there is router, then set corresponding gateway and subnet mask.
Default G1 IP address of the device is 192.168.1.108, and default G2 IP address is
192.168.0.108.
Step 3. Use ping ***.***.***.*** (device IP address) to check is network is OK.
5.2.2 Login WEB
Step 1. Open Internet Explorer, enter device IP address in address field. Press Enter. You can
see Figure 5- 1.

Step 2. Input username and password. Default username and password are both: admin. Click
Login.
Note:
When you login for the first time, change password box will pop up, please change
your login password for security reason.
Step 3. If WEB control unit “plugin.cab” pops up, click Install.
System will automatically install plug-in, after the installation, you can see WEB preview
page. See Figure 5- 2.

Note:
To logout WEB page, click Logout.
5.3 Preview
5.3.1 Preview Video and Picture
Step 1. Click Preview.
Step 2. Click one channel. System shows current channel’s video and snapshot.
Note:
If there is no video or picture in this channel, please confirm front-end camera and the
device’s record and snapshot function are ON.

In video window, you can press the following buttons. When button color is ON, it means

5.3.2 Preview Video
You can preview one or more channels of video, max support 16 channels at the same time.
Step 1. Click Video.
Step 2. Click one channel. System window shoes current channel’s video. See Figure 5- 4.

If you want to switch window mode, you can click , as these functions
are: full-screen, 1-window, 4-window, 9-window, 16-window.
Step 3. Click , click Open All to switch to 16-window.
System opens all monitoring channels, you can preview all these channel info. You can click
Close All to close channels.
5.3.3 Preview Picture
You can preview one or more pictures, max supports preview of 12 pictures at the same time.
Analog channel does not support picture preview.
Step 1. Click Picture.
Step 2. Click one channel. System shows picture of current channel. See Figure 5- 5.

If you want to switch window mode, you can click , as these functions
are: full-screen, 1-window, 4-window, 9-window, 16-window.
Step 4. Click , click Open All to switch to 16-window.
System opens all monitoring channels, you can preview all these channel info. You can click
Close All to close channels.
5.4 Search
The Search page is shown in Figure 5- 6.

5.4.1 Search Vehicle Picture
You can search snapshot vehicle picture via time, picture type, seed and plate no.
Step 1. Click Car.
Step 2. Set search filter according to the following parameters. Click Search

the white line, retrograde, less speed, speeding, car lane,

Step 3. Select download type, according to system prompt download to local.
By File: in search result, check one or more pictures, click download.
By Time: download all pictures within period from searched start time to end time, click
download.
Step 4. Click Pic Rename, in pop-up box, you can customize picture name. If you need help for
naming, click Help. Click reset to restore default name.
Step 5. In search result, check picture, click Related Video, system plays the related video. If you
want to download the record, click Download.
Step 6. Click Back to go to vehicle search page.
Note:
During record playback, you can use play progress bat to play, pause, stop, slow/fast play the
video. Playback window shows record file’s channel name, time and other information.
5.4.2 Search Video
You can search record on the device via time and channel.
Step 1. Click record.
Step 2. Select search time and channel, click search. See Figure 5- 8.

Step 3. Double click search result, system will auto play the record.
You also can click play bar menu to stop, quick play and play record.
Step 4. Check record, select download type, according to system prompt, download record to
local.
By File: in search result, check one or more pictures, click download.
By Time: download all pictures within period from searched start time to end time , click
download.
5.5 Setup
5.5.1 Intelligent Traffic
You can set snapshot combination method and OSD. See Figure 5- 9.
