1.Important Safeguards and Warnings
Please read the following safeguards and warnings carefully before using the product in
order to avoid damages and losses.
Note:
Do not expose the device to lampblack, steam or dust. Otherwise it may cause
fire or electric shock.
Do not install the device at position exposed to sunlight or in high temperature.
Temperature rise in device may cause fire.
Do not expose the deviceto humid environment. Otherwise it may cause fire.
The device must be installed on solid and flat surface in order to guarantee
safety under load and earthquake. Otherwise, it may cause device to fall off or
turnover.
Do not place the device on carpet or quilt.
Do not block air vent of the device or ventilation around the device. Otherwise,
temperature in device will rise and may cause fire.
Do not place any object on the device.
Do not disassemble thedevice without professionalinstruction.
Warning:
Please use battery properly to avoid fire, explosion and other dangers.
Please replace used battery with battery of the same type.
Do not use power line other than the one specified. Please use it properly.
Otherwise, it may cause fire or electricshock.

2.Before Use
1. Do not touch surface of the detector and the lens, so as notto affect the sensitivity of
the detector. If you need to clean the detector and the lens, please turn offthe power and
use a soft cloth dipping some water to do so.
2. Avoid using the device in an environment of large temperature change, otherwise it
will affect the performance of the product.
3. This product can reduce accidents, however there is no guarantee. For your safety, in
addition to proper use of the products, but also be vigilant in dailylife,.

5.Detectable Range
The detector has a detectable range, the top view is in Figure 5- 1.Detection angle is
horizontal 15°.

The side view of detectable range is in Figure 5- 2. Max detectable distance is 10 meters
and min detectable distance is 1 meter.

6.Device Installation
Warning:
Installation and debugging must be executed by professional staff. If you encounter
device failure, please do not open and repair the device, you shall contact its
after-sales department.
Avoid installation in environment under direct sunlight.
Avoid installation in environment with fast wind speed change.
Avoid installation in environment of high temperature.
Avoid installation in environment where there is anything that could be a shield in the
area.
Avoid installation in places with a large amount of metal objects.
Steps to intall:
Step 1. Take down bracket which is installed at bottom case of the detector. See Figure
6- 1.

Step 2. Dig through the hole on bracket for installation.
Step 3. During installation, make the bottom of bracket parallel to the wall, fix screw on
wall thourhg hole on bracket, and then hang detector on installation bracket by
placing the holes on detecor onto the hook of bracket. See Figure 6- 2.

7.Use of Product
LED Setup
You can set LED jumper stitch to control LED indicator. Indicator have two mode: ON and
OFF.
You can set two shifts at position of jumper stitch: 1&2(P1) and 2&3(P2), select P1 as
LED-OFF and P2 as LED-ON. Default mode is LED-ON.
Note:
Operation of detector will not be affected.
PulseCount
You may set P.COUNT (pulse count) pulse according to product usage environment and
detection distance.
You can set two shifts at position of jumper stitch: 1&2(P1) and 2&3(P2), select P1 to be
first level pulse, and P2 to be second level pulse. P2 is selected by default. Please note
that P2 detectuon hashigher sensitivity than P1 detection.
InstallationTest
You can test the working status of detector, see:
Within the detectable area of detector, test by normal walk speed of 1m/s, and the red
indicator keeps ONfor 2 seconds. This represents that IR has been triggered, detector is
in alarm status now and outputs alarm signal, so red indicator turns ON.
